    In the print version of this week's Newsweek Magazine, I was appalled to see a full-page photo of Sarah Palin wrapped in an American Flag. This is an egregious insult to the flag and Sarah Palin, as a candidate for the Vice Presidency, should know better. The Republican party tried to villify the Obama campaign over the disposal of small flags that were used at their convention, implying that this made Obama unpatriotic. What could be more unpatriotic than disrespecting the flag as Sarah Palin did in this photo.     Palin is not for women she is only for own selfish political gains - Let us count the ways.. Bridge to nowhere..(note to self do not pose with shirt which states Bridge to nowhere), ethics violations investigation continues.. and finally she and McCain do not support womens issues: Womens rreporoductive health care, fair pay for equal work, education and lets not forget McCains non-existent voting record supporting women..
    Oh, and HolyRoller Joesph didn't parade little young Mary around Judea for brownie points during his immaculate so-called conception... so I guess Palin is off the hook! LOL

      Jesus warned us of False Messiahs, wolves in sheeps clothing, false prophets, and teachers who cause death. He also gave a very stern warning to those who harm the little ones,i.e. the unborn. Old George had to correct him and remind him that he is Christian. I'm shocked that some of these bloggers are so quick to criticize Palin for being raised in a Holy Spirit church, but their own fearless leader can't remember which religion he is this week.

        Oh I have. I posted the exact word for word exchange on Sunday and Monday. The bottom line is this...virtually everything about Hussein is a lie. His upbringing, values, beliefs, agenda, etc. etc...He has bamboozled quite a few. I never lost faith, that he would be revealed...but...the emergence of Sarah...well..it has shocked even me. We certainly worship an awesome God.

        Every attack on her only solidifies her status. This election is basically over. I can not wait though, to watch her rip Biden to pieces.

          I respect your opinion and all veterans have my full support. However, I would be more angered at McCain's vote "against" veterans benefits if I hadn't seen the additional earmarks that the Dems insisted on adding...i.e. $28 mil more for Medicaid assistance and unemployment extensions on a veteran education funding bill. It looks more like McCain voted against the "pork barrelling" that he has used as one of his campaign stances than that he voted "against veterans".

              Sorry, I forgot...The Dems main premise is to hand out instead of hand up. Shrink the gap between the rich and poor. Make all Americans dependent on what the government is willing to give them, instead of pulling yourself up by the bootstraps and getting it yourself.
              I didn't realize we had become so pathetic that we prefered a Socialistic/Communistic government. I mean, after all, it has worked so well for East Germany, U.S.S.R., North Korea, China...

    What do you want to know from Obama in regards to the Ayers question? Why would he have to answer such insignificant, guilt-by-association questions simply because he was a friend r associate of a distinguished professor of education, not a criminal at present?
    Obama has already given a reasonable answer during the primary, in which he refused to renounce a person based on past missteps in the name of unity. You Republicans like to make a fuss out of small issue because, as your candidate McCain would call you, you are "agents of intolerance" with fundamentalist and nationalist views.

    Here I am merely doing a hitman's job, because I feel there are too many ignorant midns out there. If there is the belief that Palin is better than Obama, then you have to list the reasons why you think so, without being prejudged. While Omaar may sound biased to some of you, he is only doing rebuttals, and the sources/links he posted are to a greater extent reliable. If you want to defend the candidate of your choosing, do so responsibly and always include sources.....

To not know this is a lack of both discernment and belief in the scriptures. Our Lord says we can discern the seasons...so we should be able to discern his return. READ his words...to not believe his words...shows a lack of understanding and/or faith. JESUS never minced words. He was VERY BOLD. Paul most certainly never minced words. Peter never backed away from truth.

      We are not to entertain devils nor their followers. We are not to even wish them God Speed.
