Sarah Palin is in Big trouble and the information will be Released 3 Weeks Earlier than Expected. Todd Palin & Sarah Palin were harassing the Moneghan
    -----------------------------------
The legislative investigation centers on Palin's dismissal of Monegan, who says that he was contacted several times by the governor and her husband, Todd Palin, and that they pressured him to fire Wooten, who was locked in a contentious divorce and custody battle with Palin's sister, Molly McCann.

"Obviously, there was an issue," says Monegan, who claims that the governor talked to him twice and e-mailed him two or three times about the issue. "And did she want us to do more than discipline him? Yeah, anyone can tell you that.

"No one ever -- not her, not her staff -- has ever said, 'Fire Trooper Wooten,'" adds Monegan. "They all said, 'He's not the sort we'd like to have represent Alaska state troopers.' But the intention was clear."

McCain on Palin: 'Exactly Who I Need'Best Kept Secret in the U.S. Suspense Builds: Who Has McCain Picked?Monegan says that he also met with Todd Palin in the governor's office in January 2007 and claims, "He showed me ... private investigator reports, letters, correspondence" that raised issues suggesting Wooten should be punished.

But Monegan says when he brought the information back to his office and compared it to the commission's internal file on Wooten, which contained complaints filed by Palin's sister, he says he didn't find anything new.

Monegan says Wooten had already been disciplined by his predecessor for the same complaints raised by Palin and her husband.

"They were already done deals and he had already been punished," says Monegan, who adds that the governor called him late at night on his cellphone a few days after his meeting with Todd Palin.

"There was no new evidence, and I called [Todd Palin] back and told him it was a closed case," Monegan says. "He wasn't happy to hear that. I got a subsequent phone call from the governor about it, and she wasn't happy, either."

In total, Monegan says he and his office received 24 calls over 17 months from the governor, her husband and her staff about Wooten.

McCain-Palin is a dangerous ticket! As a woman, and a 20 year veteran of the US Armed Forces who is disabled, I also served my country and made sacrifices. I am extremely concerned about McCain's age and Palin's ambition. I'm also a Christian for more than 50 years, but I would never be so arrogant as to presume to know the mind of God. If McCain is elected POTUS and God forbid he should die in office, Palin would be President. It has been my experience that many women in leadership positions tend to overcompensate in their decision making to prove to themselves and the world they are as good as a man. Palin's rhetoric strongly indicates that she would reach for the gun first on the world stage instead of diplomacy and plunge us into WWIII claiming is was God's will. McCain's move to select Palin was an act of desperation. As a Nation, we have to think about how we get out of the mess we are in, and not allow the spirit of pride and competition to get in the way of common sense. Do you really want your son or daughter, mom or dad, grandchildren in the Middle East for the next 100 years? Have you lost your home to foreclosure? Has your car been repossessed? Are you among the unemployed? After being in government for 26 years, don't you think if McCain were going to change things he has had ample time to do it? I am horrified with fear to think of another 4 years of financial ruin. Because of foreclosures next door to me, my home is worthless. Anyone else in that situation. Americans! Stay Focused. This election is about us. The decision we make will be far reaching and we need to get this one right.

This article does point up the irony of Sarah Palin???s policies. She???s supposed to be a maverick and a reformer, yet as mayor and governor, she believes in a patronage system, just like the bad old days of Boss Tweed in New York, or the spoils system of the Andrew Jackson. She???s supposed to oppose lobbyists and special interest groups, yet she is no stranger to Washington lobbying constantly for federal hand=outs to Alaska, even though Alaska gets a generous revenue from oil.
However Judy Patrick;s article is also rather famous for what it omits.
For instance, in face of high rates of drug abuse, alcoholism, domestic violence and child abuse, what has Palin done? I see no effort to remedy these problems. In addition, this concept of everything being God???s plan, from gas pipelines to the war in Iraq causes me to wonder. Are gays part of God???s plan, or does Palin insist on converting them to heterosexuals through prayer? What about hurricane Ike which may threaten the off-shore oil drilling rigs in the Gulf of Mexico? Is that part of God???s plan, a warning that we should not pollute the planet for oil?

More disturbing is Palin???s view of global warming and her inability to even notice what is going on around her. According to an article in Mother Jones magazine the perma frost in Alaska is melting. Already, it???s causing havoc on Alaska???s infrastructure. The Polar Ice Cap is melting. Experts tell us that it will be going by 2012. Has Palin ever considered what will happen if this occurs? Palin is supposedly an expert on Russia. Very well. According to posted on sciencedaily, the melting of the perma frost in Siberia could release ???trillions of pounds of green house gaes.???
Does Palin understand what impact this would have on the planet?
Palin is a dangerous demagogue. She has no understanding on the most serious crisis facing the US and the world - global warming. She touts energy policies that will increase, not diminish environmental hazards. A foremost climatologist, James Hansen of NASA has warned us that we have about 3 years to reduce carbon emissions. (His work has been censored by the Bush Administration. ) With this warning in mind, if we elect McCain and Palin, we are signing our own death certificates.

She portrays herself as a "pitbull with lipstick" and is called "Sarah the Barracuda" yet she hides from the press.

Just what we need - another dumb politician that's "just like you and me". Frankly, I prefer the leader of the US to be smarter than me or my neighbor.

    Americans are so gullible.

I want everyone to remember that Obama was put through a two year vetting process... how short are the memories of the weeks and weeks of dragging Obama through the intense media scrutiny so anyone calling foul that the media is trying to find out about Palin is whacked. Sarah Palin is NOT READY... why are they hiding her, why is the GOP trying to stifle the investigation about her in Alaska... why are they attacking the media who is trying to find out who she is...

You can't being a completely new persona nd expect the American people to just accept her... you must be frigging crazy...
Come out, come out Sarah.... wherever you're hiding... we wanna talk to you...

    • Posted By: mccaincursingonyoutube @ 09/07/2008 10:31:24 AM

She has more experience than all three other candidates. Clearly she should be able to talk to reporters. If she can't talk to reporters, how can see talk to foreign leaders? All the Republicans say that she is ready on day one for the Presidency. It's day 10 and she is still not ready.

    Finally!!!

Through John MCain's discernment and sound judgement, In Sarah Palin typical Americans (like you and me) finally have an opportunity to vote for someone even more like themselves than George Bush in the extent of : her education and capacity for critical thinking; her competence in using language to write her own speeches; her knowledge, experience and interest in the rest of the world; her tolerance of other people's point of views; and her morality as a holder of office.

    How exciting!!!
    How frightening.

How is that one of our nation's Vice-Presidents wins the Noble Peace Prize on Global Warming, and our next potential VP doesn't believe it's happening? How is that we, as human beings, have learned that the Earth is significantly older than 5000 years, yet our next potential VP believes the Earth is 5000 years old. Finally, how is it that Sarah Palin believes that life begins at conception, yet she has never been asked about whether she believes fertility clinics are murderous. Oh, I forgot, we can't ask her these questions because she is being protected by the Right Wing. The truth is, Democrats could care less that she is a working mom, saved her baby, shoots guns...most of us work too, keep our babies, and hear about people shooting guns. The issues that drive us mad are her lack of education. Has she ever taken a Science course. Is the Earth flat again?

Rick Davis, campaign manager for Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., just told Fox News Channel's Chris Wallace that McCain running mate Gov. Sarah Palin won't subject herself to any tough questions from reporters "until the point in time when she'll be treated with respect and deference."

She's not up to taking 3:00 AM call from journalists.

    When will she be ready?

She has all the same qualities as the people running Washington today. She has the same religious point of view, the same ideas and policies and plans for energy, the same support for the war in Iraq, the same lack of interest in economic or health care issues.

My Original Political Incorrect Political Analysis Of Sarah Palin As Next Vice President Of The United States:

By: Jordan C. Fan, Prophet Of Environment.

John McCain has selected Sarah Palin as his running mate for this election. There are great controversy surrounding McCain choice. First S. P. is a relatively new political figure with little experience who was the mayor of Wasilla and then governor of Alaska for less than two years. She claims that her seventeen years old daughter was pregnant with a five month old baby and her husband has a drun driving record 22 years ago. There are simply too many gossips in this world and people are tired of them. The above negative publicity should not affect this VP candidate.

This is my own original politically incorrect political analysis of Sarah Palin on her strong points as vice president candidate and her possible contributions to this presidential election:

    (1) She is young, very pretty with great sex appeal to straight men and lesbian women.

    (2) From the West mostly battle ground states such as Alaska, Oregon, Hawaii and Washington State. There is also potentials for a California victory which will definitely decisive on the whole election. Obama was born in Hawaii, Obama's defeat there will be his greatest humiliation.

    (3) Alaska is one of the biggest oil producing state. When oil drilling is the number one issue in this election being a governor of Alaska will certainly help.

    (4) By the same token, Alaska is the last remaining wilderness of the U. S. A. It is a good opportunity for the Republican to show their concern of the Environment by using Sarah Palin

    (5) Her pregnant teenage daughter will draw sympathy from those who were teenage unwedded mothers and pro-life anti-abortion voters. Single mothers will also be attracted to the Republican Party.

    (6) She was the military commander of the Alaska Air National Guard which is useful experience for a future Commander-in-Chief of the country. McCain was also a professional soldier himself. Everyone knows that Alaska is bordering Russia and near China and Japan with one fourth of all U. S. nuclear missiles located in that state.

    (7) She is a woman therefore will attract women voters.

    (8) Sarah Palin represent the only executive administrative experience of both Republican and Democratic Party. All the candidates McCain, Obama and J. Bidden have only legislative experience.

    (9) Sarah Palin represents White who have been displaced from the lower 48 states due to crimes and harassments from Blacks there. Those White have little or no choice but to seek Northern Exposure living in Alaska seeking peace and quiet. They will certainly revenge Black intimidation and harassments.

Gay men think that she is a joke. She walked on national stage for all of America to see with a $2 hair clip that most sensible white women would only wear in the shower or on Jerry Springer. What national figure as a son and grandchild a year apart in age? This is the kind of trash we don't need in office. I do think she would make a perfect Jerry Springer guest.

It is funny that Palin attacked Obama about earmarks. Palin said that earmarks is what keeps this Country moving. Obama did ask for earmarks, but they were used for people less fortunate than others. Palin asked for over a million to study rocks. Give me a break. Palin also failed to mention that McCain requested earmarks. We need to ask her questions like why did she leave the city of Wasilla in debt. Why was she a member of the AIP......A party that did not want to be a part of America. If you leave the questions to Biden, then Palin will be in trouble. Oh I forgot, she did ask for money for the bridge to nowhere. It was until she was be questioned about the program, she used the money for other programs.

  • Posted By: Dutchess @ 09/07/2008 8:35:43 AM

The reality is that Palin???s speech was a piece of ultra-right demagogy delivered to an audience assembled by what is unquestionably the most reactionary party on the face of the planet, committed to the unrelenting defense of wealth and privilege against the interests of the vast majority of the American people and all of humanity.

Assembled in the hall were the foulest elements of American society. The lily-white crowd???the number of black delegates had fallen from 150 in 2004 to 36 in 2008, barely 1.5 percent of the total???included a collection of religious fanatics, racists, anti-Semites and militant defenders of torture, militarism and inequality.

Only such a party could even conceive of someone like Sarah Palin as a candidate for vice president.

Palin cast herself as the small-town ???hockey mom??? determined to go clean up Washington, and as an innocent victim of media disparagement. One would never guess that she was a politician with intimate ties to movements best described as theocratic fascist, who has campaigned for the outlawing of abortion and the teaching of creationism and, as mayor of a small town, sought the banning of books.

Considering how Bush's and McCain's men are rushing in to annihilate all evidence of Palin's corruption, I don't see any change coming from Alaska or anywhere else from the Republican Regime. These are the same old tactics with a somewhat newer face. Palin fits right in with everything else that has decayed Washington and our government for the past 8 years. Being a mommie has nothing to do with abuse of power by the highest elected official in the state or the nation. No wonder she's such a kindred spirit. The team of Bush-McCain-Palin are undermining the "Troopergate" investigation.

NEWSWEEK'S Michael Isikoff: The proliferation of former Bush White House aides in the Palin team may strike some as ironic???and could even provide some fodder for the Democrats???given the McCain camp???s efforts to distance itself from the unpopular president. Key Alaska allies of John McCain are trying to ... remove the Democratic state senator in charge of the so-called "troopergate" investigation.

Obviously 8 years of outrageous disregard for our Constitution and laws see no end in sight. Who during the past 8 years have had to take consequences for this lawlessness? Only the citizens of the US. Who will be held accountable for the unprecedented list of violations and injury by Bush? McCain-Palin have no intention of prosecuting the many culprits who have tried to destroy our country under the cover of Bush and executive privilege. America's only access to accountability for the past 8 years is to deny another lease on the Bush-McCain-Palin plan for born-again billionaires. All you have to do is look to see who is calling the shots in the Bush-McCain-Palin team. They move their same team players from one title to another, but they're still all the same culprits. Rove, Cheney, Gonzales, Miers, Brownie, Haliburton, Blackwater. All of the usual suspects are still at large and planning to wreak more havoc on America. All they need is your vote to renew their plan of destruction. Are we ready for regime change at home?

    (10) She also represents tradition White American family of the Puritan values as opposed to those predominately single parent unwedded mother type Black family. This is probably best describe Palin's social status. After McCain and Palin are elected then they will form secret police to get rid of their Black opponents.

    (11) Neither McCain nor Palin are political correct. They only speak the truth and are very "genuine, what you see is what you get!" as quoted from an Alaskan Republican Convention delegate. The same apply to me, I am genuine and only speak the truth whether you like it or not. That's why I hand pick McCain and Palin.

    (12) After the Civil War, the U. S. was continuously destabilized by its Black minority. The only way to unite this country is to destabilize other nations and the world. To achieve this goal the USA has to invade other countries such as Vietnam. McCain is a good representative of the victim of such U. S. aggression. He certainly should blame African American for that.

As Moozle says, too much experience in Washington can spoil people... as it did with Buchanan. But Americans aren't so simpleminded to believe that just because too much is no good, that scant experience is the answer.

As with all things in life, moderation often seems to be best. I agree that McCain is too cynical and devoted to the Washington establishment. That's why I like Obama. He's proven his stripes via the state legislature and the Senate, and through a campaign against the Hillary Clinton, a superpower unto herself...

but Sarah Palin is an absurd and dangerous prospect.

For John McCain to put her up as VP was a political move, not a wise one for the country. Even the conservative David Frum has said so... and he's also said who it reminded him of:

    George Bush.

Radical Evangelical. Scant executive experience. Governorship of an oil state. Cocky. Arrogant. Vindictive. Petty.

It's clear John McCain wanted Lieberman or Ridge. And it's clear Bush and Rove had another choice in mind.

    Sarah Palin.

    The new George Bush.

.................McCain's handlers saw that he did not have anything going for him except bringing in more of the discredited Bush Philosophy so they reinvented McCain totally to position him to deceive the electorate. McCain is a major Flip-Flopper and has reversed himself so much when his words of today are compared to past records of what he has been saying. McCain & Company became desperate because Winning Is Everything for them and at 72 this is McCain's last chance. They discovered Palin who was a Beauty Queen who could charm the public and had a limited track record and limited knowledge on both domestic and world matters to help add glamour to the non magnetic McCain. Now that they have put up this deceptive redesigned ticket America has very little time to get enough information that is not screened by the McCain Campaign. They can give us the same Far Right Bush politics and deceive us in what we will be getting like Bush did when he started talking about being a "Compassionate Conservative" when he really is a Far Right Manipulator.......Does America want more of all of the disasterous deception we have received since Bush started? America needs to be a democracy again and move away from One Party Rule!!!!

Palin demonstrate political savvy and appeal to the people of Alaska in just becoming the governor alone, beating an incumbent governor that had been a senator for 22 years. Newsweek, you are vain in your attempts to sully this woman. She is honest and smart and has not the associations with corrupt people as has Obama. When Newsweek asks Obama the hard questions like his shady real estate deal, his association with William (Bill) Ayers, and his roots that are grounded in Marxism, you will have become what every news organization should be, fair, just and honest instead of unfair, crooked and marked with a personal agenda.
