Haters of Palin and McCain just keep frying on in your hate and your own filth. The lies in the mybarackobama group just made me so sick that i just had to leave and take my vote with me. and they had the audacity of hope to come out on top with all the lies as they massed email everyone with all the media's websites telling Obamites to contact editors to send in the anti-Palin rumors to "show the world The Real Palin" because they really believed them all to be FACTS despite that I had pointed out that there was no proof or factcheck.org already confirmed them false, along with the bikini picture. i got the email to prove it. some of the supporters in this San Diego group were literally extremists to my non-partisan and innocent-til-proven-guilty mentality that i got hate mail. well 3 days later... all have been proven lies and media catches on. i bet they are in there saying that media is biased against them - the same media sources that had been supporting their cause.. never called that when they were up in the polls. oh and their reason why they are down in the polls? one said that Obama supporters don;t use landlines. they use cells phones... i see i'm not the only one who got sick of the crap.

oh and the Obamites will never face that the economy.has more to do with the injustice of 9/11 and Democartic-led Pelosi (who has half the approval rate of Bush) because Obama will never tell them that truth. He will keep chanting that "same old 8 years" chant he got them chanting. Go get some landline phones.

I am puzzled by the simple fact that McCain-Palin supporters actually think people not voting for McCain-Palin are buying into the fact that they are so desperately insulting our intelligence and making themselves look like idiots....it is so sad to see people turn their souls over to injustice because they can't accept having a man with brown skin in the white house...for most of McCain-Palin supporters this is the very heart of the issue despite all the nonsense...anyone who has some education and can add 2+2 know that McCain has the same agenda as Bush....McCain is the ring leader of trading what he knows is right (listening to his inner man) for power, position and wealth. McCain has a history of inner conflict and the need for position, power and wealth...I actually think McCain's Father has a lot to do with his inner self conflict because he probably feels he never lived up to his father's standards (5th from bottom is nothing to rave about).....I read a lot of the comments posted here and I laughed because McCain-Palin supporters are trying so hard to the point that I find it amazing......historical...simply historical

A little stretching of the truth here - The librarian was allowed to keep her job after over 100 citizens of Wasilla threatened to have Sarah Palin recalled as mayor if she fired the librarian. Palin praised the Alaskan Independence Party for their good work and her husband registered twice as a AIP member. The AIP has said that they need to infiltrate both political parties if they are ever to win in their attempts to stop being Americans. Palin praises the ALASKA FIRST party and sleeps with one twice-registered member.

Palin signed the signed the increase in public school funding, including special needs funding in March 2008. Well think about it, this was AFTER she knew that she was pregnant with a Downs Syndrom child.
Who knows if she cut special needs funding in 2007.

Listen Newsweek - we know she's probably not the rampantly reported horrible person that the internet says she is.. BUT what we do know is that she is one mean, vicious person when she has to be, who would in a heartbeat take down all her beliefs to rise to office, make it so that the country maintains its divisions, and continue to pander to a small group of people no matter what the cost. I think that's pretty clear.

On the issue of the librarian Mary Ellen Emmons.

Yes, Gov Palin as Mayor of Wasilla, requested 3 times (not twice) of Emmons her opinion on banning certain books in the Wasilla Public Library. There was no book list for banning.

Emmon???s repeatedly answered that she ???flatly refused to consider any kind of censorship.???

Yes, Palin sent a letter of termination to Emmons. Some refer to it as a letter of resignation. What is the difference?

The reason Palin offered, Emmons ???did not fully support her.???

A week and a half later a group, calling themselves Concerned Citizens of Wasilla, of local residents discussed a recall, but decided it would be more effective and less divisive to try to work with Palin. Palin was pushed into hiring an Administrator to run the small town (pop 5,500 at the time Palin took office).

This election is the first to my mind where the Internet is being used fully as class A propaganda machine and it's a test to see if the "public" actually heeds information it's absorbing. It's the Election of engineered and totally fraudulent Social Networking, not of banner ads and it's the election of false opinions, Spam posts on News web sites, Blogs and discussion forums. What? Palin has no actual experience? Post a blog touting how experienced she is. Huh? McCain would be as inept a president as Bush? Turn the discussion back to Palin.Avoid the issues. Does Gov Palin deserve deference?

If we are talking about polite respect. Yes of course.

Even if Gov Palin did sprinkle her acceptance speech with distortions of the truth. And continues to repeat them in her stump speeches.

If we are talking about submission to her judgment or opinion. No Way.

We don???t know what her judgment or opinion is because she won???t field legitimate questions.

Whatever excuses are made, the bottom line is that Gov Palin has accepted the nomination of VP candidate. Questions are being asked and no answers are forthcoming, not to the media and not even to the public.

I suggest that Gov Palin does not understand the deference she should have towards the public.

Palins lies are too numerous to count - she did not say "no thanks" to the bridge to nowhere, in fact she spent the money! She is the biggest earmark queen of them all for both the state of Alaska and her little town of Wasilla!

I began researching who Sarah Palin was since the V.P. pick was announced.

While what you state in "Sliming Palin" is true, you leave off the things that ARE true. Why is that?

For example: It's true, she did not ban books. But isn't it relavent that she broached the subject several times and then gave the libraian a pink slip? That paints a different picture than what you said. The only reason the libraian was not fired was because residents of Wasilla threatened to petition for recall against Palin.

Also, what about the :bridge to nowhere?" Part of her campaing for Governor was her being in favor of this pork. Then, once elected and she discovered Alaska would need to match the $220 million, she decided against it. But most important, she kept our $220 million. So to say that she is ethical and against waste and pork is not true.

I do not think she is the anti-Christ but I do see that she is more untruthful than most politicians. She not only exaggerates, as most politicians do, she outright lies and continues lying even when it is debunked. That troubles me greatly. Unethical in my opinion.

Fine, there's been some misinformation. What about her bragging about stopping the "Bridge to Nowhere" when in fact she was originally FOR it? And that she got funds for it and KEPT them even after the bridge was canceled! If you're going to call yourself journalists, if you refute a bunch of untruths about someone, you should at least point out the lies that are true, that come out of the candidate's own mouth. You make Palin out to be a saint!

To even hypothetically consider banning books is UNAMERICAN. And what kind of power hunger "executive" subjects a LIBRARIAN to a "loyalty test". My research shows the librarian was only reinstated after a public outcry, still waiting on formal fact check on that. Agree the published list was a reach, but she wanted something banned.

Also to even consider discussing creationism in a science class is ludicrous. Fine in a religion or mythology class but patently unscientific and not worth arguing about. That would be like seriously discussing the Book of Revelation in a Political Science class. I'm sure it happens in evangelical universities (and madrasass), but is laughable.

Funny, but the Republicans have been spreading lies for years. Now they are whining that there might be some misinformation on their candidate. Poor kids, I really feel for ya!

UMM where were you when the McCain camp was/and still is making the claim that Obama's plan would raise taxes? And Palin still today is repeating the "thanks but no thanks" to the bridge line. While all the news outlets have called this an "untruth" they still feel they have immunity to just keep saying it over and over. BTW Eagle35 have you asked Bush if had stopped using cocaine? Have asked McCain if he faithful to his current wife.....
