Sliming Palin

Honestly, its all 'he said, she said' when it comes to politics. For every article sliming one candidate and lauding another, you can find the opposite tactic with one click. As a group, I find most politicians make promises they never keep. Many promise 'straight talk' and 'change' but it all goes out the window when they take office. We're all being so inundated with information now that its' almost impossible to distinguish who is telling the truth. I don't give a damn about expense reports, or what church the candidates attend, or how many bills they were 'for' or 'against'.

For me, it is about ISSUES. Economy, health care, education, and the 'choice' issue. I have no interest in religion being part of my government, period. That is the one and only reason I will vote Obama/Biden this election. Not only do I get a more 'honest' feeling from them, not only are they actually talking about issues (and answering questions), but they aren't trying to ram their personal religious beliefs down my throat.

Anyone who believes religion belongs in the daily running of our government needs to take a step back. They should not mix. There is a major conflict of interest when they are combined. Please, inform yourselves - vote on issues that affect ALL OF US, not a few. Abortion is a touchy subject, but keeping it legal doesn't mean hundreds of thousands of women will go out tomorrow and get one. If you are a person who would never consider it, it isn't an issue. If you're a person who would, legal or NOT, you'll find a way to have one if you feel you need it. Abortion is a smoke-screen issue, to keep people from talking about our economy and how the lower and middle class is literally drowning in debt with no clear alternatives in sight to fix what is going wrong.

Let's not allow our country to be the laughing stock of the world again by electing the same right-wing fanatics to office. It isn't about religion (or abortion) - it is about common sense and getting our nation, and its' people, back on course.

The Dems will lose because the Dems are losers. You can't really blame them for what they and the media are trying to do to Palin. The liberal media is heavily invested in Obama and will look very stupid come November. The lunatic fringe/leftists/enviro-wackos are realizing they have latched onto a loser candidate and their dreams of a utopian marxist society have been dashed once again.

I think it's interesting Palin has to be "scrutinized" and "vetted" so much when Obama was never touched. Why don't you end the facade MSNBC and change your name to the DNC news channel? At least that would be some honesty for once.

I received an email just today that said the city of Wasilla charged victims for rape kits under Palin's administration. Can you clear that one up too? I'm an Obama voter and am ashamed of myself for believing this crap just because it was against our opponent.

I learned very quickly that the accusation that she cut special education funds was bogus. But I would like to point out that in March 2008 Palin knew that she was going to give birth to a special needs child. Is there any evidence that she was sensitive to the needs of developmentally disabled children before she knew she was going to have one?

Senator Obama is a muslim, he is not a Christain, he snorts cocain etc.

We do know Palin is more to the right then 'W" We do know that she has said that "the Iraq War was a war from God! We do know that she lies repeatedly about Senator Obama and his policies! And we do know that here were al least 40 conservatives more suited and more experienced then Palin for the VP position!

Give me a break about defending Sarah Paulin the (bulldog). The woman is a compulsive liar who does not know what it's like to tell the truth. TO top it all, she believes God give Bush the order to send troops to Iraq. If we were crazy enough to allow this woman to become our VP, or president we'll never know when the holy spirit will speak to hear to send us to war. The woman is a lunatic and a liar. Yes, she lies about the (earmarks, the plane on ebay, the cook, the bridge) and she did cut fund for special kids.
She's too busy lying and instructing people to teach abstinence, yet she forgot to teach her 17 years daughter to keep her legs close until she gets married. She has the nerve to mock Obama for doing community works for the poor and needy. Does she know that Obama with his brain and intelligence could have had a job in any law firms, but choose to help others. She makes me SICK.

The Republican party thinks women are stupid. They think women will automatically vote for a female because she is female. Show the Republicans that you aren't stupid. Hillary supporters knew Hillary. They knew what she stood for and what her ideas were. Palin is unknown. Don't be a mindless vote for a party that doesn't respect you.

it's really funny, I can't believe that not one person has brought up Bidens plagiarism. Back in 1987 Biden did some big borrowing of words. it was only then that Mr. Biden released a 65-page file, obtained by the Senator from the Syracuse University College of Law, that he said contained all the records of his years there. It disclosed relatively poor grades in college and law school, mixed evaluations from teachers and details of the plagiarism.
