And exactly how much do you make in a year. My guess is from your comment that is probably not above 250k a year. Do your research. Under the Obama plan people that make under 250k a year will get nearly triple the tax break that McCain is offering. People that make over 250k a year will be paying $13.00 more a year! Over 650k a year is when you see a significant leap in a tax hike under Obama's plan which could raise it up around 100k a year. These people can afford it for a while. They were fine under Clinton, and will be ok again. The burden has been on the middle class and poor for far too long. My guess is, your probably not a millionaire.. so chill out. If it's money you want, Obama is probably your guy.

After looking at the actual bill and what constitutues sex ed in Chicago, it appears that McCain is correct and Factcheck needs to be factchecked. Obama flat out says he wants sex ed in kindergatner and only when challenged about this years later does he claim he supported it in order to teach kids about inappropiate behavior. However, the component of the sex ed curriculum dealing with inappropiate touching is only a small piece of it. I wouldn't put much faith in the fact the the curriculum would supposedly be "age appropiate" That tem in placed in sex ed legislation all over the country but really doens't mean much. As the former chairman of the California Assembly Education Committee, I have discovered lots of highly inappropiate material in "age appropiate" curriculum.
This term is not defined in the enabling legislation and basically gives a blank check to the bureaucrats to exposed our children to a wide array of material that could have damaging emotional effects. Lets face it, Obama is way off on this.

The bill was much more comprehensive than Obama will admit, and there are no explicit directions in the bill regarding what constitutes "age appropriate" information which shall be given to 5 year-olds. Of course, Obama and his surrogates (otherwise known as the mainstream media) will try to spin this, but the liars here are Obama, Newsweek, et al.

Carol didn't get fat...she was in a horrible accident that almost killed her. When he came back from his POW years she was 3 inches shorter, had metal pins holding her together, and badly scarred. She was a former model. He pursued Cindy, 17 years his junior and a rich beautiful blond, while he was still married to Carol (they had/have 3 kids). He and Cindy got married a month after his divorce was final. How's THAT for family values???
It's not false. Age appropriate or not ...the bill supported sex education for grades K-12. Maybe you don't have much of a memory but I remember the inappropriate questionnaire of sexual questions asked of first graders in California. Or the gay fairy tale that was read to 2nd graders in Massachusetts that was brought up in the democratic primaries in which Obama stated he was fine with that. So the only one making false claims here is you.

When I first heard about this ad last night my reaction was to immediately donate another $100 to the Obama/Bidencampaign. I expect this may be a reaction of many others who are appalled by the McCain/Palin tactics. Obama has said time and again that he supports the concept of teaching sex ed to kindergartners to help them avoid sexual predators, but that???s not completely what this bill was about. If he wanted to just help kids learn the warning signs, he could???ve sponsored a bill to do only that. This bill went beyond that scope, however, and the bill text did include, "Each class or course in comprehensive sex education offered in any of grades K through 12 shall include instruction on the prevention of sexually transmitted infections, including the prevention, transmission and spread of HIV." Do kids really need to know about STDs starting at age 5? Isn't it a strong argument that the "good touch-bad touch" stuff could start that early, but the nitty-gritty about exchanging bodily fluids could wait until the kids are at least a little closer to double digits?
Also, there is a very long list of items which should be included in a "comprehensive" sexual education program, including, discussions of "unintended pregnancy and sexually transmitted infections,including HIV . . . "; and "the possible side effects and health benefits of all forms of contraception, including the success and failure rates for the prevention of pregnancy and sexually transmitted infections, including HIV." Also on that list is information on "sexual advances and how to say no to unwanted sexual advances . . . information about verbal, physical, and visual sexual harassment, including without limitation nonconsensual sexual advances, nonconsensual physical sexual contact, and rape by an acquaintance."
I noticed when looking at the bill that the original version dealt with grades 6 through 12, and then it was changed to read K through 12. I think the issue for many parents would be this: Do we really want the State to be discussing these issues with our 5 year-olds? I think most people would say no.
This is indicative of a serious problem with Obama; on just about any issue, you can count on him to take the most radical approach. Another example of this is abortion. He is not only pro-choice (which I am, also), but he has also supported partial birth abortion and even live birth abortion, which is essentially the killing of a live baby, living outside the mother's womb, who survived a botched abortion attempt. Obama???s radical positions are way out of the mainstream of America, and in my opinion, make him an unsuitable candidate for President.
