Iron Pony....since you never reply when confronted....I'll just post my response at the top...see if you have the courage...So here goes.......

Your "factcheck" is factless. First it was NOT a vaulted copy. Second they were in no way document analysts. The posted C.O.L.B.'s have been determined to be tampered with by multiple experts.

Why doesn't he make them accessible? Why in the fact check photos..were they not scanned for analysis. The entire story reads like a scam.

BUT...it all matters not...it is up to a FEDERAL JUDGE...not an Annenberg funded FactfreeCheck to make the determination.

There was enough evidence presented to get Barry, the DNC, and the FEC served a summons...Now Berg has filed for expedited discovery. Time will tell. BUT...check it out yourself...Berg...former Deputy Attorney General of Pennsylvania has posted all documentation on his site....It is pretty compelling....especially since Hussein has refused (or can't) provide an easy rebuttal...with REAL documents...Check it out...you will not go blind......www.obamacrimes.com

Whenever obama's being asked a question, obama's always beat around the bush
for couple of minutes, repeat the question, and almost never give you a "yes" or
"no" answer! Haven't you guys notice the same thing?
    =======
Yup, SEA Observer. That is his style of communication and ahs nothing to do with how he would rule. Compare that with McLiar, who on The View said, "Actually they are not lies" in reference to his widely debunked lies, which shows he is Bush in sheep's clothing. Obama is more cautious when giving answers, and he can be a bit long winded. That is style, idiot.

Come now Iron Horse, answer me; what are you carrying in your belly?

    • Posted By: Pallisor @ 09/14/2008 10:29:24 PM

Well, you're half right. Obama does have a lot of hot air and is much more cautious with his lies.

I guess you can call that 'style".

First, Palin has more executive experience than both members of the Democrat ticket combined.
Second, Palin didn't sit in church for 20 years listening to the racist rantings of an uneducated idiot (Jeremiah Wright, for the many Democrats who don't follow current events).
And third, when Palin answers a question she doesn't parse every syllable so as not to offend some radical fringe group, as Obama does. She simply says what she believes.

    • Posted By: benkrapf @ 09/14/2008 10:33:09 PM

Palin is a religious fundamentalist who believes in the end times and feels strongly in favor of holy war.

      Sound familiar?

She's a nut on par with the imams who get teenagers to strap bombs to their chests.

This country is filled with uneducated nit wits. I will personally drop my pants and deficate in the center of my street if Obama wins. There is no chance for him in a nation of narrow minded, religous, gun toters. People are clearly satisfied with the utter cess pool this current administration has created, so much so that 46 percent will stand behind GWs whipping boy.

You should call him a die hard Barack supporter or just someone hungry for change, so he is dedicated to spreading the facts. I, for one, cannot fathom all the hate filled statements from both sides, because that is counter productive. What we are trying to do is challenge anyone, Democratic or Republican, who cannot prove their arguments against Obama or McCain. I have found most, but not all, of the comments regarding Obama from Republican posters to be more than a bullshit.

Press release and motion attached below
(Lafayette Hill, Pennsylvania ??? 09/10/08) - Philip J. Berg, Esquire, the Attorney
who filed suit against Barack H. Obama challenging Senator Obama???s eligibility
to serve as President of the United States, filed a Motion for Extensive and Expedited
Discovery including the Depositions of Barack Obama and Howard Dean, Chairman of
the Democratic National Committee [DNC] with a Special Master in the case of Berg
vs. Obama, Civil Action No. 08-cv-4083, on 09/09/08. Berg stressed to the Court the
urgency of this case as, we the people, are heading to a "Constitutional Crisis"
if this case is not resolved forthwith.
    ==============
This is nothing but remidns me of the GOP's anti-Bill Clinton crap in the 1990's. This is the same Larry S. crap, that mentally unstable guy who is desperate to stop Obama's presidential candidacy out of jealousy (or is he from the Nationalist Nazi Movement in disguise?)
In June, the Obama campaign released a digitally scanned image of his birth certificate
to quell speculative charges that he might not be a natural-born citizen. But the
image prompted more blog-based skepticism about the document's authenticity.
And recently, author Jerome Corsi, whose book attacks Obama, said in a TV interview
that the birth certificate the campaign has is "fake."
We beg to differ. FactCheck.org staffers have now seen, touched, examined and photographed
the original birth certificate. We conclude that it meets all of the requirements
from the State Department for proving U.S. citizenship.

Warren Buffett, the RICHEST MAN IN THE WORLD, is a Democrat.

In fact, Democrats represent a significant majority of the richest politicians in the U.S.

The guys who started Google: Democrats.

    Hollywood: Democratic.

Republicans still act like they have all the financial pull in America, when in fact they don't. Why?

Why is it that Democrats, then, choose to push agendas that tax wealth, if they have so much of it? Don't you think a 1% difference in a tax hit means something to someone like Warren Buffett? 1% of the $46mil he took in in taxable income would be almost half a million dollars. He didn't get to be in his position without caring about every cent and dollar.

Don't you all think he'd vote in his best interests? Maybe he votes for his COUNTRY'S best interests, because he has an eye on the LONG-TERM GOALS any forward-thinking nation SHOULD have.

So, Republimonkeys, Dems have no fiscal sense, huh?

Take a cue from the people who care about how America develops over the next 100 years, not from the opportunists willing to cheat us out of our future.

    08/Bama for all.

For the last time, just because I am not an Obama supporter, does not mean I am racist. I think John McCain is better qualified to be president this time around; I might consider voting for Barack Obama in 2012 if he were to run then. For those of you who have forgotten, Obama is half white, half black, so either way you are voting for someone who is at least partially white. If you are going to say that all of John McCain's supporters are racist, then you have say the vast majority of Obama's supporters are racist as well. By the way, I am a registered Democrat, but I do not feel like the best candidate this year is on the Democratic ticket.

Many of you so-called Democrats that are voting for McCain are people who cannot even admit to themselves that race is making a difference. If you are a true Democrat, you would see that the middle class is going to gain everything we've lost under the Bush 8 miserable years - self-respect around the world, help for the struggling middle class with gas prices and college costs, healthcare for all. What is wrong with people who don't want that? What is wrong with you who want more miserable years as we have suffered through? You are delusional if you think for one second that old McCain and nobody Palin are going to do anything for this country but take us to hell in a handbasket! Please open your eyes. McCain is too old, has had 8 bouts with cancer and has debilitating injuries from his war years, and Palin ending up as president scares the living beans out of me!

    McCain & Palin Bummers:

The McCain-Palin ticket is having remarkable success with its revolutionary campaign tactic that I call: "Lying Eyes."

    Dick Cavett:

Back here in the past, when I???m writing this, we have just seen part one of her quizzing by Charles Gibson, with mixed reviews for both. So far I have not seen her confronted with some of the things about which she has been, to put it in that awful Diplomatically Correct phrase, "somewhat less than fully truthful." (Typesetter: If space is scarce, use "lying.") As in claiming "no thanks" to the bridge money while failing to disclose that she kept it.

    Michael Cooper and Jim Rutenberg:

In an interview Friday on the NY1 cable news channel, a McCain supporter, Senator Orrin G. Hatch of Utah, called "ridiculous" the implication that Mr. Obama???s "lipstick on a pig" comment was a reference to Ms. Palin, whom he also defended as coming under unfair attack.

"The last month, for sure," said Don Sipple, a Republican advertising strategist, "I think the predominance of liberty taken with truth and the facts has been more McCain than Obama."

    AP: Oy.

Republican presidential candidate John McCain on Friday defended two debunked television ads attacking Democrat Barack Obama and claimed erroneously that running mate Sarah Palin never sought money for lawmakers' pet projects as Alaska governor.

Palin sought $197 million in so-called "earmarks" for 2009. In the previous budget year, she asked for earmarks worth $256 million.

    WaPo Ad Analysis:

McCain Wraps Distortions Around One Truth.

The spot is accurate in saying the Obama campaign called Palin a liar

    Andy Barr:

Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama has taken a more aggressive line of attack this week.

He has repeatedly hit his rivals for being dishonest about their portrayal of Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin???s (R) record of reform.

Seattle Times News Service: Palin is still lying.

Gov. Sarah Palin of Alaska declined to back away from her declarations about her role in quashing the "Bridge to Nowhere," insisting Friday she had helped kill the earmark project.

LA Times: McCain still lying about Palin.

John McCain got it wrong Friday when he asserted that his running mate, Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, had not requested any earmarks, the spending directives lawmakers insert in spending bills that McCain has vowed to eliminate.

Palin, in fact, requested $198 million in federal earmarks in February, including such expenses as $487,000 to fight obesity in Alaska and $4 million to develop recreational trails.

Jay Bookman: "McCain still peddles Palin mythology"

Charles Krauthammer: Everyone is wrong about Sarah Palin and her gaffe about not knowing squat about the Bush Doctrine and foreign policy. I should know. I'm an expert when it comes to anything else I choose to write about, but believe me, I am an expert o

Obama has little to no experience and so extremely liberal. A Dem prez and a Dem congress is the worst thing that can happen to our country. There will be no one to stop their spending.

Have we all forgotten the racists that Obama hung out with for 20 years. I don't trust Obama or his agenda. What a hateful man, that Rev Jeramiah Wright.

Speaking of liars, Obama has done a lot of that as well. He has little experience and frankly. he scares me.

    • Posted By: benkrapf @ 09/14/2008 9:57:19 PM

Have you read anything coming out of Palin's church? I won't even quote it here, so I don't spoil the surprise.

Repulischmucks decry Rev. Wright and overlook Palin's deep connections to a significant secessionist movement in Alaska. They talk about how Obama's guilt by association through Rev. Wright's "anti-american" sermons, and yet they ignore the fact that Palin believes all Catholics are going to hell and that raped women should carry their rapist's child to term. They talk about Obama being unAmerican for foregoing a flag lapel pin (the wearing of which is technically a violation of flag etiquette), but what about McCain getting broken and putting out Communist propaganda so Charlie would make the hurting stop.

      Republicans talk about family values:

Ask McCain's children how they feel about their dad's treatment of their birth mother, when the cameras are off.

    ===============
I never lose my respect for women as a group, being a white Independent voter. The problem is, McCain's campaign and Palin are feeding women bulls***t and poisoning their conscience by trickling them into voting for them solely on the basis of gender politics and by sexualizing everything political. Hence, they are playing women as objects to be used for political gain, to fulfill political agendas, and to reverse th gains in rights women won. Palin is too brainwashed that she is now opposed to a lot of things and acts like a deeply cosnervative male.

Obama is not actually black - he's African -American and only half black - but like the rest of his campaign - it's what's politically correct and liberal - not the truth. And to the comment about women voters beng dumb, how true - it's those dumb women watching Oprah and eating bon-bons here in Iowa that propelled this media celebrity with no real credentials into this position. Get yourself away from the rhetoric and the hype - bottom line is the Democratic party has finally carried Political Correctness to the limit - and that's why Barack Obama should not be President - even if McCain is not the best choice available - McCain certaintly beats the alternative.
