FYI: Gov. Palins earmark request this year come out to $506.34 for every man, woman and child in Alaska. Yet she gives out $3269 for every person living in Alaska for at least a year. They are closing Libraries, cutting back on Police, Fire, and social services in General, but she is buying the votes of 610768 Alaskans. The amount of money Alaska has been getting from "Uncle Ted" is way out of proportion with the amount they send to Washington. The amount she is giving to Alaskans is 2 Billion$. I understand the cost of living is really high there, but unlike Hawaii, over half the population are relative newcomers, drawn by free money, which once you get there is not free at all.

I actually turned around, pulled up 37 signs he had planted, and confronted him. He started spouting about his freedom of speed etc, and for the first timne in my life, I punched someone out. I took all his remaining signs and set them on fire, taking his car keys and tossing them into the bushes, before leaving. On Tuesday night, I went to bed about 3 AM, knowing that we won. Imagine my surprise when I woke up on wednesday, to the beginning of the Coup d'etat, that would eventually bring us "W" the dumbest person ever appointed to the White House. Imagine that. We are about to come out of our long National Nightmare, but we have to fight for it. We can not let the right wing nut LIARS continue to invade blogs with lies and fabrication. I urge everyone that reads this, to go to as many blogs as you can, and answer the lies, call them liars, and tell all your friends to do the same, because this time, our FREEDOM is at stake. The next president will probably get to appoint 3 Justices to the Supreme court, to Join the Extreme right wingnuts that are subverting our constitution.

I am from rural America. My questions are: what mayor from a town this size hires a washington lobbyist and goes after ear marks? What mayoral candidate in this size of town runs on NRA issues? What mayoral candidate in this size of town runs on Anti-abortion issues? Usually there are local town issues such as roads, sewers, garbage, schools, speed limits, bar closing times, parking issues, traffic flow, etc. What is really going on here? I smell that there is something else here that no one sees as of yet.
