It is unfortunate that Newsweek has chosen to participate in the death of journalism. In the past journalists were expected to report factual news and never to try to become the news by "reporting" opinion or undocumented "facts". No wonder we are also witnessing the death of print and broadcast media. This is a tremendous loss for a free nation that depends on a free press to provide factual information for its citizens

This is one of the stupidest articles I have read in a while. The judicial branch was created as a removed office for the precise reason that judges and Supreme Court justices are not mere puppets meant to push through poltiical sentiments of the time. It is a branch that, in theory, requires a high-level of intellectual capability, principle and judicial restraint.
Clearly written by someone with zero knowledge about the judicial system in our country.

You know they're kidding, right? Right? Oh God, you probably don't know....they've dumbed you down that far.

I love it when they refer to Alaska as a "little state". LMAO, but then again, you have been dumbed down, geography is no longer taught In public schools, another result of liberalism.
