First the USA officials fell all over themselves and pushed through the nuclear deal with India-to the detriment of Pakistan. Next, it was the deliberate exclusion of all references to Kashmir and its solution (and even any referneces to India) in the repertoir of Richard Holbrooke. Third, the constant bombing by American drones against the will of the Pakistani government and ALL of the public.
