Israeli forces advance deep into Gaza urban areas

Israel is lying. The UN said it carefully vetted every civilian who came to the school seeking safety, and there were no Hamas members in the school. The UN also notified the Israel authorities that civilians were sheltering in the school. I am sick and tired of hearing Israel's pathetic claims that every civilian structure it bombs--police stations, universities, mosques, schools, homes--are Hamas hideouts. Israel is killing civilians in numbers totally disproportionate to the ridiculous rockets that are supposedly terrorizing a few people in Israel. You don't exterminate an entire population for that. This is a war crime. Period.

But no militant casualties were seen Monday by an Associated Press reporter at Shifa Hospital, the Gaza Strip's largest. Instead, the hospital was overwhelmed with civilians. Bodies were two to a morgue drawer, and the wounded were being treated in hallways because beds were full.

I believe that the only solution is change in policies of US. The whole world is suffering economic and other consequences of US policies. We should change our basic policy of supporting wars all over the world. We can reestablish our strategy and become the good superpower of the world again with support of nations all over this world.

REMEMBER, THE ONE THAT FINISHED IT IS AS BAD AS THE ONE THAT STARTED IT. We have to be the judge of who started it. You can't believe either one of them. And, opinions varied. You have hate in yourself, so you choose Hamas. I blame it on both of them. And both of them going to lose it. So at the end you going to have hundreds of good Palestinians dead, and maybe few good Isareli dead. For who. For a terrorist group, and a corrupt Israeli government that are sacrificing men, women, and children for a political gain.

What happened to the good old days. Remember when Goliath met David on the field. They both fought, David won and Goliath lost. Everyone else went home happily ever after. Why the Isarealis and the Palestinians didn't do the same thing? that would have save lots of casualities from both side. One Israeli against one Palestinian.

LONDON (Reuters) - Thousands of chanting, banner-waving demonstrators marched in cities across Europe on Saturday to demand a halt to Israeli bombing in the Gaza Strip.

Protests were held in Britain, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain and Turkey as the Israeli offensive entered its second week, and before Israel confirmed ground forces had entered Gaza.

Israeli Arabs held a protest march, Kuwaitis also took to the streets, a day after bigger Middle East rallies, and peaceful pro- and anti-Israel protests were held in New York.

In Paris, police said more than 21,000 demonstrators, many wearing Palestinian keffiyeh headscarves, marched through the city center chanting slogans such as "Israel murderer!" and waving banners demanding an end to the air attacks.

Groups of protesters clashed with police. At least three cars were set alight and about 20 overturned by demonstrators as the march ended near some of the biggest department stores in the French capital.

In London, police said more than 10,000 people staged a march and rally to urge an end to the Israeli offensive against Hamas militants that has killed at least 446 Palestinians.

Similar protests were planned in some 30 other towns.

In many cities people waved shoes -- recalling the action of an Iraqi journalist who hurled footwear at U.S. President George W. Bush in Baghdad last month in a symbolic insult.

British demonstrators threw dozens of shoes into the street as they passed the gated entrance to Downing Street, where Prime Minister Gordon Brown lives, and shouted angrily at a line of 40 police officers on guard there.

"Come to get your shoes Gordon," one woman shouted as other marchers directed chants of "Shame on you" at Brown.

A spokesman said Brown had spoken again to Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert on Saturday and was pressing hard for an immediate ceasefire.

Leading the march were singer Annie Lennox, politicians Tony Benn and George Galloway and comic Alexei Sayle.

Demonstrators carried Palestinian flags and placards with slogans such as "End the siege on Gaza" and "Stop the massacre."

Israel says rocket attacks from Gaza by Hamas Islamists must stop before it halts operations, but the attacks continued on Saturday. Four Israelis have been killed by Hamas rockets since the offensive began.

Palestinians send their children into Israeli schools, busses, restaurants, and supermarkets with bombs strapped to their bodies to kill as many innocent men, women, and children as they possibly can. After the suicide bomber completes their mission of wanton murder of dozens of people the Palestinians dance in the streets and pass out candy celebrating.

Palestinians fire hundreds of rockets into Israeli villages and towns trying to murder as many innocent people as possible and when Israel responds Israel is called the aggressor. The aggressors are the people who have murdered thousands of innocents here on 911, in India, Iraq, Israel, England, Spain, Fiji, The Philippines and six different Moslem countries all in the name of Islam against Jews and Christians. The aggressor is not the nation of Israel, a country the size of New Jersey. It is the Palestinians and Moslems who teach their children, from the time they are born, to hate Jews and Christians.

Have people forgotten that Israel withdrew every settler and every soldier from Gaza three years ago? What did they get in return? Six thousand rockets fired at their civilians the past three years. Let a terrorist group take over Canada or Mexico and begin firing rockets at American cities and let's see how our government responds. People speak about proportionality as though a country has no right to do whatever it can to stop attacks against its own people. Hamas is sworn to the destruction against the State of Israel and Israel has the right to protect its people by any means possible. Period.

Hamas people are acting as if they are intent on inviting destruction of itself and the entire Gaza civilian population by never stopping launching their homemade rockets against Irael. I wish Hamas people to be still around when Israeli ground troops have completed their mission.

Hamas MUST give up their agenda to wipe Isreal off the face of the earth as a 1st step to peace. Anything less and Hamas will get what it deserves.
