Homosexual/Lesbians is just as wrong as Marryin 2 or more time (that is partner comitted fornication is ok in a sense), its just as wrong as lyin, cheating, adultarating, fornication, but dont come to me and say that HOMOs are going to Heaven, they wont get in nomatter how ACTIVE they were in the church! God DOES care. Yes, we are made in His image....male and female. One of the first commandments given to Adam was to take his FEMALE wife Eve, and multiply. It is also commanded that a man will leave his mother and father, take HIS female wife, and "Become one". Homosexuality is NOT how God created relationships to be. Jesus said He didn't come into the world to reject the laws of the Old Testament, but to support and fulfill them all. Quit bending and stretching the Word of God to fit your filthy and sinful lifestyle choice. God will forgive you and accept you into His loving, very straight family. As far as God destroying Sodom, you are only PARTIALLY correct, He did destroy because He couldn't find any righteous person, who wasn't committing sexual sin with others of the same sex. Go back and read the WHOLE story, and see what it is. God hates sexual immorality, and talks about not "a man not lying with another man". Take the whole Bible, not just the pieces and parts that seem to support your sinful lifestyle choice.

I don't think that they should have any rights at all in this great country. America was founded as a christian nation, all of our forefathers were christian descent, when they said freedom of religion they meant whether you wanted to be baptist, methodist, catholic, not islamic, hindu, buddhist, or anything else. I can only suggest that gay domestic partners draw up Living Trusts with an attorney so each partner's wishes will be respected according to law when one of them passes away. This way, vindictive family members cannot arbitrarily kick the surviving partner into the street and out of their home that the two shared together. giving Durable Power of Attorney for Health Care, plus everything else to eachother will also help solve problems.

Unfortunately, the Federal Reserve system discriminates against anyone who is not legally "married" to eachother when it comes to Trust Savings Accounts at Banks. It also uses Familial Status to
discriminate against anyone who has no children and wishes to leave a Trust Bank Account to their nieces or nephews. Ordinarily, a Trust Savings Account is F.D.I.C. insured at $100,000.00 per beneficiary, but ONLY if that beneficiary is one's sibling, legal spouse, or child. If this is not discrimination, I don't know what is!

For those who believe homosexuality is a weightier sin than others...you're WRONG! Stop using the Sodom scenario...God told Abraham that he was going to destroy Sodom because he could not find a RIGHTEOUS man...not because he could not find a STRAIGHT man. The reality is that any of us, gay or straight, could be in danger of losing our lives do to unrighteousness in our lives. God told the Prophet Nathan (when He sought to anoint David as King and the prophet was judging based on appearance), "Man looks at the outward appearance (looks, status, preference) but I look at the heart (how does he treat others?...does he love and respect his Creator?...Is he integral or unrighteous?) Stop buying in to the rhetoric...and follow Christ's example of loving others inspite of their "worthiness."

I am heterosexual but I am absolutely disgusted by all the stupidity I am reading here. Intolerance is and has been the base and root of absolutely ALL of the World's problems. Remarks like "Because the gay lifestyle causes death" are statements that reveal how little minds and diminished common sense existe in such modern times. I got news: Distorted heterosexual lifestyles also cause death. Drug addicts also find death; diabetics with no autocontrol also die. How many husbans and wives in heterosexual marriages find illness and death becasue their partner lives a mystery, promiscuos life of having sex with any and everyone they want and then pass illness on to the partner? Being homosexual has nothing to do with promiscuity and that's what people don;t understand. You can be heterosexual and be promiscuos. Not every gay person is promiscuos whereas not every heterosexual individual is monogamous. So stop the insanity. A real marriage is based on fidelity, love, communication and respect regardless of the sexual orientation. Orient your minds and your hearts to be tolerate. You can never know if you may have a homosexual child who suffers the intolerance and disrespect of people as intolerate as you. Don't we all have glass ceilings? Don't we all??

While I totally agree with KIWIELL that no one sin is any weightier than others that is totally missing the point. The fact is not whether one sin is worse than another it's the fact that a person actually commits to a lifestyle of sin rather than confessing it and going to the Lord with an attitude of turning away from it( repentence). Before anyone can receive Christ there must be repentence. Any sin when committed to as a lifestyle is simply continuing in sin. While the G and L lifestylers would have us to believe that homosexuality is inborn and unchangeable, therefore and excuse for continuence in such a lifestyle, that has never been shown and even if it was , it still doesn't change the stance of scripture on it which is quite clear. In addition many have left the lifestyle and become believers and celibate in terms of homosexuality and it is well documented. God loves homosexuals but He considers the act as an abomination and distortion of his original creation and that is all there is to that. In addition God's inward look into people as Kiwwiell points out is so true. However, whether or not you go to Heaven isn't based on the goodness he sees there because man is born in sin and must be redeemed . So when God looks into our heart He must see His Son and His blood that covers us, not any goodness we may have inside. I'm afraid that KiWiell needs to brush up on basic Bible doctrine before critisizing other Christians about their stance on homosexuality, when all they are doing is going based on Romans Chapter 1. .

Get back in your closets and lock the door. Society is on the verge of a major uprising, only this time not from the liberal left. Their "MESSIAH" will be the instrument of this uprising. What does anyones god have to do do with being a tax paying citizen ? Evreyone deserves the same rights regardless of sex,age,color or religion, that is what it states in our constitution (free of discrimination.....or supposed to be.)
