Not to mention is also completely detached from technology, which is a HUGE part of not only American society, but the international society as well. His lack of new ideas, his backing of failed policies, and his current campaign (which alot of Americans deem to be a disgrace in many respects), are exactly what America doesn't need from it's leadership. This is a new age, with new challenges, and we need a new type of leadership. Barack Obama epitomizes 21st century America, and where we're headed as a nation, both culturally and politically.

I'd be interested to know how any family who makes as much as the Obamas do with a wife who works with two children who have activities can get by with one car. Maybe their other cars aren't registered to them or they use a limo service.

Why are we talking about cars when now people don't even have the money to buy them because of lost job or high fuel pirces. We should be talking about how this crisis never! ever! ever! happens again.

McCain's adult children? They have their own cars. These are just John and Cindy McCains cars. Add to them the cars owned by their driving aged children and you'd have enough for a UPS fleet.

Who cares about how many cars or how many houses the McCains have! Are we supposed to begrudge a person for doing well? You can bet they can afford all that they have. Not like so many people who buy, buy, buy and charge, charge, charge. They can't afford what they have. It's the reason we have the banking crisis we have today. Everybody wants everything RIGHT NOW! We see now that clearly John McCain is not capable of populism. He is not even capable of imagining the economic situations of the middle class. The bottom line is that the economy really does not affect him at all except in his political aspirations. He has been above the economic fray for so long that he cannot relate to the average American. I cannot vote for another of Americas upper crust elite who have so callously turned their backs on the rest of us.
