Though there may be no such thing as "guilt-free" when it comes to these weekend treats, which tend to be heavy on the grease and light on the nutrients, you can mitigate the damage. We're not saying that you should order carrots and celery at game time, but with a little knowledge you can balance your fried favorites with items that are a little less calorific.
