Tyra Banks? She takes herself too seriously, but, not the rest of us. I watched her show which is great for mindless tv watch which leads me to the conclude that anyone that is attractive can become famous. She is an empty host of trying to change the world, go back to modeling.

Tyra Banks?! Seriously?! "I'm looking for people who respect people on all levels, from the people who clean the buildings to the people who own the buildings." What a load. Employees from her "America's Next Top Model" show went on strike because they were notoriously over worked and under paid by industry standards. The show was rolling in money, but she left them on the picket line to rot.

You forgot all the important women as usual.Including yappy talk show hosts , wher is Sarah Palin, .not there is she. Geraldine F. Condelisa Rice. Only the entertainment business counts it seems!Comeon folks get rid of the bias attitude!

Isn't it funny that they mostly chose women from the entertainment industry to feature in this article, as if thats what women need to be to acheive a leadership position in this society. I want my daughter to see that she can become a powerful leader in todays community without needing to be"entertaining" to the world. There are very powerful women leaders who are apart of the business world (outside the entertainment industry). It's also funny how many of the women are "activist".... Activist for what? Could it be their shared political leanings which earned them a spot in Newsweek? Hmmmmmmm...........

Although you think that tyra banks is relaying bad values to your family many may see it otherwise. Tyra Bank stands for something and uses her power and ability to give people different views of the world. As far as the show that related to open marriages, tyra banks is only showing her viewers something that is true and does happen to women today. I think its ashame that you feel the need to put a woman down instead of congratulating all these accomplished women. I applaud all of these women for not only being that strength and encouragement but for going after their dreams and showing others that they can as well.

I think successful women should be a good example to society. They should encourage family values. They should uphold hight moral values. I don't know anything about Tyra Banks but I tuned into her show one evening after work. It was a tremendous reminder of why I DON'T watch TV. She had couples on their who "swing" with other couples. I'm sure it drew a lot of attention from some...but I turned the channel and I won't tune into her show again. You are gorgeous, Tyra....add beauty to the world with more than just your good looks.....encourage good values!
