    IF PALIN HAS THAT MUCH EXPERIENCE AS A GOVERNOR OF THE SMALLEST STATE IN THE UNION: POP. LESS THAN 800,000, THEN WHY IS SHE SO DUMB? COULD IT BE THAT SHE HAS STARTED SOMETHING SHE HAS NOT FINISHED? SHE HAS ONLY BEEN IN OFFICE AS GOVERNOR FOR TWENTY MONTH. WAKE UP AMERICA AND SMELL THE LIPSTICK!

    DURING THE DEBATE, SHE AVOIDED ANSWERING THE QUESTIONS APPROXIMATELY 12 TIMES. SHE WENT OFF ON A TANGENT THAT SUITED HER BY TALKING ABOUT HER TRACK RECORD AND REFORM.

    SHE RESORTED TO THE REPUBLICAN'S FAVORITE TACTIC THAT THEY DID SO WELL UNTIL FACT CHECK CAME ABOUT: LIES AND MOCKERY AGAINT JOE BIDEN. ON THE OTHER HAND, JOE WAS RESPECTFUL AND COURTEOUS AS A VP CANDIDATE SHOULD BE. OF COURSE HE KICKED HER BUTT! THIS IS WHY SHE DOES NOT WARRANT TO BE IDENTIFIED AS AN EXPERIENCED CANDIDATE.

    WHAT? AM I GOING TO VOTE FOR THE INCOMPETENT PALIN/McCAIN TICKET TO NO WHERE? HELL NO! THANKS, BUT NO THANKS! VOTE DEMOCRAT: WHEN THE DEMOCRATS WIN, THE PEOPLE WIN! GO OBAMA/BIDEN

    In my small town, the council imposed its will on limiting growth. Housing starts fell, contractors left and business was down. An Indian casino was opened nearby and that sucked up spare cash and some not so spare. Wal-Mart hit the small businesses. Money left the town. Now, the down and out or newly declining are moving into our small town hoping for a better life but demanding services from schools and the council. Government has no business being in the business policy.

    Fake! Fake candidate for Vice President! We are Americans; why are we putting up with this? Sarah Palin is a fake candidate for the Vice Presidency of the United States! Sarah Palin will remain a fake candidate until she begins to meet the major press without preconditions and with intent to speak to the issues and answer any reasonable follow up questions regarding the most important subjects that concern Americans.

    So until we actually get to consistently and regularly hear directly from Sarah Palin about political positions important to America, whatever Sarah Palin says matters only to those who, in a very un-American way, have closed their minds to the voices of any candidates beyond Sarah Palin and those associated with her.

    It is good that Karl Rove has a forum like this to express his ideas because this makes it crystal clear that John McCain???s campaign is a continuation of the Bush administration???s values and strategies. In line with Rove???s ideas, the McCain campaign has announced that they are going to attack Obama???s character rather than focus on the issues facing the country.

    The Republican claim that the surge in Iraq is successful reminds me of Bush declaring mission accomplished and victory after the initial invasion of Iraq ??? when the fighting was actually just beginning. The Republicans seem to think that success in Iraq is based on military occupation and dominance, as with the surge. However, real success is based on bringing the troops home. McCain specifically refuses to talk about bringing troops home and his idea of success seems to be indefinite military occupation. We know McCain is a fighter by personality, but we don???t need a president who is a go-it-alone maverick embroiled in innumerable fights and who cannot seem to bring a fight to an end.

    As far as I'm concerned the Republican ticket should bow out gracefully right now. Any ticket so desperate as to accuse terrorist ties. I am a registered republican but I tell you after this last ditch attempt to discredit their opponant(sp) is shameful. Don't they think being this close to election they might be trying to remind the country what they will do for us. I raised my children to know that the way to make yourself to look better isn't by putting the other guy down it's by working hard to promote yourself. Maybe her parents should have taught her a little of the same. I will not vote republican now!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Sarah Palin's debate was horrible. Winking and never answering a question made her laughable to say the least. She understand Joe-Six Pack alright. Can one say troopergate, the bridge to nowhere and didn't she leave Wasilla 20 million in debt. As a woman, I am embarraaaaaasssseeedd by her.

      WASHINGTON -- Much has been made of the religious tenor of Barack Obama's presidential campaign.

      Reports of women weeping and swooning -- even of an audience applauding when The One cleared his proboscis (blew his nose for you mortals) -- have become frequent events in the heavenly realm of Obi-Wan Obama.

      His rhetoric, meanwhile, drips with hints of resurrection, redemption and second comings. "We are the ones we've been waiting for," he said on Super Tuesday night. And his people were glad.

      Actually, they were hysterical, the word that best describes what surrounds this young savior and that may be more apt than we imagine. The word is derived from the Greek hystera, or womb. The ancient Greeks considered hysteria a psychoneurosis peculiar to women caused by disturbances of the uterus.

      Well, you don't see any men fainting in Obi's presence.

      Barack Obama has many appealing qualities, not least his own reluctance to be swaddled in purple. Nothing quite says, "I'm only human" like whipping out a hankie and blowing one's nose in front of 17,000 admirers. The audience's applause was reportedly awkward, as if the crowd was both approving of anything their savior did, but a little disappointed at this rather ungodly behavior.

      So what is the source of this infatuation with Obama? How to explain the hysteria? The religious fervor? The devotion? The weeping and fainting and utter euphoria surrounding a candidate who had the audacity to run for leader of the free world on a platform of mere hope?

      If anthropologists made predictions the way meteorologists do, they might have anticipated Obama's astronomical rise to supernova status in 2008 of the Common Era. Consider the cultural coordinates, and Obama's intersection with history becomes almost inevitable.

      To play weatherman for a moment, he is a perfect storm of the culture of narcissism, the cult of celebrity, and a secular society in which fathers (both the holy and the secular) have been increasingly marginalized from the lives of a generation of young Americans.

      All of these trends have been gaining momentum the past few decades. Social critic Christopher Lasch named the culture of narcissism a generation ago and cited addiction to celebrity as one of the disease's symptoms -- all tied to the decline of the family.

    I've heard Sarah has not had an abortion, but... I want to hear more about her boyfriend. How about the money that John took to keep Lincoln Savings and L:oan from being declared default. How about his pressure to help a friend buy the land of Fort Ord.. Lets hear about his girlfriends and how he collaborated with the communists while a POW. We really need to hear more about these candidates to make decision!

      Although McCain was badly wounded, his captors refused to treat his injuries, instead beating and interrogating him to get information, and he was given medical care only when the North Vietnamese discovered that his father was a top admiral. His status as a prisoner of war (POW) made the front pages of major newspapers.

      McCain spent six weeks in the hospital while receiving marginal care. By then having lost 50 pounds (23 kg), in a chest cast, and with his hair turned white, McCain was sent to a different camp on the outskirts of Hanoi in December 1967, into a cell with two other Americans who did not expect him to live a week. In March 1968, McCain was put into solitary confinement, where he would remain for two years.

    Stanley Kurtz FINALLY got access to the Chicago-Annenburg files that had been "locked up" by the Obama camp in the Illinois State Library. His exhaustive research showed that Bill Ayres was NOT just a casual acquaintance. They attended many meetings together and Obama raised money to fund one of Ayres' "Educational Funds" - that essentially schools young people in his radical beliefs!
    He also has ties to other Muslim Radical and his campaign has received money from Hamas and Hezbollah.

    I wish the main stream media would stop "drinking the Lool-Aid and look into this left-woing Marxist, Saul Alinsky's befiefs,

    You people who are constantly spouting off about Obama's middle name and Jeremiah Wright... you wear your racism on your sleeve. Last time I heard, ALL religions are protected by law in the United States, INCLUDING the Muslim Religion. The true Muslim religion is a peaceful religion. The beef here is with Muslim fundamentalist terrorists, who are every bit as evil as ignorant Fundamentalist Christians, and that is a FACT.

    Yes, Obama is just another politician. ALL politicians have a certain character flaw that makes them want to be politicians. FACT. Anybody running for President is by definition a Policitian. Normal people do not have the stamina to undertake the stressful job of running for President or BEING President. FACT.

    Palin is a Politician too. She is NOT "one of us". All Politicians lie, they all have shady friends and shady associations. The trick for voters is to decide which Politician is the most likely to stick up for the common man and abide by the Law of Our Land, The United States ConstitutionThat would be Obama, the Brilliant Constitutional Scholar.

    Do not forget that Palin is under investigation by the Alaska State Legislature on ethics charges, and was embroiled in that investigation when McCain PICKED her!!

      Why isn't Obama under investigation for receiving the 2nd highest pay-off from Fanny Mae when he and his cronies were able to stop McCain and Bush from instituting more oversight on Fanny? Why aren't Barney Frank and Chris Dode also being investigated, but rather are being allowed to fix the problem that they were supposed to oversee and prevent in the first place? Hmmm, something doesn't smell right.

Palin praying silently on stage with her Pastor at the Wasilla Bible Church while, hand on Palin's shoulder, he states that the Wasilla Bible Church needs to prepare for the last days of the earth when folks from the "lower 48" states flock to the Church for refuge, and that the Church must prepare for these days now. And you want to put this woman in a room with Putin? What will her "negotiating" posture be? She'll probably tell him to let the bombs fly because she believes no matter what happens, she's going to heaven. Palin is a disaster waiting to happen, nothing more, nothing less.

    No doubt about it: Sarah Palin is a "serial winker of the nth degree." Now this type of winky dinky tinky activity is very similar to a medical syndrome to be known in the Journals as "rapid, uncontrollable, dysfunctional eye-lid movement syndrome." It's side effects often lead to unprotected sex...It's true! In Joe Six-pack bars across America, a male will finish beer #6, look across the herd of sultry, half-dressed sexy women waiting for the mating sign....if the sign doesn't come from Joe Six-pack, then the sexy women take control, and smile with a characteristic wink designed to cause the male to lose all inhibitions, walk over to talk to the flirt to determine whether the cause was just a speck of dust, or was a concerted effort to seduce him to respond in a way that will lead to a roll in the hay. This activity has been confirmed to work almost every weekend across America. So be very careful, and be aware that "serial winkers" have infested the Fringe bars near you, and are now trying to take over the White House....Say it isn't so!!! SILLY SARAH WINKS!
