Charging To The Right

Austria's far-right parties may have modulated their tone, but their message is increasingly familiar.

I too invested myself in believing in Democracy. Then the scum at the top of the barrel detroyed the US economy, proving that the right wing approach gets the job done! We need to reduce immigration and thereby reduce crime, and we need to force the populus to adhere to higher standards of living. While all men should be treated as equals, they are really NOT created equal. The right wing understands and accepts this concept. I am of Italian descent, but if I can not be German or Austrian, at least I can respect the right wing in those countries for doing what we in America do not have the guts to do.

one reason for extremists to take high stand in political podium is first of all a lack of education and the pretention to be entitled to what we do not deserve. this lack of intelect and the high level of ambition led Hitler to what the world has experience as the bitter period of its history. put the curriculum of Heider, J.M.Lepaine and the like on internet to show this aspect and prove that their support come from exactly the same kind of people. the number of such uneducated people has always been in rise.

Germany is NOT a democracy if it outlaws right wing parties..every political expression must be heard..even Nazi expressions..just as communist parties should not be outlawed..even though you could make a case that this is giving approval to Stalin..who was as bad if not worse then Hitler. Europe and North America have bought into the multi-cultural myth which is slowly destroying them. There is no mulit-cultural nonsens in the New China..try flying a Tibetan flag there!!! The West is in the procees of committing cultural suicide..some in Austria see thru the Anglo-American propaganda..God Bless them..wish there where more people who cared about their nations and future.

I am amazed that people think it is wrong when a country wants to preserve it,s culture and keep their country for themselves. No country should have to take in who they do not want. This idea of trans-nationalism is right out of the communist hand book.

Europe: Don't be intimidated by the liberals that call anyone to the right of Stalin a Nazi. If you don't vote for the party that will stop the Muslim immigration into Europe, you'll be living under Sharia law in 30 years! The European Union will change its name to the United European Islamic Emirates.

European secular Liberals must be suicidal- for decades there has been a tidal wave of alien Muslims overwelming the continent's generous socialist systems and threatening its post-christian secular culture...anyone brave enough politically to advocate reform of this disasterous program, ...is a Nazi, regardless its obvious political popularity with the indigenous electorate

Many of these "immigrant refugees" express complete distain for their adopted lands and western culture, and even further demand the establishment of islamic theocracy... the worst ones threaten, bomb, and assassinate ...will the real Nazi's please stand up.

So according to this article Europe is supposed to repress or ban outright parties that are determined to be "right-wing" by labeling them Nazis (even when the parties in question themselves firmly deny that charge). What sort of democracy is that? Even the Soviet Union held democratic elections by that standard.

Interestingly also how Austria is singled out as not adequately dealing with their totalitarian past because unlike the Germans, they didn't ban political activities. Because nothing says a decisive break with Nazism like stifling political speech and banning rival political parties.

Instead of just sliming rightist parties as akin to Nazis, perhaps Newsweek could explain exactly how the policies of these two parties represent anything like the LEFTWING NATIONAL SOCIALIST agenda of the real-life Nazis.
