Larry Sinclair accuses Barack Obama of homosexual acts and drug use in video posted on YouTube

WASHINGTON ??? The electrifying presidential campaign of Barack Obama faces a new challenge ??? a Minnesota man who claims he took cocaine in 1999 with the then-Illinois legislator and participated in homosexual acts with him.

When his story was ignored by the news media, Larry Sinclair made his case last month in a YouTube video, which has now been viewed more than a quarter-million times. And when it was still ignored by the media, Sinclair filed a suit in Minnesota District Court, alleging threats and intimidation by Obama's staff.

Sinclair, who says he is willing to submit to a polygraph test to validate his claims, will now get his chance ??? thanks to a website offering $10,000 for the right to record it and $100,000 to Sinclair if he passes.

"My motivation for making this public is my desire for a presidential candidate to be honest," Sinclair told WND by telephone. "I didn't want the sex thing to come out. But I think it is important for the candidate to be honest about his drug use as late as 1999."

    (Story continues below)

Sinclair, who lives in Duluth and describes himself as "gay," claims he "personally engaged in sexual activity and personally used illegal drugs in November 1999" with the man who is now the leading Democratic presidential candidate. He claims the activity took place in the back of Sinclair's limousine and occurred again, later, in his hotel. Sinclair also says he personally no longer uses drugs.

In his lawsuit, filed last week, he charges his civil rights have been violated by Obama and the Democratic Party. Named as defendants in the case are the presidential candidate, David Axelrod of AKP Message and Media in Chicago and the Democratic National Committee.

Sinclair charges Obama smoked crack cocaine in the limo while Sinclair snorted powdered cocaine provided by the legislator. He says the two met in an upscale Chicago lounge before leaving in Sinclair's limousine where the drug use and sex took place for the first time.

Sinclair says he is a registered Democrat but has never voted for any candidate. He is 46 and claims to be physically disabled.

He says he was not physically impaired in 1999 when the alleged incidents with Obama took place.

Calls placed to the Obama campaign were not returned.

in respects to livin in this world BABY you are livin true. My hats off to you to have the heart to tell it like it was from the black perspective. What happened 13 yrs ago was about strickin-it-to-the-man rather than justice. Meantime the innocent children had to live in the lonliness and ridicule of the fathers shadow.Justice was definately served cold that day to the poor brown and goldman family. Hey what happened to that 35 million dollar suit didnt OJ have to pay that or did he find a way out of that too? Anyhooos the ogre is captured and imprisoned and let God sort out the rest. Anyways Livinin this world you are right about the friends you lost were not friends and today your friends r worth more I would like to say that your morals and ethics are what i would value in friendship I bow as a gentleman should and smile to you and say bravo.

Well folks I have to appologize on my firm accolades about OJ but if you actually knew who and what I was and whom I am today the feelings of what OJ did and what he got are all of the same to me. He was and is a very sick individual and will not change untill he gets very humble with himself. Yes he will meet His Maker one day but for how long that relationship lasts depends on OJ"s ytrue self of open admittance of what he did and acceptance of his consequences. THAT is the only road left for him so while I feel the pang of forgiveness, AAAHHH who am I kidding OJ pay the fiddler you danced long enough.

The fact here is that the due process had been followed. "Justice must be done even if Heavens mst fall". Whether there were black jurors or not is not the case; the fact was that their verdict was free and fair to the extent that the judge had no option than to follow and abide by it as 'ratio decidendi' in this case. At this juncture I had to qoute a Latin Maxim which said thus: QUID QUID MOVETUR AB ALIO MOVETUR meaning SOMETHING THAT CAN BE MOVED IS MOVED BY SOMETHING. Hence; OJ Simpson was propelled by a force tha led him out of Grace to the Grass. Philosophically, I had to bring it up that nemesis had taken place; though the jurrors did not avert their attention to OJ's previous murder acquittal case, but as well they were reminded of the past. Yet Legally, the evidence of one's bad character in the past makes no meaning with regards to his present alledged crime. Both counsel on prosecution and defence are called to serve in the temple of justice...the due process had been followed. ERNEST-NAKI esq. (Barrister in Equity, Nigeria)

He turned two civil suits into two criminal cases. Either problem that led to his conduct could have been dealt with in civil court. That way, everybody lives and possession of the property goes according to law. Two really bad decisions that OJ made.

I am not wanting to rain on your parade but for someone to truly rehabilitate they first must have a concious. Do you see that in the character of OJ? I think not. Sorry but no cigar this person will die a very bitter human being thinking that he was rail roaded, and that the world was out to get him. Which they were because of what he got away with.

I'm sorry for the kids, but after two boners like this, I can't offer much to OJ except, "try to rehabilitate, it's not too late. They'll try to help you there. Just listen and try to cooperate. It's time to live like the rest of us".

  • Posted By: foxy101 @ 10/05/2008 9:27:46 AM

The two trials are seperate issues. I never believed OJ was guilty of murder simply because he loves his children and no father could do that to them.
In this instance I can see no other verdict being handed down but guilty. Perhaps what started out as an attempt to regain his memorabilia got out of hand, He should have reported the theft to police and let them handle it. He did what he did and must now pay the consequences.

HEY FOXY WAKE UP ARE YOU THAT BLINDED AND IF YOU ARE OJ IS NOT THAT CHARASMATIC TO BLIND ANYONE, EITHER WAY YOU NEED HELP, WHEN THAT HAPPENS TO SOMEONE CLOSE TO YOU AND THE PERP IS AS OPEN ABOUT IT AS OJ WAS I AM SURE YOU WILL HAVE A REVELATION OF CLARITY. SO CONTINUE TO LIVE IN YOUR SECLUDED WORLD AND LET THE REST OF US DEAL WITH REALITY.

This trial was a set up to convict Simpson for the trial from 1994. Where he was found not guilty,When Yale Galanter was talking in the court room he was talking to himself not the jury .They did not want to hear a word he said . From the beginning when this jury was picked along with Rodger .The target was O.J they did not get him in California ,We will get Simpson in Las Vagas that is what the detectives said in the room being taped.
A set up for Simpson why the others got sweetheart deals to roll over on O.J. So Rodgers would win? You call this justice I call it a frame up to get Simpson for the past not the future.

Now, lets get Robert Blake and Phil Spector.

Although William Shatner's case didn't go to trial, there are people who feel he may have killed his wife too.

According to a Rolling Stone article, Jerry Lee Lewis may have killed one or perhaps two of his wives. His 4th wife drowned in a pool under mysterious circumstances shortly before their divorce settlement. (Shatner's wife was also found dead in a pool)
Lewis' 5th wife died under mysterious circumstances soon afterwards.

touchdown!! finally OJ makes into the only endzone he has ever earned...the last room on cellblock C!! he belongs in prison...period. i hope the families of his victims are raising a boisterous glass of fine spirits...and enjoying every moment of this spineless excuse for a human beings' downfall. his "memorabilia" should have ALL been burned...his pension divvied up amongst his murder victims families...and he should never, ever have seen the light of day after his trip to rockingham...he WAS there...he DID do it. everyone KNOWS it. i put much of the blame for that fiasco square in the lap of judge ito...he was bullied by the dream team...and loved the attention of the press...what he DID NOT do...and had a legal right and duty to do...was set aside the moronic verdict by the group of idiots who listened to the murder trial testimony...he just let it ride...hey OJ...who's your daddy now...have fun...justice does prevail...

  • Posted By: pinoy0925 @ 10/04/2008 9:15:00 PM

And anyone who feels sorry for OJ, think of it this way...would you feel sorry for a man who won the lottery one day, then went to Vegas and lost it all on the roulette table???

  • Posted By: pinoy0925 @ 10/04/2008 9:03:50 PM

By the way, i wouldnt be surprised if OJ decided that, after a few years of lost appeals, court hearings and prison food, to take the easy way out and end his life. To bad he didnt give Ron and Nicole that same chance...

  • Posted By: diphideous @ 10/04/2008 8:46:37 PM

I would love to see the Brown and Goldman families get all the memorabilia and put it in one big pile, pour gas on it and burn it. The items are worthless the same as the man. It would be a very fitting end to a man who thinks he is bigger then life.

live in Vegas now and used to live in L.A. when the murder trail happened. I followed both trials closely. O.J. was railroaded out here. To make a long story short, I beleived he was guilty in the first trial, but not as the prosecution portrayed the events. I beleive the prosecution and L.A. P.D. messed up the case against him, as well as O.J.'s defense dream team did a fantastic job. He was lucky to be free but all people needed to accept that he was found innocent, very few did. As I watched almost every minute of the 13 day trial, I put myself in the seat of being one of the jurors. I did not watch or read any news reports, just as the judge had requested of the real jury. I just wanted to make my own judgment based on what happened in the courtroom, just like a regular juror. I really feel that OJ and co defendant CJ, should receive minor jail time, if any. There is no way they planned a kidnapping., the victims addmitted that the items belong to O.J., one so-called victim didnt want any charges pressed. O.J. made 2 mistakes, he let idiots bring guns. and OJ tryed to cover the guns up afterwards. The real thieves in this event are Alexander, McClinton and Riccio. If anyone should be doing hard time its them. This was a case of minor status, and should have been treated as such by, metro police and prosecutors. If felonys where to be level against anyone they should have gone against the gunmen, with petty crimes going to the rest.. The prosecutors did a masterful job of presenting there case, and by the word of Nevada law the jurors could of found the defendants guilty on all counts, as they did. The jurors also could have interpreted the entire incident from a reasonable persons point of veiw, and found that this all about a a guy trying to recover his stolen property, a stupid guy who allowed things to get out of hand. OJ is a very stupid man, I agree, but he was not as guilty as some of the other players that the prosecution gave immunity and "probation only" plea deals too. I hope Oj and CJ get a light sentence, or a re-trial . I beleived, before the verdict, that OJ should get about a 6 month to a year sentence for this, if any, CJ should have been set free. The jury obviously had other ideas. Probably before the even sat on the jurors seat.. I am happy for Goldman family, as they will probably get the items that finally put OJ away. What a shallow victory it will seem to them in the big picture. This is a very poor moment for our criminal justice system, pay back is not a law, it has no place in the courtroom, even if it feels good to most americans. Everyone in this case lied and bended the rules to help themselves, including the police and prosecutors. If the co-defendants all got offered sweet plea deals, then so should of OJ.. The judge will have the final say Dec.. 5 , lets hope she does the right thing and gives OJ and CJ sentences equivalent to what the others got in plea bargains. I dont expect that thought. Even t

listen up my man it was a poor moment for the justice system 13 yrs ago its just now catching up thats called Karma so get with it

Bravo to the jury fair making a fair and just decision. there are men doing long prison sentences for minor drug offenses, let alone armed robbery and kidnapping! Also, setting aside the "other trial" we are all so familiar with, any man who walks into a hotel with two armed friends and holds people in a room without their consent deserves to go to prison for a very long time...but a man who does that for SPORTS MEMORABILIA deserves a life sentence just for being am idiot!!!

Believe me someone inside will not like what he is and hopefully he can be sure to suffer the humiliation that is due. HE MURDED THE MOTHER OF HIS CHILDREN PLAIN AND SIMPLY MURDED THEM. Anyone in prison with any shred of morales and dignity (and a bus load of time) should set the record straight.

    • Posted By: captainkicker @ 10/04/2008 8:47:29 PM

Oh forgot to add if anyone in prison should want thier 15 minutes of fame (but with this one he may enjoy 24 hrs.of it) should collect some of his own memorablia.

  • Posted By: pinoy0925 @ 10/04/2008 8:44:33 PM

OJ wont make it too long in prison. After a couple years of lost appeals and court filings, he will lose hope and find a faster, easier way out of this world. I wish Ron and Nicole had that same chance. Needless to say, i dont think too many americans are going to lose much sleep over this. Bravo to the jury for doing what was right and just.
