Guess that "witch doctor" who prayed over Sarah Palin to rid her of her "witchiness" was not strong enough to do so. She is still a dirty, fork-toungued witch with evil intentions. Sarah, the robotic high-heeled pitbull with lipstick, is a disgrace to our country, and most especially to women!! I have never seen such a vicious, ugly, witch in action. We, the people, MUST REJECT AND DENOUNCE ERRATIC MCCAIN AND HIS ROBOTIC HIGH-HEELED PITBULL WITH LIPSTICK! They are an insult to our nation and our society!!

The verdict is in. At a time when the terrible, terrible state of the economy is causing US citizens such as the guy in California to kill this morning his wife, three children, mother-in-law and self, why do we continue to participate in mudslinging. The state of our economy is a very serious and grave issue at this time. We can not waste time engaging in mudslinging that the only purpose it serves is to divert the very, very serious issues of the economy that our country is faced with. I think we as Americans are very capable of determining one???s character, thats our job and we don???t need any help in accomplishing it. Please this is our time (the American People), we have a decision to make on Nov 4, which is only weeks away. We would ask that the candidates not waste any more of our time trying to influence the us whether or not someones character is upstanding, we can do that. What we wish would be done is for the candidates to take time and share a strategy dealing with the economy with us that we don???t loose anymore people as we already have in the case in California to collateral damage.

Isn't it ironic that the democrats who at least 3 times thwarted the Bush admistrations attempts for stricter controls over fannie mae and freddie mac and therefore are largely responsible for the current finanical crisis are now gaining in the election because of it.

McCain is a lying piece of ----. His comments themselves and the attempt to misrepresent Obama's position are dishonorable and not worthy of a candidate for the Presidency of the USA. This is not the McCain of eight years ago, and represents the vile tactics of his Bush-Rove consultants. I am out of work, and I am not able to get a job. How does these falsehoods help me put bread on the table? Apparently McLiar doesn't have the faintest idea either.

What I want to know is, how are we winning in Iraq when the US is going bankrupt? Doesn't anyone else remember that 911 was an economic attack on the US? They knew dubya was stupid enough to stir the hornets nest, going into war without an plan to win and without an exit strategy. Here we are and now it looks like the 911 attacks worked. The goal of bankrupting the US has been achieved. Doesn't that scare anyone else? Who the hell wants these two disgraceful candidates to sort this mess out? One is a hot head and the other is a complete fraud.

    • Posted By: Texanna33 @ 10/07/2008 12:54:50 PM

You are sooo right! It scares me! We need to stop frittering away all of our resources on a war based on the deceit of egomaniacal liars and get some sort of financial stability back. By the way, what ever happened to getting Bin Laden? If we had focused on our real enemy we would have had him many years ago at.0005% of the cost. Bush and Cheney's egos have cost this country an awful lot and not just in dollars and cents.

  • Posted By: Murf @ 10/07/2008 12:46:45 PM

McCain's promise to campaign with honor was clearly made with his fingers crossed. Once again he has dishonored himself.

  • Posted By: izme @ 10/07/2008 11:42:17 AM

Texanna33, would you move into a neighborhood knowing that the "Unibomber" lived 3 houses down from you? Would you let the "Unibomber" launch your political career? Would you serve on committees under the invitation of the "Unibomber"? Better yet, would you EVEN want to be associated AT ALL with the "Unibomber"?
A Presidential candidate ACTUALLY did all of that only the "Unibomber" is Bill Ayers!!!!
I don't see how the University of Chicago keeps a "Unibomber" on staff.

    • Posted By: Texanna33 @ 10/07/2008 12:45:21 PM

Ayers is not the Unibomber. He did not have a paranoid delusion that the government was putting one over on America; the government WAS putting one over on America! Ayers is now a university professor whose days as a radical were 40 years ago. The comparison to the Unibomber is not a good one. Maybe McCain's association with the Keating Five in the 80's is more relevent given the current state of our economy. Maybe Todd Palin's association with a radical group in AK is more relevent considering that association is still ongoing. The idea that Obama shouldn't be trusted because his neighbor did a bad thing 40 years ago is down right silly!

Again pure garbage, the man is now a respected member of society, never was violent in the way you suggest and was on a committee with Obama not a buddy. Would you say McCain is just as guilty for ruining thousands of lives through finanacial ruin brought on by his buddy Keating? I didn't think so.

McCain needs to tell us what he will do different than Bush to turn the economy around. Anything else is a smoke screen.

America isnt perfect,we have made mistakes. We elect persons to represent us who dont always do right by all of America, this is reality. This must change. We can no longer expect those at the top goverment to be right by us. This country is in a perilous position when leaders out right lie and men and women die. Life is a gift. Our existence is made better by bearing the truth in our hearts and minds and now is the time. For those of us whose life may be a daily struggle these days and times are mush more crucial than ever. Our goverment shouid be the highest minds and hearts of us.This boasting of Super Power and Greatest Nation on earth means nothing when the Power and the Greatness bring not the expected result of such responsibilty. It is my hope that the mind and the heart of humanity has evolved to the point of seeing the need to uplift the state of the peoples of this world. We can do this i think. In America we are free, we are free to choose for the better of self or the better all.I feel that Obama may better be suited for ths time in our history but as we have seen in times past that we as a nation can no longer vest everything that comes be not checked by by the people of this nation. It is our country.

  • Posted By: izme @ 10/07/2008 11:46:48 AM

Obama's radical (past and present) concerns me because he is given access to our governments high security information. Can we trust Obama with that information??? I don'f feel good about it. I guess it is my strong intuition that he would violate our trust.
Just since the time Obama was allowed to tour Iron Mountain in Colorado, there have been two breaches of security. Is it coinciental? Or has Obama violated our trust? Not sure, but I just don't feel that I can rest assured that he is an honest person.

McGrumpy is showing himself to be the real "Manchurian Candidate" in this election, fronting for the future Alaskan Republic which will become a Russian ally, how's that for being "dishonorable"?

  • Posted By: MHammon @ 10/07/2008 10:57:35 AM

They can say whatever they want about Obama. It has all been said before and there is no truth to it. What they can't change is that McCain has no vision for the future of this country. What they can't change is Palin is a lightly eductated human being if educated at all. She speaks what is in front of her and he says whatever will get a chear from the group in front of him. They are running a discusting campaign.

      Well spoken, A+++++++

  • Posted By: izme @ 10/07/2008 11:01:31 AM

Face it Americans, THE LAST THING WE NEED IN WASHINGTON IS 2 MORE LAWYERS!!!! The current Congress has proven that LAWYERS are not ECONOMISTS!!!! We need someone who has proven that they can administrate an economy and turn it around.....PALIN!!
We need someone who has a proven understanding of military and security issues....McCAIN!!!
Lawyers do not have the skills needed to understand the needs of our nation's current situation!!!

    • Posted By: jadavis9858 @ 10/07/2008 11:17:45 AM

McCain and Palin can't run their life not to mention a country. But you go ahead vote for them. You won't
be hurting the Lawyers, you'll be hurting yourself.

      • Posted By: Annette1962 @ 10/07/2008 12:11:15 PM

The only military issues is going with McCain rightnow is the war he has going on in his head. And the only administration Palin will turn around is to bring her high school friends and family into her plans. Oh!! and don't forget Todd. McCain as you can see lately is 51/50. And his record speaks for it self he was in a POW camp for 5 years and you think this gives him the all rights to becoming President? Don't second guess yourself. I rather had 2 LAWYERS!!! THAN BONNIE AND CLYDE better yet than HECKLE AND JECKLE!!!! Mc Cain and Palin.

The book Audacity of Hope by Barack Obams; published in 2006, gives an excellent view of the inteligence of Barack Obams and his knowledge of America and the whole World. He will make a wonderful leader and give the United States of America a place to be proud of once again if he is given the chance.

I live in Indiana and couldnt fathem the thought of John Mccain winning this election ,My Vote is for Obama , John Mcain is grabbing for straws as he slippies to a new low with his mudslinging Campaign , And not talking about the real issues , and to think Sara Palin as a heart beat away from that position ! Scare .I think John Mccain is footsteps from sanility most soilders that have suffered from wars and have been held captive have a greater Chance of looseing it mentily, and giving his short fuse we could be heading for a great disaster , I am Voting Obama

  • Posted By: notunderage @ 10/07/2008 12:06:48 PM

Dishonorable. I'm so glad McCain can fling this word around as easily as he flings "honor" around to describe himself and his actions. This is the dirtiest campaign yet, from a man who promised to take it out of the gutter and stay focused on issues affecting all Americans, the middle class, the poor and disaffected, the military, the citizens too young to vote (our children and grandchildren). several mo

Wars are not supposed to be long, complete the main objective, take out targets of opportunity and GET OUT. The main objective was Bin Laden, target of opportunity were ranking members of Al Qaeda. I'm not going to say what it means when you take out target of opportunity and claim victory but I'll just say we need to take out what the president was originally GIVEN permission for, capturing and killing Bin Laden.

Every time we kill a son, father, or uncle over there a someone grows to revenge their death. So what does winning mean? It is all about the oil and they are willing to die for it, so are we it seems.

THE BEAT GOES ON! More Distortions and LIES by McCain and Palin! McSame will now resort to smears because he is desperate! McSame and McPalin can NOT compete on the ISSUES! Now they are calling Obama a Terrorist? If anyone is a terrorist it is Palin who advocated with her husband that Alaska should become a independent country with her involvement with the Alaska Independent Party(See Countdown with Keith Olbermann on MSNBC Program 06 Oct 2008)

    • Posted By: Annette1962 @ 10/07/2008 12:01:30 PM

No, she can pack her Moose and put McCain on the the saddle too!!!

    • Posted By: rightofcenter @ 10/07/2008 11:17:05 AM

Might want to do a little research of your own. The secces denied any affiliation to Palin. As hard as this might be for you to belive Oberman is a lot longer on op-ed 's than straight facts.

  • Posted By: fe427so @ 10/07/2008 11:58:45 AM

Senator McCain, you are pathetic human being, not worthly to be mentioned in the same sentence with the words Honor or Country First. You will say and do anything to get elected for McCain First. I watched my father truly transformed by his wartime experiences. Senator McCain because of yours, honesty and decency have been reduced to abstract thoughts rather than core values.

Once upon a time, I would have considered voting for you........thank you for clearing up that issue for me.

  • Posted By: catherineusa @ 10/07/2008 11:49:11 AM

Oh I would not say respected member of the entire community, just the radicals like Obama.
Garbage? I think not! Ayers launched Obama's political career in his living room!

    • Posted By: Aggie Independent @ 10/07/2008 11:58:24 AM

Pure BS read and think for yourself. If you are not a paid political poster, you are a sheep and unwill or unable to do your own homework. People like you scare me, because you don't look deeper than sound bites that reinforce your own fears.

I am not a great Obama fan, but the GOP's 8 years have not been good from where I stand and I can't vote for more of the same. McCain offers no new direction and has now shown a lack of class that frankly shocks me.
