    How is Obama going to lower the health insurance premiums? Is he going to control the insurance companies? Doesn't he know that one of the major reasons why premiums are so high is because of the overwhelming amount of insurance fraud? The fine print - people should read before the sign contracts; people should be proactive and take the "insurance company's word" for it.

    All businesses do NOT want to give their employees healthcare coverage....because it costs the business some money! They would much rather NOT spend that money and if they are not required to provide coverage, most of them won't do it!

    It is scary that the American people are willing to vote for someone like Obama who can't possibly love this country as much as McCain does; whose background is obscure; we really don't know where he comes from. The American people while justifiably frustrated is ignoring the information about Obama and looking the other way. Open your eyes. OBAMA IS A SOCIALIST - THERE IS NOTHING "AMERICAN" ABOUT HIM. Americans, don't judge McCain because he is a Republican. His views are not the same as those of President Bush. Let's give the one man who has "shed tears and blood for this country" a chance - McCAIN - OUR NEXT PRESIDENT - Is that man.

      I judge McCain on the fact that he's not a hero...he blows smoke constantly about his time as a POW. He was NO hero...he sang like a bird. Read the article in the "Rollng Stone" ...it was quite an eye-opening article. I know what I need to know about Obama...he was born and raised as a middle/lower class American....NOT A MUSLIM! He cares about the middle/lower class people and wants to save the people who are the backbone of this country. McCain was born with a silver spoon in his mouth, dumped his wife when she was no longer attractive and chased his multi-million-dollar wife until she married him. His entire advisor group are LOBBYISTS and the #1 advisor was a lobbyist for the banking industry. Do you really think they care about YOU?

    Debate is really going no where. What happened in the past fortunately or unfortanely should stay in the past for both candidates. Both have things in their past that they should not be too proud of. As to the debate, when ask a question, what is wrong with answering the question. With the deficiet in our national budget, it is important to handle as much as possible with a large spending spree. What would they do if each item came to the floor with only one item listed. This should cut spending immediately. Apparently some bills are passed that are packed with a lot of extras thrown in for good measure. Again what can't they answer the question ask. (example) To get to the other side of the street it is not necessary to go around three blocks and then cross. A stright line would be better method.

    Obama likes to confuse the terms "personal tax" with "business tax". So, small business is the engine of the economy, and he wants to reduce my personal tax a little, while he increases my business tax alot. Thus, he decreases my personal tax twice, the second time because I am not making as much from by business because the Government is taking it. I will have less employees and they will be paid less and have less benefits as well. That's great. Yep, that will really grow the economy.

    I guess if you just say "I know how to do that" ... it makes it so! McCain is just like Palin and skirting the actual question and is standing there making up things to put Obama on the defensive....so that he doesn't have the chance to be offensive. It's a tactic....I hope the American public is smart enough to see that!

    Why didn't they take the Wall Street bailout and just give it to us? I heard a rumor that we'd all get about $400,000. I think that would turn the economy around in a hurry. Yes, Mr. McCain, come on over and buy my bad mortgage. I dare you.

    I just contacted the Federal Election Commission to investigate inappropriate campaign activity. Recent Palin rallies, endorsed by mcCain and the RNC have resulted in threats to Obama's life 9someone yelled "KILL HIM!" at a rally). Here is the cite and contact info for the FEC:
