Kinda makes you wish George Washington HAD been more "power-hungry!" Maybe if "King" Paul Emery Washington was in the White House right now instead of the current head of state, we wouldn't be in the mess we're in!!!!!!!!

It amazes me how this simple article incited so many racial comments, and "superior" race comments. The only "superior" that exits is God who created all of us equally no matter the color he decided to paint us with. There is no such thing as a "superior" race. How ignorant and sad of those who still think that way.

It is an Interesting exercise into alternate history, irrigardless of the butterfly effect. How did this devolve into a discussion on racism anyway?

I just looked one more time and still no indians.....I just remembered I need to make dinner tonight so I'll stop by the store on the way home. I won't have to hunt my food like an indian and I don't have to walk to plains or anything I drive my automobile (a white german invented this) home.

I don't understand how such a benign article about what would be if we became a monachy instead of a "democracy". It's kind of cool to see that they can (sort of) trace George Washington's lineage. And the article really had nothing to do with this current elections so how people turned it into a rant against Obama or how "our race is better" (regardless of which race anyone might be referring to) Sheesh, can't we just enjoy a tiny frivolous bit of fluff in these dark times? And remember, everyone here was interested enough to click on the article in the first place, bringing us all here to comment.
