Baby I'll be there to take your hand,
Baby I'll be there to share the land
That they'll be giving away, when we all live together.
So, in the exchange with "Joe the plumber" we find out that Obama really is as radical as his early political acquaintances, and is into the failed economic policy of wealth redistribution. Yahoo, back to the 70's we go! So now we know that an Obama presidency really would be as if it were Carter's lost second term after all. -

Obama's view of the future of America - Socialism which is the next step to Communism!!
Under socialism a ruling class of intellectuals, bureaucrats and social planners decide what people want or what is good for society and then use the coercive power of the State to regulate, tax, and redistribute the wealth of those who work for a living. In other words, socialism is a form of legalized theft.
The morality of socialism can be summed-up in two words: envy and self-sacrifice. Envy is the desire to not only possess another's wealth but also the desire to see another's wealth lowered to the level of one's own. Socialism's teaching on self-sacrifice was nicely summarized by two of its greatest defenders, Hermann Goering and Bennito Mussolini. The highest principle of Nazism (National Socialism), said Goering, is: "Common good comes before private good." Fascism, said
Mussolini, is "a life in which the individual, through the sacrifice of his own private interests??realizes that completely spiritual existence in which his value as a man lies."
Socialism is the social system which institutionalizes envy and self-sacrifice: It is the social system which uses compulsion and the organized violence of the State to expropriate wealth from the producer class for its redistribution to the parasitical class.
Despite the intellectuals' psychotic hatred of capitalism, it is the only moral and just social system.
Capitalism is the only moral system because it requires human beings to deal with one another as traders--that is, as free moral agents trading and selling goods and services on the basis of mutual consent.
Capitalism is the only just system because the sole criterion that determines the value of thing exchanged is the free, voluntary, universal judgement of the consumer. Coercion and fraud are anathema to the free-market system.
It is both moral and just because the degree to which man rises or falls in society is determined by the degree to which he uses his mind. Capitalism is the only social system that rewards merit, ability and achievement, regardless of one's birth or station in life.
Yes, there are winners and losers in capitalism. The winners are those who are honest, industrious, thoughtful, prudent, frugal, responsible, disciplined, and efficient. The losers are those who are shiftless, lazy, imprudent, extravagant, negligent, impractical, and inefficient. [What about the role of luckbeing in the right place at the right time or the wrong place at the wrong time? R. R. Pope}
Capitalism is the only social system that rewards virtue and punishes vice. This applies to both the business executive and the carpenter, the lawyer and the factory worker.-

It is important to define "Capitalism" correctly because a proper definition is a prerequisite to a proper defense. Capitalism is the only moral political system because it is the only system dedicated to the protection of rights, which is a requirement for human survival and flourishing. This is the only proper role of a government. Capitalism should be defended vigorously on a moral basis, not an economic or utilitarian basis. People often use the term "Capitalism" loosely, "Laissez Faire Capitalism", as you have described is not true Capitalist system. "Laissez Faire Capitalism" is now redundant. I gather you do not agree with the Constitution of the United States. How sad.

OOPS! Typos...
",,,appears that you CAN'T disagree with a Republican..."
"potential we COULD hope for."
"...NOT, ever again, WANT to see a Vice P..."
I also want to say how disappointed I am that the Republican candidates, as any leader should, tell these people who want to spread this hate that there is no place in this election for any of this kind of behavior. That exhibitions of this offensive and vile nature are not in accordance with or welcome at their rallys. -

I have never been witness to anything this scary, venomous, dangerous, distasteful, and unAmerican in my life! What is happening in this country? It seems you can go to a McCain or Palin rally anymore and just hear the good ole American stump speech. Instead we witness vitriol and hate, followed by cries of hatemongering andbloodthirst. It appears that you can disagree with a Republican without mortal threats coming out of the mouths from the crowd with something similar to the mob mentality of the old South, the anti-Vietnam protests, the post Rodney King trial, etc, etc, and etc. The list is far too long, regrettable and distasteful. When and how do we get to the better days we should be striving for; how do we get past our embarassing historical past? About 40 to fifty years ago we lost 3 very impressive men with all of the potential we were hoping for. Unfortunately their lives were tragically cut short and their potential never realized. Just think how our world could have been different if Jack & Bobby Kennedy and Martin Luther King had not been shot and killed in their prime!!!!!!!!! And now the extreme right wing is wanting to relive this horror and is screaming for it!! I'm not saying that Barack is the equivalent of these wonderful gentlemen, but do any of us really know that he is NOT?
All I am asking for is that each and every person who screams these hate-filled words or anyone who agrees with them think, really THINK, if this is the kind of world we want to live in. Doesn't EVERY PERSON have the right fo realize their potential (not ONLY the people we agree with but also the ones we don't)?
Every voter has the inalienable right to pick the candidate of their choice and not have to worry about the winner's safety. I DO NOT, ever again, to see a Vice President being sworn in on a plain rushing to Washington DC like we did in 1963. That's a scar that we ALL have had to endure.
Please, PLEASE lets tone down the hatred and threats for the next 20 days. We are s'posed to have a choice in this election and not feel guilty about it or worry about what might happen to the winner.
HE WHO IS WITHOUT SIN (McCain and Palin have some questionable people in their past too, ya' know) CAST THE FIRST SIN. It is painful to read some of the offerings on this blog, let's see in maybe some could be a little more RESPECTFUL of the other one, WHICHEVER one it is!!!!!!!-

To jim johnson....self styled bible scholar....
my Bible says nothing about a "man of muslim decent" being the "anti-christ" it gives NO definite time in regards to when the world will end: what it does say is that NO man knows the day nor hour, it also mentions in very clear terms a curse to ANYONE adding to, or taking away from what is written in the bible.... you might want to consider that next time you feel like spouting off some "biblical truths"-

This will make you re-think: A Trivia question in Sunday School:
How long is the beast allowed to have authority in Revelations?
Revelations 13:5 tells us it is 42 months, and you know what that is;
almost a four-year term of a Presidency.
All I can say is "Lord, Have mercy on us!"
According to The Book of Revelations the anti-Christ is: The anti-Christ will
be a man, in his 40's, of MUSLIM descent, who will deceive the nations with
persuasive language, and have a MASSIVE Christ-like appeal...the prophecy says
that people will flock to him and he will promise false hope and world peace,
and when he is in power, will destroy everything...
Do we recognize this description??
================================================================================
Since most predictions are that the world as we know it will end in the year 2012,
this sounds reasonable! Of course the numbers of true Christians are dwindling
fast. It is becoming a sad nation. Our forefathers founded this country on
Christian principles, but even that is being denied by many. Without the core
beliefs that our country was founded on, this nation is doomed. Obama, coming onto
the scene, has brought more hate and anger into this country like I have never seen in
all my life. His core principles are so far left that it is enough to scare any
intelligent, mature American. Our forefathers would turn over in their graves if they
could see that most Americans are ready for Socialism or just too ignorant to understand
what is happening. I guess I am just from the old school like John McCain, I still
believe in God, freedom, equality, personal responsibility, capitalism, low taxes, and
small government. For the last 30 or so years our government has squandered away our
tax money and forced most of us to live in poverty or close to it. They treated our
tax money as though it was theirs and like they earned it, and unlike most Americans,
they did not live within their budget. Emergencies do arise, but any smart American
knows that you have to be ready for those, so you try to have savings or you borrow the
money with the intent of paying it back immediately. If Americans have learned anything,
it is that the government can run nothing and messes up everything they put their hands on.
Now, Americans seem ready to turn our country over to a big spender and a taxing fool.
I WANT MY COUNTRY BACK!!!! -

Angry convervative posters: Do me, yourself and the GOP Party a favor: Put just half the effort that you put into bashing Obama and the Democrats into praising the real values of the Republican Party and it's ticket if you want to get McCain elected. All of this peurile and acrimonious name calling and outright antagonization is not helping our cause, makes the conservative base look childish, unintelligent, frightened and self serving. It turns off Independent voters and so basically serves the Dem's interests. I'm sure you are venting, but it's NOT helping us.

I have always believed that birds of a feather will always flock together and if you CANNOT trust one of them, you can't trust any of them.
We all select our friends and associates by their character. If we do not agree with their character and how they lead their lives, then we will NOT accept them as our friends. I, personally, would never associate with anyone that was involved in any kind of criminal activities or racial activities, or involved in any kind of demonstrations against the country which I love with all my heart. I have too much self respect and pride to associate with these types of lowlife trash.
But, for some reason, we CANNOT and will NOT hold our President to these same standards and good judgement. It seems that a president who has 'no sex' with a young intern in our Oval Ofiice is beyond scrutiny and is still considered to be a GREAT president. It doesn't matter that his actions destroyed the view of the office of the presidency in the eyes of our friends around the world and destroyed the morals of all of our young people. The character of a president is just not important to the American people any longer.
Promises of 'hope and change' and empty rhetoric has replaced the need of a presidential candidate to have good judgemnet and good character. As long as they are shrewd enough to 'look presidential' and said what the POOR STUPID Americans want to hear, that is all that is important. The American people no longer need evidence, REAL evidence, that a candidate is capable of fulfilling his promises and is capable of protecting and serving the people. Talk is cheap, but the right talk has proven to be all that is required by the American people. Judgement, character, and experience is no longer required.
I have always believed that birds of a feather will always flock together and if you CANNOT trust one of them, you can't trust any of them. The American voter is willing to accept Obama at face value, without thoroughly researching his background. I would like to know how many Americans are willing to send our young men and women into combat overseas to fight terrorists, and, at the same time, are willing to accept a president who has been friends with domestic terrorists for years, and a president who is supported by Hamas and many, many other radical groups and leaders from around the world.
Just keep in mind that Obama would never be accepted in the FBI or CIA, but the American voters would elect him as their president and Commander-in-chief of their brave military men and women!!!! May God bless and have mercy on the souls of all the misguided voters!!!! -

Obama explains his objection to our National Anthem and Flag!!
Hot on the heels of his explanation for why he no longer wears a flag pin, presidential candidate Senator Barack Obama was forced to explain why he doesn't follow protocol when the National Anthem is played.
According to the United States Code, Title 36, Chapter 10, Sec. 171, During rendition of the national anthem when the flag is displayed, all present except those in uniform are expected to stand at attention facing the flag with the right hand over the heart.
"As I've said about the flag pin, I don't want to be perceived as taking sides,' Obama said. 'There are a lot of people in the world to whom the American flag is a symbol of oppression. And the Anthem itself conveys a war-like message. You know, the bombs bursting in air and all. It should be swapped for something less parochial and less bellicose. I like the song 'I'd Like to Teach the World to Sing.' If that were our anthem, then I might salute it.'
WHAAAAAAAT!!!!!!!!!! Yes, ladies and gentlemen, this could possibly be our next president. I, for once, am speechless.
He better take sides..........if he is not on the side of AMERICA he MUST NOT EVEN BE CONSIDERED for the office he is seeking. We do not need a man in office that will not salute the flag. The world knows how to sing, what they need to know is that the USA will defend what that flag stands for. -

Obama, the one you can trust! The American people are like leeches on the government. They can no longer think for themselves. They can no longer take care of themselves. They need to be bottle fed and have their diapers changed. Obama is their savior, their Messiah. They can no longer fight for their freedoms. They must succumb to the beautiful words of promise and hope from Obama. He will make their lives great and trouble free. He will make us one world with no bounderies. Everyone will be equal. There will never be rich people or poor people again. We will all be middle class. That is where the world is headed and we will be the first to get there. All medical help and medicine will be socialized. The government will lead the people down the rosey path to hell. The people will serve the mighty leader, Obama. He controls all human activities and tells us were and when to go. He will tell us what to drive and when to drive. He will tell us where to set our thermostats in our houses. He will tell us the kind of food we must eat. He will create the perfect society, the perfect human race. We will never want again. He will provide everything we need. If we are without, he will make the neighbors share with us. He will insure that everyone will have something to eat and something to wear. He will be the guiding light to our future. We will all be happy and full of joy because Obama says we are. He will control our attitudes and provide us with hope that he will always make things better for us. Life could not be easier or better. He will look out for us. Put your full trust in him and he will deliver. He is the almighty, the Messiah, and the keeper of the people. We will get on out knees and worship him and the ground he walks on. We will never want anything again because he will make everything readily available to us. He has the answer to all our problems and our shortcomings. He will forgive us for our misdeeds and make us whole again. May our new God have mercy on our souls and bless our new kingdom; Obamanation! Always remember that you will have the Quran to fall back on, to read, and to enjoy! Always keep it near you and always look into the eyes of Obama in the pictures that will be provided to you. The pictures will always remind you who your savior is and to whom you will owe your great life. Teach your children and grandchildren to worship the man in the picure and they will always remain wholesome and happy! He will always show them the path to follow to become a great person like him! They must idolize him if they expect to be blessed. And, be sure to pat yourself on the back for choosing the Messiah and giving your children and grandchildren the security and wellness the Messiah has to offer. Always keep your Quran and his picture next to your bed and close to your heart and you will be happy forever! Brothers and sisters, I love you, and we will be together as one forever and ever!

John McCain is a good man, who got carried away by ambition, bad people and bad decisions. I think his conscience is bothering him now, and makes him more appealing, and more the man I know him to be.
Sarah Palin may be smart, but she's not who you think she is. Sarah Palin is a traitor to America and to her party.

Wendy, please post credible links to your claims. Palin is not or ever has been a member of the AIP. Once again, please post a credible link. And don't go there with Palin's religion... Here's a quote from Obama on ABC with George Stephanopolus: "Let's not play games, what I was suggesting - you're absolutely right that John McCain has not talked about my Muslim faith. And you're absolutely right that that has not come." Steponopolus had to correct him to: "you mean.... your Christian faith?"
My Muslim faith? Opppssss.... BTW, I don't put much into the biased panel that found Palin abused her power.
In the end, most of your post is about Palin. I'm sure you're aware she's running for... VP?

Comment: McCain???s tactic is just one of a multitude of desperation plays from a sinking campaign. If it???s true that there are no athiests in foxholes, perhaps it???s also true that there are ethicists in a tanking GOP campaign. Having changed his position on virtually every key political issue of the day in order to win the nomination of a party controlled by lunatics he obviously once despised, having run a series of patently false advertisements that made even his groupies in the mainstream media want to hurl, having hired the very same thugs who had destroyed him in 2000, there???s a very real question as to whether there???s quite anything that McCain wouldn???t do at this point to realize the holy grail of satisfying his personal boyhood career ambition to be president.

Has anyone noticed the inverse relationship and correlation between the Barack Obama-Joe Biden campaign ticket stock seemingly going up and every stock on Wall Street going down. Is there a cause and effect between any seeming growing momentum behind an Obama election and the continuing recent real stock market crash? Wall Street is about future expectations and the expectations are that Barack Obama will not help our economy if he is elected. Wall Street and the world knows that an Obama election will not be good for business. A vote for John McCain will be a vote for our economic recovery. If you want to keep your job or have a future please vote John McCain. Get out there and vote for John McCain. Get your friends to vote for John McCain. Vote John McCain!!!!!!!! Vote John McCain!!!!!

Its over, the US is going to have its first Black Muslim President. History is in the making "Photo Op" Obama has spent the most money to buy your vote and it worked. He has gotten everyone to ignore all of the signs to him being a do nothing, look good, play basketball, support the Arab nations in their quest to push down Israel, etc, etc..
So many people have been brain washed that President Bush is bad and McCain is just like him that they would vote for anyone except a Republican. They would vote for someone who has a Muslim background and has turned his back on his Chicago Church. They would vote for someone who has associated with terriorists. The list goes on and on. Lets face it, the majority of people are not voting for Obama, how could they if they knew him, they are voting against the GOP. Well, look out, things are going to change and not for the good.-

Sad but true. K-Mart wouldn't hire a president with the long term questionable relationships that Hussein Obama has had, but most liberal man in the senate has used his slick rhetoric along with that ever important race card to call in his sheep. He had to have help... everything from Acorn to the market crash.
It's ironic... Obama blamed McCain and Bush for the mess we're in, and the dems (Barney Frank & Chris Dodd) are at the root of it! While Bush and McCain were working to reign in Fannie Mae with new legislation, Obama was writing his second memoir. And why not? He could relax. He knew he had his sheep right where he wanted them all along.
The anointed messiah one.... Sh!t Obama can't even quit smoking.

Obama's Campaign Paid Over $800,000 To ACORN For Get-Out-The-Vote Efforts, But "Mistakenly Misrepresented" Their Work To The FEC:
Obama's Campaign "Paid More Than $800,000" To ACORN For Get-Out-The Vote Efforts; The Campaign Originally "Misrepresented" The Group's Work To The FEC. "U.S. Sen. Barack Obama's presidential campaign paid more than $800,000 to an offshoot of the liberal Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now for services the Democrat's campaign says it mistakenly misrepresented in federal reports. An Obama spokesman said Federal Election Commission reports would be amended to show Citizens Services Inc. -- a subsidiary of ACORN -- worked in 'get-out-the-vote' projects, instead of activities such as polling, advance work and staging major events as stated in FEC finance reports filed during the primary." (David M. Brown, "Obama To Amend Report On $800,000 In Spending," Pittsburgh Tribune Review, 8/22/08)
The link below describes how some in Congress tried to use the original version of the bailout bill to divert money eventually recovered to groups like ACORN, a group Obama has a long association with. See:

Similarly, the non-partisan Iraq & Afghanistan Veterans of America gave McCain a "D" grade for his poor voting record on veterans' issues.

Vote John McCain !!!!! Vote John McCain!!!!!!!!!!
Why is Barack Obama always putting Joe Biden his running mate in a peculiar position. Barrack Obama made comments during the
Nashville Townhall debate that were hilarious with Barack Obama criticizing John McCain???s plan for allowing insurers in different states to provide health care plans in other states. None of the national news commentators seem to pick up on the comment.
Senator John McCain said that his medical plan allowing plans from other states would lead to choice, competition, and lower costs for consumers and companies. Barack Obama said that would lead to inadequate protections and it would be similar to the incorporation laws of Delaware where most United States corporations are incorporated. Corporations from many states incorporate in Delaware. Barack Obama was insulting the laws and voters of Delaware and his running Joe Biden who has been a Senator from Delaware for the past thirty years. Apparently Barack Obama feels that the incorporation statutes of Delaware are inadequate and offer little protection to investors or creditors of those corporations around the country. If that was the case, why hasn???t Senator Joe Biden from Delaware or Barack Obama jumped in there and get the Delaware state legislature to change the corporation laws of Delaware. Senator Joe Bidens failure to do so for the past thirty years must reflect on him according to Barack Obama analysis.
It is amazing that Barack Obama would use an example criticizing the laws of a state of his running mate Joe Biden. Just imagine what Barack Obama would have said about Delaware incorporation laws if Joe Biden was not on the ticket. Independent and undecided voters of Delaware and around the country, vote John McCain!!!!!!!
vote John McCain!!!!!!! vote John McCain!!!!!!! vote John McCain!!!!!!! -

Why is Barack Obama always putting Joe Biden his running mate in a peculiar position. Barrack Obama stated that the reason he did not join the military service was that the United States was not at war at the time when he was eligible to serve and most people join. Barack Obama knows that Joe Biden did not join the military service because of an asthma condition that was not diagnosed until his teenage years. Joe Biden had horribly bad luck, ninety percent of all children are diagnosed with asthma before age six but Joe Biden was unlucky enough to be in the ten percent group of children who acquire asthma after age six and became asthmatic when he was a teenager. After five student deferments while he attended college and law school, his teenage asthma finally came to the attention of his local Selective Service Board and he missed the opportunity to serve his country during time of war as an officer. But for his bad luck with his teenage asthma diagnosis, Joe Biden could have gone in and served his country honorably as a officer and a gentleman and perhaps as a Judge Advocate Law Officer similar to his son. Barack Obama should be kinder to his running mate and not emphasize that he did not serve because the country was not at war in contrast to Joe Biden who did not serve while the country was at war.

"U.S. Sen. Coming out of the Democratic Convention my lean was to McCain, as I think it is dangerous on many levels when one party has too much control and I had always liked him to begin with. However, when he selected Palin and threw his lot in with the same Bush team that trashed him in the South Carolina primary in 2000, I had to reconsider.
I doubt with the financial meltdown he could have won regardless of the path he chose, but he lost a bunch of what they like to refer to Ron's Democrats when he decided to stick with the fear and smear game plan. -

Attack is all he McCain can think of to do, and he isn't doing it well. The return to the "no smoke/no fire" Ayers story borders on pathetic. There's no evidence Obama was "pal" to this gentleman who was something of a radical back in the 60's. Of course there's abundant evidence of McCain's more recent and real connections to fraudulent financier Charles Keating and Catholic hating Reverend Hagee, not to mention Ms. Palin's friendship with various extremists like the nuts who want Alaska to secede from the United States--she's spoken at their meetings! What matters a great deal more than guilt by association is the ability and temperament to lead this nation out of the financial disaster that Bush, with McCain's help, got us into. McCain's lack of perspective on what matters, and his wildly eratic behavior historically and currently, are driving voters away from him and toward Obama.

Posted By: Aggie Independent @ 10/09/2008 4:24:33 PM
Unless there is a major change in the political landscape this race is over. McCain, while once a good and honorable man (perhaps inside he still is), bought into the Republican game plan that has worked for Bush and Rove the last two elections. However, the results of what that led to are too obvious for the fear and smear tactics to work this time.
Personally, I think McCain would have still had a good chance of winning if not for going negative and pandering to the fringe with his VP pick (they would have voted for him anyway). I actually am concerned when either party has control of all three elected branches. It simply enables the fringe on either side to get things passed into law that are dangerous. -

Obama was one of these "community organizers". How many false registrations did he turn in? How many of them are being done in order to get him the votes he needs to become President of this country?
SMEAR, that was not his job only advising the system is in place. and the bad apples are being weeded out. Hopefully they are caught using proper procedures.
Lets talk about the fact that Obama can't even provide a real birth certificate to prove that he was born in the United States.
SMEAR, Republican fabrication, do you think for a second IF the correct papers were not shown, the other primary candidates would not have called him out before now
Lets talk about his record as a legistator and a senator.
SMEAR, the record speaks for itself, its your interpretation.
Lets talk about the fact that "this one" doesn't stand for one single thing...
SMEAR, that is a total exaggeration. Let's start with Health Care and the middle class.
but tells whoever he is talking whatever they want to hear in order to get himself elected.
SMEAR you are projecting your image of McCain on Obama. Everyone can clearly see who looks desparate.
You want to talk about REAL FEAR... lets talk about Barack Obama as President of the United States.
KING of SMEARS Obviously YOU find it difficult to imagine, but everyone doesn't not think as you, they are actually saying imagine McCain or possibly Palin as president, now THAT's scary!
Don't come here with your BS. AS I SAID, let's talk real FEARS not republican SMEARS! -

How dare we no how dare he;
On November 11, 1992, Dolores Alfond, sister of missing airman Capt. Victor Apodaca and chair of the National Alliance of Families, an organization of relatives of POW/MIAs, testified at one of the Senate committee's public hearings. She asked for information about data the government had gathered from electronic devices used in a classified program known as PAVE SPIKE
The devices were primarily motion sensors, dropped by air, designed to pick up enemy troop movements. But they also had rescue capabilities. Someone on the ground--a downed airman or a prisoner on a labor gang--could manually enter data into the sensor, which were regularly collected electronically by US planes flying overhead. Alfond stated, without any challenge from the committee, that in 1974, a year after the supposedly complete return of prisoners, the gathered data showed that a person or people had manually entered into the sensors--as US pilots had been trained to do--"no less than 20 authenticator numbers that corresponded exactly to the classified authenticator numbers of 20 US POW/MIAs who were lost in Laos." Alfond added, says the transcript: "This PAVE SPIKE intelligence is seamless, but the committee has not discussed it or released what it knows about PAVE SPIKE."
McCain, whose POW status made him the committee's most powerful member, attended that hearing specifically to confront Alfond because of her criticism of the panel's work. He bellowed and berated her for quite a while. His face turning anger-pink, he accused her of "denigrating" his "patriotism." The bullying had its effect--she began to cry.
This is how he takes care of POW's and thier families. That's right it was THAT ONE. -

Is Barack Obama a chain smoker or not? If he is not transparent in smoking in public and admitting that he has a nicotine addiction then how can we trust him on other issues that are truly grave?
Does he smoke a lot of cigarettes only when he plays poker with his friends or is it a daily habit? How can we trust him on health care if he is a smoker. Would not someone who really wants to hold down healthcare costs want to quit smoking.
We want to know if Barack Obama is going to promise to not chain smoke around Joe Biden because Joe Biden had asthma as a teenager. The reason that Joe Biden could not fight for his country in 1968 during the peak of the Vietnam War was that he had teenage asthma.
Joe Biden had horribly bad luck, ninety percent of all children are diagnosed with asthma before age six but Joe Biden was unlucky enough to be in the ten percent group of children who acquire asthma after age six and became asthmatic when he was a teenager. You are right about Joe Biden being longwinded as a speaker. He must have had a miraculous cure. He has all the bad luck. He missed his opportunity to serve his country during time of war. Barack Obama still should promise not to smoke in front of Joe. It is possible Joe could have a relapse.

Obama's followers are doing what they do best... creating voters where there aren't any. Take a look into the front page of MSNBC... ten states are looking into a scandal of voter registration. This is the exact kind of tactics that ACORN and Ayers use in order to get what they want. Obama is the voice they are using in order to gain the power that they want.
Obama can't even prove that he was born in the United States. There is a lawsuit going now to force him to prove it by providing his birth certificate... like John McCain had to do. But for some reason it doesn't seem that Obama is being held to the same measure that McCain is. Wasn't he a constitution lawyer? Shouldn't he know that being born outside of the United States makes it illegal for him to be President of the United States.
Why aren't these questions being asked by the media? Why isn't the media putting Obama under any sort of scrutiny? Seems that they are doing everything that they possibly can to get this man elected. Just look at this Romano kids articles. He has never once done any research into Obama... but he talks about him as if he is the next coming of the Messiah.
Why is the American public voting for a Senator who doesn't even vote on bills. He just gives a "present" vote. How can you support someone who doesn't stand for anything?-

Answer: The mainstream media leaves the dead end goose chases to Faux News.-

What is dead end about any of those issues? Or is that you just call them that because you don't want anyone talking bad about your candidate of choice? I'm guessing that it is the latter.

In a few weeks we will make a choice that will decide our future.
I follow an economist named Bob Proctor. He has called the top and bottom of every market crash since the 70s correctly.
Also, he perfectly predicted the current real estate market meltdown and the picture he paints about what will happen in the next couple years
is terrifying. He thinks it will be worse then the great depression.
The banks in the U.S. are going under one after the other. Countrywide ,Bear Stearns, Lehman Brothers and Merrill Lynch , Fanny and Freddy Mae ,AIG
The government took them over because they are essentially bankrupt. Even with the goverment nationalizing hundreds of billions of dollars in debt the stock market is crashing
the credit markets are frozen and all of us may suffer beyond anything in the last 80 years.
McCain just like Bush " doesn't understand the economy".
That not just my opinion its his own words. Not only does he not understand how to fix it but he does not understand exactly what is broken.
It is no surprise that he doesn't. The people that make up these securities use complex mathematical models very few people understand.
Bush and McCain both can take the credit for this mess since they helped deregulate the laws that were protecting us.
Bush's economic advisor Phil Graham wrote the deregulation bill that allowed banks to take huge risks with all of our future.
Now, Phil Graham is the head of McCain's economic policy. He is also McCain's choice for the next secretary of the treasury.
No one in this country can afford for that to happen. The last time Bush met with his economic advisors was in March. He didnt realize that anything was wrong. Phil Graham had the guts to say that we are in a mental recession after he helped create the worst economy meltdown in our lifetime. Check out this link to the truth http://my.barackobama.com/keatingvideo
It will take the best and brightest minds in the world to get us out of this nightmare. As bad as Bush has done, McCain would be
even more destructive because things are in much worse shape. The next president will not inherit a surplus like Bush did but a crashing economy and a 11,600,000,000,000 (trillion) dollars deficit. Most of it Bush created and it will take decades to pay it back.
If you do what you have always done then you will get what you have always got.
When it comes to policy Bush and McCain are the same 90 percent of the time.
So why are the polls even close then ?
Mccains team just said they no longer want to talk about the economy.Instead they would like to spend time talking about obama
which means running the biggest smear campaign in history.

In 2005 Senator McCain brought a bill before congress that would have regulated the habits of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. The bill was rejected by congressional democrats who said that neither Fannie Mae nor Freddie Mac have any problems. Go do some research.
In that time Senator Obama has received $144,000 from Fannie and Freddie. As a matter of fact he is the third highest recipient over the last ten years. A pretty daunting figure considering he has only been a senator for three of those ten years.

They think they can just tell you lies and you wont be smart enough to see through it
Let's teach him we are smarter than that .

You tell me who is to blame... the guy who tried to fix it three years ago... or the guy who was sucking money out of them until they went under.

We will get to THAT after McCain unseals his transcipts while he was in Vietnam to see if he honored the code of conduct for POW (why would you ask the Vietnamese to keep quiet), his medical records and disciplinary records from the Navy.
As for ACORN, organizations are not perfect. When people are passionate they say or do thing because they believe in what they are doing. Everyone cannot be caught but if there is a system in place, the bad apples will eventually get weeded out. Let's look at the system in place:
VIII. Performance Problems
1. If Shift Managers or the Call Center determines that a canvasser is not meeting performance standards or has collected applications that are suspicious, an investigation is opened on that canvasser and completed within a day or two. If the problem concerns quality issues, such as collecting incomplete applications or not enough phone number, the canvasser may be retrained or counseled. Repeat offenses will result in termination. If the investigation finds that the canvasser has knowingly collected applications from ineligible applicants, from a person who has already registered to vote or submitted an application, completed and signed an application with another person's name, or committed any other illegal action, the canvasser is terminated.
2. Applications that are suspicious are separated out from other applications when they are turned into election officials. Election officials are given a cover sheet with the canvassers name and the name of the applicants found to be suspicious. The cover sheet contains contact information for the election official if they find the application violated any laws so that they can get identification information on the canvasser and elicit ACORN???s cooperation in any investigation or prosecution.
IX. Election Official Relationship
1. Local ACORN staff maintains regular communication with elections officials when applications are dropped off. State ACORN staff request regular phone or in person meetin
