Lewis was able to use his more noble civil rights career to self-endorse a race-baiting tirade that linked McCain first to George Wallace,then extending it back to the Birmingham bombings of 1964. Fully aware that Obama supporters had turned two people into a ''mob''by the media,conservative blog host and sometimes FOX fill-in Michelle Malkin loaded up her website with dozens of leftwingers,Tinseltown celebrities,authors,and directors who advocated the assassination of the president[Bush],made sexist comments directed at Palin,or committed various acts of violence aimed at those representing the GOP including vandalism,firebombings,and death threats.[The Portland OREGONIAN,and the cities WATC station reported yesterday of two pro-Obama college-aged men who lobbed Molotov cocktails at a southeast Portland residence because it bore a McCain /Palin sign in their front yard. The two have been charged with arson]. Democrat Alcee Hastings appeared before a Florida group of elderly Jewish voters and proclaimed that ''anyone who uses a gun and hunts moose doesn't care much for blacks and Jews either''. Another group of anti-Palin voters ,all males,appeared under her hotel a few days ago wearing t-shirts that proclaimed ''Palin Is A ***''

. Rapper Ludicris,has made a popular new song about the election disparaging McCain while Madonna compared him to the Nazis.

What of this Eleanor? Have you not even the scintilla of human,much less journalistic courage to remark upon such outrages that are legion in their numbers? When a man picks up a firebomb to light it and send it sailing towards those he has probably never met in his life,what portion of your ''Dark Side''does this exist in? Hillary was never a favorite. But I never referred to her as a ''***''. Nor did I see McCain invoke the images of the Holocaust in order to scare Jews. When the son of a Michigan Democrat congresswoman who endorses Obama,goes out and slashes tires to the tune of thousands in damage due to his vandalism,when the son of another Democrat in Tennessee hacks Palins most private e-mails,when has-beens like Puff Daddy[Diddy],can appear on an awards show and shout ''Vote Obama or Die'', what portion of the human conscience compells these to go to your ''Dark Side''?

Quit acting like this is a GOP scene Clift. We have many,too many really,instances of the other side of the ''dark side''to observe.[Indeed,too many for Obama to even comment upon himself].

Gayle Quinnell is the McCain supporter who referred to Sen. Obama as an Arab at a McCain rally. There is a video, this woman is priceless.

Quinnell said she obtained the information on Obama being an Arab at "her local library" and from a pamphlet obtained at a local McCain campaign office (provided by a fellow volunteer not the campaign itself). She has taken it upon herself to redistribute the information as widely as possible by making copies of the pamphlet and sending it to random names in the phone book.

Bush Strategist: McCain Knows He Put Country At Risk With Palin Pick

Matthew Dowd, a prominent political consultant and chief strategist for George W. Bush's reelection campaign eviscerated John McCain on Tuesday for his choice of Sarah Palin as vice president.

Dowd proclaimed that, in his heart of hearts, McCain knew he put the country at risk with his VP choice and that he would "have to live" with that fact for the rest of his career.

McCain Transition Chief Aided Saddam In Lobbying Effort

William Timmons, the Washington lobbyist who John McCain has named to head his presidential transition team, aided an influence effort on behalf of Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein to ease international sanctions against his regime.

The two lobbyists who Timmons worked closely with over a five year period on the lobbying campaign later either pleaded guilty to or were convicted of federal criminal charges that they had acted as unregistered agents of Saddam Hussein's government.

Professor Olson adds: 'In aggregate, the map of the territory Republican won was mostly the land owned by the taxpaying citizens of this great country. Democrat territory mostly encompassed those citizens living in government-owned tenements and living off various forms of government welfare...' Olson believes the United States is now somewhere between the 'complacency and apathy' phase of Professor Tyler's definition of democracy, with some forty percent of the nation's population already having reached the 'governmental dependency' phase.

If Congress grants amnesty and citizenship to twenty million criminal invaders called illegal's and they vote, then we can say goodbye to the USA in fewer than five years.

No one in this country can afford for that to happen. The last time Bush met with his economic advisors was in March. He was the last to know somthing was wrong. Phil Graham had the guts to say that we are in a mental recession after he helped create the worst economy meltdown in our lifetime. Well stated melandmike! The bash tactics of 2004 were one of the reasons I changed my registration from republican to independent, and the bash tactics of 2008 are a large part of why I will vote democrat this year. The fact that the GOP views us as THAT ignorant is downright insulting to independants. Additionally, the fervor and hatred encouraged and promoted by the McCain campaign and embraced by the sheeple in the GOP base is scary and points to serious issues that we as Americans are apparently too lazy in our denial to address. Initially when I changed my party affiliation I had some regrets (in hopes that W's slimy tactics were a temporarything) but I can tell you todat that as long as the GOP embraces the politics of diversion and ignorance I will gladly vote against them.

HolyRoller, JoseMarti and similar posters: Do me, yourself and the GOP Party a favor: Put just half the effort that you put into bashing Obama and the Democrats into praising the real values of the Republican Party and it's ticket if you want to get McCain elected. All of this peurile and acrimonious name calling, smearing and outright antagonization is not helping our cause, makes the conservative base look childish, unintelligent, frightened and self serving. It turns off Independent voters and so basically serves the Dem's interests.

Obama, the one you can trust! The American people are like leeches on the government. They can no longer think for themselves. They can no longer take care of themselves. They need to be bottle fed and have their diapers changed. Obama is their savior, their Messiah. They can no longer fight for their freedoms. If we are without, he will make the neighbors share with us. He will insure that everyone will have something to eat and something to wear. He will be the guiding light to our future. We will all be happy and full of joy because Obama says we are. He will control our attitudes and provide us with hope that he will always make things better for us. Life could not be easier or better. He will look out for us. Put your full trust in him and he will deliver. He is the almighty, the Messiah, and the keeper of the people. We will get on out knees and worship him and the ground he walks on. We will never want anything again because he will make everything readily available to us. He has the answer to all our problems and our shortcomings. He will forgive us for our misdeeds and make us whole again. May our new God have mercy on our souls and bless our new kingdom; Obamanation! Always remember that you will have the Quran to fall back on, to read, and to enjoy! Always keep it near you and always look into the eyes of Obama in the pictures that will be provided to you. The pictures will always remind you who your savior is and to whom you will owe your great life. Teach your children and grandchildren to worship the man in the picure and they will always remain wholesome and happy! He will always show them the path to follow to become a great person like him! They must idolize him if they expect to be blessed. And, be sure to pat yourself on the back for choosing the Messiah and giving your children and grandchildren the security and wellness the Messiah has to offer.
