Ready, Aim, Fire!

I have always believed that birds of a feather will always flock together and if you CANNOT trust one of them, you can't trust any of them.

We all select our friends and associates by their character. If we do not agree with their character and how they lead their lives, then we will NOT accept them as our friends. I, personally, would never associate with anyone that was involved in any kind of criminal activities or racial activities, or involved in any kind of demonstrations against the country which I love with all my heart. I have too much self respect and pride to associate with these types of lowlife trash.

But, for some reason, we CANNOT and will NOT hold our President to these same standards and good judgement. It seems that a president who has 'no sex' with a young intern in our Oval Ofiice is beyond scrutiny and is still considered to be a GREAT president. It doesn't matter that his actions destroyed the view of the office of the presidency in the eyes of our friends around the world and destroyed the morals of all of our young people. The character of a president is just not important to the American people any longer.

Promises of 'hope and change' and empty rhetoric has replaced the need of a presidential candidate to have good judgemnet and good character. As long as they are shrewd enough to 'look presidential' and said what the POOR STUPID Americans want to hear, that is all that is important. The American people no longer need evidence, REAL evidence, that a candidate is capable of fulfilling his promises and is capable of protecting and serving the people. Talk is cheap, but the right talk has proven to be all that is required by the American people. Judgement, character, and experience is no longer required.

I would like to know how many Americans are willing to send our young men and women into combat overseas to fight terrorists, and, at the same time, are willing to accept a president who has been friends with domestic terrorists for years, and a president who is supported by Hamas and many, many other radical groups and leaders from around the world.

Just keep in mind that Obama would never be accepted in the FBI or CIA, but the American voters would elect him as their president and Commander-in-chief of their brave military men and women!!!! May God bless and have mercy on the souls of all the misguided voters!!!!

Obama, the one you can trust! The American people are like leeches on the government. They can no longer think for themselves. They can no longer take care of themselves. They need to be bottle fed and have their diapers changed. Obama is their savior, their Messiah. They can no longer fight for their freedoms. They must succumb to the beautiful words of promise and hope from Obama. He will make their lives great and trouble free. He will make us one world with no bounderies. Everyone will be equal. There will never be rich people or poor people again. We will all be middle class. That is where the world is headed and we will be the first to get there. All medical help and medicine will be socialized. The government will lead the people down the rosey path to hell. The people will serve the mighty leader, Obama. He controls all human activities and tells us were and when to go. He will tell us what to drive and when to drive. He will tell us where to set our thermostats in our houses. He will tell us the kind of food we must eat. He will create the perfect society, the perfect human race. We will never want again. He will provide everything we need. If we are without, he will make the neighbors share with us. He will insure that everyone will have something to eat and something to wear. He will be the guiding light to our future. We will all be happy and full of joy because Obama says we are. He will control our attitudes and provide us with hope that he will always make things better for us. Life could not be easier or better. He will look out for us. Put your full trust in him and he will deliver. He is the almighty, the Messiah, and the keeper of the people. We will get on out knees and worship him and the ground he walks on. We will never want anything again because he will make everything readily available to us. He has the answer to all our problems and our shortcomings. He will forgive us for our misdeeds and make us whole again. May our new God have mercy on our souls and bless our new kingdom; Obamanation! Always remember that you will have the Quran to fall back on, to read, and to enjoy! Always keep it near you and always look into the eyes of Obama in the pictures that will be provided to you. The pictures will always remind you who your savior is and to whom you will owe your great life. Teach your children and grandchildren to worship the man in the picure and they will always remain wholesome and happy! He will always show them the path to follow to become a great person like him! They must idolize him if they expect to be blessed. And, be sure to pat yourself on the back for choosing the Messiah and giving your children and grandchildren the security and wellness the Messiah has to offer. They must feel so frustrated, so defeated, so lost, so futureless in the prevailing system that they are WILLING TO LET GO OF THE PAST AND CHANGE THE FUTURE.

Saul Alinsky, circa 1946: Like Obama, he wanted CHANGE. Sen. Obama was TRAINED by Chicagos INDUSTRIAL AREAS FOUNDATION, founded in 1940 by the RADICAL ORGANIZER SAUL ALINSKY. In the 1980s, Obama spent years as director of the Developing Communities Project (DCP), which operated USING ALINSKYS STRATEGIES, and was involved with two other Alinsky-oriented entities, ACORN and PROJECT VOTE.

On the OBAMA CAMPAIGN WEB SITE can be found a PHOTO of him teaching in a University of Chicago classroom with POWER ANALYSIS AND RELATIONSHIPS BUILT ON SELF INTEREST written on the blackboard ??? key terms utilized in the Alinsky method.

The far-left Alinsky had no time for liberalism or liberals, declaring that a liberal is (someone) who puts his foot down firmly on thin air. He WANTED NOTHING LESS THAN TRANSFORMATIONAL RADICALISM. America was begun by its radicals, he wrote. America was built by its radicals. The hope and future of America lies with its radicals. According to Alinsky, EGO must be so all-pervading that the PERSONALITY of the organizer is CONTAGIOUS, that it CONVERTS the people from despair TO DEFIANCE, creating a mass ego.

Alinsky also readily admitted that he did not trust the people themselves. It is the schizophrenia of a free society that we outwardly espouse faith in the people but inwardly have strong doubts whether the people can be trusted, he wrote. Seeking some meaning in life, the MIDDLE CLASS, according to Alinsky, TURN TO AN EXTREME


CHAUVINISM AND BECOME DEFENDERS OF THE AMERICAN FAITH.

This is evocative of Obamas remark during the primaries that small-town Americans are BITTER and cling to guns or religion.

Obama is also following Alinskys instructions to the hard left for attaining power in America. In the last chapter of Rules for Radicals, titled The Way Ahead, is found this declaration: Activists and radicals, on and off our college campuses . . . people who are committed to change . . . must make a complete turnabout.

Alinsky noted that our rebels have contemptuously rejected the values and way of life of the MIDDLE CLASS. They have stigmatized it as materialistic, decadent, bourgeois, degenerate, imperialistic, war-mongering, brutalized and corrupt.

According to Alinsky, They are right, but he cautioned his comrades that the power and the people are in the big middle-class majority. Therefore, an effective radical activist discards the rhetoric that always says pig in reference to police officers, plus other forms of disguise, to radicalize parts of the middle class.

Obamas RHETORICAL WINDOW-DRESSING is easily recognizable as ALINSKYESQUE CAMOUFLAGE. New annual spending of more than $340 billion, as estimated by the National Taxpayers Union, is merely a wish to recast the safety net woven by FDR and LBJ, as Obama describes it in his writings. The free market is disparaged as a winner-take-all economy. Big tax increases masquerade as restoring fairness to the economy.

Barack Obamas CHANGE WE CAN BELIEVE IN is simply SOCIALISM . . . imposed by stratagem because Americans have never believed in Marxist economics. Saul Alinsky understood this, and his ghost is alive and well. . . and threatening to haunt the White House.

The liberal press calls this negative ads. As an American voter, I have the right to know if a candidate has used hard drugs; has worked with terrorists in launching their campaign; has openly stated he will attack Pakistan with military power; has taught ACORN classes at top seminars for the organization. At the same time I need to see the views on the issues. Both are important as it shows where he will lead!

McCain must be desperate to run the ad I saw linking Obama to Chicago politics and a Weatherman. I did help me, though. I will NEVER vote for someone who runs an ad like that. The Democrats are the worst party in this country. Except for the Republicans.

I think this article while sounding intellectual, also indicates misinformation about how our minds work. Ads are marketing pure and simple and are not directed at disciplined persons but at gullible rabble. Those who already have their mind made up or who do their research, neither listen to or give any credence to attack ads except bloggers who use the information to discredit or underline the point of the ad. As for the "sheeple" who actually are susceptible to ads--they lack the means to understand or read this article anyway and so the "justification factor falls short. No one with half a brain would validate an attack ad--and it stands to reason that the only people who use negativity are those who lack positive information about themselves. Negativity = distraction. If McCain and Obama had to finish this campaign out, not touting anything from their past or their party's past and not saying anything negative about their opponent but only concentrated on their ideas and vision for our country and policy--how would they fare? What would all of their staffers and gurus and pundits come up with? How would they spend themselves?

And most heinous of all..If each man and their VP selection had to solemnly swear to commit to the proposals and election promises they made during this period under penalty of immediate impeachment; exactly how would each equivocate and try to promise nothing while pretending to promise everything? The fact is attack ads are for the weak and for suckers of either party--for people who think--they are an insult and a frustration..because contrary to how our elections are actually run..this is NOT a popularity contest or some sort of game--we are playing with our future..so when it devolves into picking airheads or tokens of ignoring ethical lapses or the law--we do a disservice to ourselves and the world. I notice that you go to the trouble to define a difference between 'negative' and 'attack' ads early in the piece. However, after making that differentiation you continue on to totally conflate the two, not telling us whether the reported benefits of negativity apply equally to issue-oriented 'negative' ads and to character-oriented 'attack' ads. Do they? Your thesis would be stronger for the additional information.
