    Now taking bets!!!!

What's the over-under on when McC drops Palin as running mate, and presents Romney as replacement?

    This week? 10-1 odds
    Next week? 8-1 odds
    Nov. 1st? 5-1 odds

What a circus this is!! The new kid has the old "establishment" looking like a 3 Stooges skit. I love it.

The nations chickens are, truly, coming home to roost.

With . . .what? . . .20 days to go or so? I say ZERO percent . Obama will probably win anyways given his dirty Chicago Political Machine (Saul Alinski) battle tactics. If that is the way half of America wants to get a black man in the White House (voter registry fraud, use of race-baiting when called on to prove who he really is, etc.) so be it.

If that is true, then I suppose it's karma for how the GOP slimed W into the White House.

It really is simply all about honesty, about who can we trust. Looking at everything today it is literally too important to just follow old prejudices, biases and/or emotional attachments or to allow ourselves to be manipulated by subterfuge. Each of us has to be disciplined to be objective, rational and conscience driven to decide who we can trust to turn things around, to honestly change things. Even Bush???s actions indicate that he knows his policies have failed and change is desperately needed. Each candidate says they will change everything and resolve the problems but we really can???t depend on what they say, whether it be about what they will do or how they criticize their opponent. Is it Obama-Biden or McCain-Palin who destroys their own credibility by depending on falsely slandering their opponent? Has Sarah Palin impressed that we can trust anything she says or just that she will say anything without any conscience? Has John McCain demonstrated that he is sincere and has he been consistent or does he constantly change positions and does his history of strong commitment to the Bush-Cheney/Republican policies that so greatly contributed to today???s problems just make him very questionable? Has Senator Biden been consistent in his career and does he seem to be consistent and truthful now? Throughout the primaries and the presidential campaign has Barack Obama stayed consistent and maintained a constant quality and the same level headed presentations that would encourage trust? All of the garbage that is being thrown around is distracting but the reality is that the real person we each have to be honest with is ourselves. To fail to see and act on the truth will only leave us at fault and then with more of the same or even worse.

Todd & Sarah Palin's Hatefilled, Secessionist Party, The 3rd largest Political Party in alaska, Todd Palin was a Member for 7 Years and is Not a registered Republican. Demand that Sarah & Todd Palin Renounce and Denounce the Anti-American-Secessionist beliefs and teachings ...

Newswekk Magazine ...Please, I'm Begging You NewsWeek, Put sarah and Todd Palin to task for their Anti-American Connections.

AIP's creation was inspired by the rabidly violent anti-Americanism of its founding father Joe Vogler, "I'm an Alaskan, not an American," reads a favorite Vogler quote on AIP's current website, "I've got no use for America or her damned institutions." According to Vogler AIP's central purpose was to drive Alaska's secession from the United States. Alaska, says current Chairwoman Lynette Clark, "should be an independent nation."

Vogler was murdered in 1993 during an illegal sale of plastic explosives that went bad. The prior year, he had renounced his allegiance to the United States explaining that, "The fires of hell are frozen glaciers compared to my hatred for the American government." He cursed the stars and stripes, promising, "I won't be buried under their damned flag...when Alaska is an independent nation they can bring my bones home." Palin has never denounced Vogler or his detestable anti-Americanism.

Palin's husband Todd remained an AIP party member from 1995 to 2002.

Sarah can be described in McCarthy-era palaver as a "fellow traveler."

While retaining her Republican registration, she attended the AIP's 1994 convention where the party called for a draft constitution to secede from the United States and create an independent nation of Alaska.

The McCain Campaign has reluctantly acknowledged that she also attended AIP's 2000 Convention.

She apparently found the experience so inspiring that she agreed to give a keynote address at the AIP's 2006 convention and she recorded a video greeting for this year's 2008 convention.

In other words, this is not something that happened when she was eight!

So when Palin accuses Barack of "not seeing the same America as you and me," maybe she is referring to an America without Alaska. In any case, isn't it time the media start giving equal time to Palin's buddy list of anti-American bombers and other radical associates?

tMcCain is a [Acorn Man] and other Republicans too !!!

40% of Acorn's Registered Voters have been [Republicans]

    Hahahaha !!

On Monday, the Democratic-leaning group ACORN, which has been painted as a criminal enterprise by the GOP for its voter registration and housing policy efforts, pushed back against its critics by producing a photo of John McCain attending its March 2006 rally.

It was a reminder that, for all their electoral histrionics, Republicans have aligned themselves with ACORN in the past.

Indeed, in addition to the McCain photo, there is a host of examples of prominent McCain surrogates attending ACORN events, signing ACORN legislation, or complimenting the group's efforts.

Florida Gov. Charlie Crist, for example, partnered with ACORN in March 2008 for a "Homeownership Promotes The Economy" taskforce. More recently, Crist declared that -- contrary to GOP outrage -- he was not upset with the group's voter registration efforts in his state. The New York Times reported that ACORN supported a law signed by Governor Crist, which "changed the rules last year to restore the voting rights of about 112,000 former convicts."

In July 2005, meanwhile, another Republican governor, Rick Perry of Texas, signed ACORN's Lending Law Reform Bill that changed the state's homelending practices.

In July 2008, California Governor and McCain supporter Arnold Schwarzenegger signed a bill that ACORN helped draft aimed at California homeowners facing foreclosure.

In June 2007, Minnesota Governor and McCain VP short-lister Tim Pawlenty signed a similar bill -- drafted by ACORN -- that helped homeowners get fairer deals on their mortgages.

"The legislation was drafted according to recommendations made by a predatory lending study group established by Swanson prior to the legislative session," wrote the Northwestern Financial Review. "The study group contained representatives from the banking industry and the mortgage brokers association, as well as consumer advocates from organizations such as Illegal Aid and ACORN."

As Governor of Massachusetts, Mitt Romney signed an anti-predatory lending bill that ACORN supported. In February 2006, Connecticut Senator Joe Lieberman met with the ACORN Katrina Survivors Association. And back in July 2005, New York City mayor Michael Bloomberg actually got a kiss from ACORN's state leader, according to the publication City Limits, during an announcement that the city would protect or create 65,000 affordable units in a new housing proposal. Bloomberg, it should be noted, has not endorsed a candidate.

Obama is just afraid that if McCain and Palin continue to talk about who the real Obama is, questioning his background, all of the types of people and orgs that he associated with (which gives a person/voter information from which to gauge a mans character, his judgement, beliefs, etc.). Thus, all of his camp and extended people supporting him are RACE BAITING like crazy - crying that inquiries into his past are racial attacks which they are not cuz EVERY past presidential campaign the opponents always go after the background of those they are up against. Obama is a coward and is using race-baiting and fraud (voter registration multiple signups ) in the battlegrounds to buy his way into the white house. Unseemly for a potential POTUS. God help us!

AJC Strongly Condemns Rev. Jesse Jackson's Comment on American Jews
October 14, 2008 - New York - The American Jewish Committee (AJC) has condemned the Rev. Jesse Jackson's statement about 'Zionists who have controlled American policy for decades.'
"Rev. Jackson's remarks, which appeared in an interview with the journalist Amir Taheri in today's New York Post, echo classic anti-Semitic conspiracy theories about Jewish power," said AJC Executive Director David A. Harris. 'This statement, regrettably, is not the first troubling comment by Rev. Jackson regarding Israel, Zionism and the Jewish people.'

Arguing as a private citizen that an Obama administration could bring significant change to U.S. foreign policy, Jackson was quoted as saying that "Zionists who have controlled American policy for decades" would lose much of their influence should Senator Obama be elected president."

  • Posted By: marksgershenson @ 10/14/2008 8:46:24 PM

Look everybody, we all know we are in uncharted territory here. Never before has there been an African-American presidential nominee. So without question, race is going to be a part of the conversation.
Race-baiting doesn't have to be and yet it is happening in this campaign. Twice this week, surrogates for Republican candidate Sen. John McCain have made a point of calling Democratic candidate Sen. Barack Obama, Barack "Hussein" Obama.
The implication here is clear. It's foreign sounding. It's Muslim sounding. It's un-American sounding. It's dangerous-sounding. What it is, is race-baiting. And that is what is dangerous.
Inciting crowds, encouraging their angry outbursts, McCain supporters shouting "treason" and "terrorist" about Obama at these rallies -- that's dangerous. Earlier in the campaign, McCain denounced this stuff. He strongly denounced it. And today it requires a stronger response, a much stronger denunciation than a campaign-generated paper statement
But let's also be careful here and use our heads. Some Obama supporters on the left are up in arms over something McCain said at the debate Tuesday night -- when he referred to Obama as, "that one."
McCain: It was an energy bill on the floor of the senate, loaded down with goodies. Billions for the oil companies. And it was sponsored by Bush and Cheney. You know who voted for it? Might never know. That one.
Some people have interpreted that comment as having racial undertones. Give me a break.
I can hear my grandfather talking about one of his kids or grandkids as "that one." He used it a lot. Maybe it's a generational thing. Maybe it wasn't a term of endearment the way it was when my grandfather used it. Maybe McCain did mean to be disrespectful. But racist? I don't think so.
You know, we should be holding these candidates accountable for what they say during this campaign and hope that in these final days they do try to maintain a little dignity. But we've also got to check ourselves. We've got a responsibility, too, to not get over-heated. What we say matters, too.
Whoever wins this election, we are all going to have to rally around that person. Given what is happening to our economy, all that is going on in this country right now, none of us wants the next president to be a failure, whoever he may be. Do we?

How Obama Applies the Saul Alinsky Radicule Rules (battle tactics) in his political campaining in the past and continues to embrace and fully use it as we near the GE.

    AUDIO: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2ANINZ8psz4&feature=related

OBAMAs mentor (for whom he took a course on in the South Side of Chicago) was Saul ALINSKY and his METHOD OF TECHNIQUES which are based on people organization, manipulation, and intimidation that OBAMA, the OBAMA CAMP and OBAMA supporters continue to embrace and practice as we move through these last few months leading up to the GE:

    Techniques utilized:

    * Personal ATTACKS

    * Playing the RACE card

    * Trying to play the GUILT trip

    * Trying to make people feel GUILTY ABOUT SLAVERY when they had nothing to do with it

    * NAME-CALLING. When people that DO NOT AGREE with them , they call them e.g. STUPID, IDIOT, etc..

    * . . . and more.

ALL of the above things come right out of Saul Alinskys PLAYBOOK that he wrote: Rules for Radicals.

Non-Obama supporters . . Does all of the above sound very familiar in these blogs? Hmmmmmmm.

Want to know more? Google: Saul Alinsky and Obama. It will all make sense after you read the results of this google. . . The tactics, his teachings, endorsement by ACORN, his quick move from community organizer to entry into a senator role in the Illinois senate, etc.

    Palin vindicated?
    Governor offers Orwellian spin

This article is from the Ankorage News.

Sarah Palin's reaction to the Legislature's Troopergate report is an embarrassment to Alaskans and the nation.

She claims the report "vindicates" her. She said that the investigation found "no unlawful or unethical activity on my part."

Her response is either astoundingly ignorant or downright Orwellian.

Unfortunately, some will believe a lie if told often enough. Negative, personal attacks are all the Republicans have left. Many have fallen victim to elaborate fabrications. The hate filled atmosphere at the Republican rallies is fueled by the name "Hussein" and saying he palls around with terrorists. The Republicans are showing themselves as fear mongering rasists. To try and make this a religous question between Christians and Muslims is as racist and wrong.

Guess who is NOT in charge of HIS CAMPAIGN LOL!

    McCain's Brother Trashes Campaign

John McCain has few stronger supporters than his younger brother Joe, who recently got himself into hot water when he described the fiercely contested Northern Virginia suburbs as "communist country." But that remark pales beside Joe's latest blast, in a new email to friends, that criticizes the conduct of those piloting McCain's campaign as it sails into shoals and makes a desperate plea for the campaign to change course.

Negative arguments and ads can backfire when they're false. There's no factual support for McCain/Palin's assertions that Obama is "pals" with Bill Ayers or that he "lied" about his relationship (such as it is, which isn't much) with Ayers. McCain/Palin have grossly mischaracterized Obama's tax proposals. The list goes on, and McCain/Palin's falsehoods have been repeatedly documented. They have seriously deminished their own credibility.

"Education is the motor force for revolution"
      Bill Ayers
      Venezuela 2006
Barack Hussein Obama is the most extreme candidate for president in our history. His fundamental beliefs are hidden from view, as are his associations and alliances with multiple others, who openly state that this country must be remade by socialism (Communism). Barry Hussein collaborated on a group which spent $147,000,000 to "reform Chicago schools". The reforms? It's unknown, because the records of the Annenburg Challenge are "unavailable"- in the sense of providing information about their history. Hopwever, an IBD Editoral 10/07/2008, might help you understand why-

      IBD Editoral 10-07-2008
An idea of what Ayers has in mind for America's schools was provided in his own words not 40 years ago when Obama was eight years old, but less than two years ago in November 2006 at the World Education Forum in Caracas hosted by dictator Hugo Chavez.

With Chavez at his side, Ayers voiced his support for "the political educational reforms under way here in Venezuela under the leadership of President Chavez. We share the belief that education is the motor-force of revolution. . . . I look forward to seeing how . . . all of you continue to overcome the failures of capitalist education as you seek to create something truly new and deeply humane."

Ayers told the great humanitarian Chavez: "Teaching invites transformations, it urges revolutions large and small. La educacion es revolucion." It is that form of socialist revolution that Ayers, and Obama, have worked to bring to America.
      Obama's Real Problem With Ayers
      IBD Editoral 10-07-2008

To find out now that he was a member of a purely socialist organization in the 90's which helped him get elected to the IL senate fits exactly. The Annenburg Challenge has another mystery-Why would an organization award Barry Hussein the powerful position of deciding who got money from the Anneburg foundation-He was a 33 year old lawyer-That's it-Nothing to qualify him for such a position. But, that's how it works in Chicago-Gotta pay as you go. The entire press and all his followers have been outright duped completely. For the NYT to come out and say that "there is no reason to suspect BO had a relationship with Bill Ayers" is absurd and at once refutes any logic. Bill Ayers got the grant-BO wrote the checks. C'mon.

ike2000, you are absolutely right on paper. However, most of us are not ready for this kind of fact. Think about it ! if BO were to tell us we should not spend more than we earn he would not be the winner of the Democratic primary.

The sad reallity is most of us like the Politician but we hate listening to the Leader. BO must be the politician if he wants to win in November, and let's hope he will become the leader we would like him to be.

    God Bless America!

    • Posted By: ike2000 @ 10/14/2008 11:19:05 AM

      What exactly are you saying?

The point here is regarding those back-country low-lives in the hills and valleys of the Appalachia. Like dogs, they have been incited by Palin to activate their obvious racist DNA traits. Those tobacco-chewing -- voodoo-worshiping -- dog-scarifying -- incest-bating and descendants of England-Bush-Prison are the terrorist of America. I will suggest we create an Indian-Reserve like enclave for these moonshiners and 3strip them of the right to vote, until the collectively, fulfill years of educational proficiency in American civic and humanity.

Racism isn't genetically determined. It's pretty culturally based. Eugenics arguments about that sort of thing were mostly discredited last century with the Nazi regime that was their greatest advocate.

If you want to argue height, hypertension, lactose intolerance and etc. - physical attributes - yes, genetics is a big deal. Racism less so. I don't think the anger and hate at some of the Republican rallies is DNA-determined.

        • Posted By: ike2000 @ 10/14/2008 12:12:18 PM

I beg to differ. I would like to abstain from wandering course of racially-twinged sociological studies. The "Bradley Effect," the "USA!" chant and many other subliminals, are the keys of this DNA that are prevalent in ALL - black or white. In some, however, it is asleep until woken. Politicians are well aware of these and employee them, as evidenced in Willy-Horton, Swift-Boat and many other manifestations. Gore came closest to upsetting Bush, because he was more WASP than Kerry, who was deemed French. Kerry was not "... one of us,..." Pat Buchanan and other conservatives rang home, in the ever willing brains of the back-wood people.

To tell you the truth, I prefer the in-the-face disposition of these valley people, than a sugar-coated-poison of the New England elite.

McCain Transition Chief Aided Saddam In Lobbying Effort

William Timmons, the Washington lobbyist who John McCain has named to head his presidential transition team, aided an influence effort on behalf of Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein to ease international sanctions against his regime.

The two lobbyists who Timmons worked closely with over a five year period on the lobbying campaign later either pleaded guilty to or were convicted of federal criminal charges that they had acted as unregistered agents of Saddam Hussein's government.
