The fact that 80% -- EIGHTY PERCENT! -- of the rest of the world want Obama to get elected as president, is very telling. For those narrow-thinking repub friends of mine who always try the flimsy argument "We don't care, he's not running for president of the world, he's running for president of our country!", think again. The whole world is watching, and looking to the USA, perhaps for one of the last times, to really show some of that old leadership we once enjoyed by being inclusive of other nations, other societies. It's critically important that that many people favor one candidate over the other.
