Politics is a dirty business. If the GOP had any proff of these allegations of voter fraud or any of the countless other smear attempts against Obama then I dare say he would not have won the election. The fact of the matter is all politicians are sore losers and can bend the truth when it suits their needs.

The republican Party is truly an inclusive Party. It includes radical militia groups, racist hate groups, big businessmen who take down 50 mil a year while destroying their employees pension funds, tobacco companies that target kids for addiction, big drug companies that charge 20 times what they should for medicine, health insurance companies that bilk medicaid and have destroyed our health care and virtually every mal content in the country. Thank God those they include only add up to the minority.

The Wall Street crisis was planned the night of Obama's meeting at Bill Ayres home to put Obama in The White House. Together they put a beautiful plan into place.

This Strategy was first elucidated in the 1966 issue of 'The Nation' Magazine by a pair of radical Socialist Columbia University professors, Richard Andrew Cloward and Frances Fox Piven.

    David Horowitz summarizes it as:

"The strategy of forcing political change through an orchestrated crisis. The "Cloward-Piven Strategy" seeks to hasten the fall of Capitalism by overloading the Government bureaucracy with a flood of impossible demands, thus pushing society into crisis and economic collapse.
    unquote

Obama begin with ACORN by funneling millions into their organization. He then trained ACORN to stage protests in banks to force them to issue risky loans or they would be threatened to face racial charges. ACORN was trained to intimidate financial institutions into giving ???Ninja??? loans to people with NO assets, NO job and NO income, who couldn???t afford these loans.

That caused the housing bubble two years ago it was by ACORN's actions they were able to destroy our credit system.

As this played out, D-Barney Frank and D-Chris Dodd were able to cover up the millions of improvident loans to these bad risky house buyers. And Barney Frank and his chums successfully were able to block all of President Bush's attempts to put a rein on this problem.

So Fannie & Freddie was forced to purchase all these failed subprime mortgages.

Then both Frank and Dodd denied that there were any problems, and refused the Bush Admin. requests to set up a regulatory agency to watch over Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, and they were still pushing for these agencies to go even further in promoting sub-prime mortgage loans almost up to the 'minute they failed'.

Democrats then blamed Bush saying it happened on his watch knowing it would hurt the Republican Party in the election setting it up that Barack Obama could use this to his advantage.

Karl Marx once compared a Revolutionary struggle with the work of the mole, who sometimes burrows so far beneath the ground that he leaves no trace of his movement on the surface.

Barack Obama is that Marxist mole !

Obama's Links To Radicals Starting To Surface!! www.newsmax.com/timmer

Obama-Farrakhan Ties Are Close, Ex-Farrakhan Aide Says

A former top deputy to Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan tells Newsmax that Barack Obama???s ties to the black nationalist movement in Chicago run deep, and that for many years the two men have had ???an open line between them??? to discuss policy and strategy, either directly or through intermediaries.

???Remember that for years, if you were a politician in Chicago, you had to have some type of relationship with Louis Farrakhan. You had to. If you didn???t, you would be ostracized out of black Chicago,??? said Dr. Vibert White Jr., who spent most of his adult life as a member and ultimately top officer of the Nation of Islam.
White broke with the group in 1995 and is now a professor of African-American history at the University of Central Florida in Orlando.
White said Obama was ???part of the Chicago scene??? where Farrakhan, Jesse Jackson, the Rev. Jeremiah Wright Jr. and radicals would go to each other???s events and support each other???s causes.
???Even though Chicago is the third-largest city in the country, within the black community, the political and militant nationalist community is very small. So it wouldn???t be uncommon for [Obama and Farrakhan] to show up at events together, or at least be there and communicate with each other,??? White told Newsmax.
The Anti-Defamation League has denounced Farrakhan and his Nation of Islam as a ???hate group.???
Farrakhan has called Jews ???bloodsuckers,??? ???satanic??? and accused them of running the slave trade. He has labeled gays as ???degenerates.??? In a 2006 speech, the ADL again condemned Farrakhan when he said: ???These false Jews promote the filth of Hollywood that is seeding the American people and the people of the world and bringing you down in moral strength. ??? It's the wicked Jews the false Jews that are promoting lesbianism, homosexuality. It's wicked Jews, false Jews that make it a crime for you to preach the word of God, then they call you homophobic!"

No ties to Acorn ya say?

Obama in this video is campaigning at a convention of Acorn and I believe two other Community Activist's organizations less than a year ago, in December 2007. Ask if he will be their ally if he becomes President and pledge to meet with leaders of Acorn and the others in his first year, Obama, who we are told has no contact to Acorn (another lie), not withstanding the $800,000 his campaign paid an Acorn group during the primaries, says, quote:

"Yes, but let me say that before I even get inaugurated, during the transition, we are going to be calling all of you in to help us shape the agenda."

See and hear it for yourself. Obama promised that Acorn and other groups like it will setting his agenda if elected even before he is inaugurated:

The link below describes how some Democrats in Congress tried to use the original version of the bailout bill to divert money eventually recovered to groups like ACORN, a group Obama has a long association with. See:

Former ACORN Employee Says Obama Provided Donor List
The Pittsburgh Tribune-Review reports, "A fired staffer for an affiliate of" ACORN "testified Wednesday the organization was provided a 'donor list' from" Obama's campaign "in late 2007 for fundraising efforts. Anita Moncrief, a former Washington staffer for Project Vote, which she described as a sister organization of...ACORN, said her supervisor told her the list of campaign contributors came from the Obama campaign." The Philadelphia Inquirer adds Moncrief "gave a scathing, though at times vague, assessment of ACORN and its efforts to go into battleground states and help mostly minorities and the poor register to vote for the first time. The group, she said, barely trained its workers in how to register voters properly, and would fire employees if they did not meet a quota of 20 new voter applicants daily

It's too bad GW hasn't figured out that he is eligible for another term, since his first term was appointed by the Supreme Court. The GOP's biggest fear is not that Obama is a black radical muslim socialist, but that he will in fact be a great President. That would mean the next Republican President to feel the sunshine on his face in the Rose Garden would be a LONG LONG way off!

So, they bring up all the same old crap out of the basement, without even bothering to check out the truth. Here are the answers to all the Obama smears using various trusted non-partisan sources. Investigate for yourselves before believing anyones version of the facts.

Obama said that he won't put his hand on his heart because there are many countries who believe that America is oppressive - he won't wear the U.S. lapel pin because he respects anti-American countries who believe we're oppressie. He obtained $8,000,000 in tax payers funding and according to AP News, he gave the money to his convicted felon friend, Rezco, and didn't improve housing conditions for poor blacks and the AP states that Obama got a kickback. He spent millions refurbishing his plane and removed the U.S. flag. He doesn't have the stars on his logo representing America but has the sun and the sun represents the communist. He says he doesn't agree with our constitution and that it's nothing more than a charters of unnatural laws and he intends to change it. Good-bye America and hello controlled masses of people who want the government to take care of them and tax them to death!

"Nowforthetruth" continues to suggest that the root cause of our problem is a law decades old that encourages loans to qualified low income people. "Nowforthetruth" is part of the spin/propaganda machine, and continues to repeat well known deceit.

Alan Greenspan stated recently that the problem was not anything like that. Rather, he stated that an entire financial system was built outside of regulation, and 'we trusted' these self-interested looters to regulate themselves. Credit Default Swaps were the result.

Credit Default Swaps increased from $106 trillion in '02 to $531 trillion under the R stewardship. No regulation.

While there are several variations of a viral email that tries to blame a few thousands of political donations to some Democrats, the actual, legitimate news has reported that Fannie and Freddie paid many millions to Republican lobbyists to lobby Republicans to PREVENT REGULATION.

McCain's campaign manager, Rick Davis, received up to $35K/mo. from Fannie and Freddie from 2000 to present, to lobby Rs,only, against regulation. Freddie has paid Rick Davis while he has been McC's campaing manager. Freddie donated $250k to the R convention.

These facts are everywhere in the legitimate news. You can start at http://www.nytimes.com/2008/09/22/us/politics/22mccain.html and http://www.newsweek.com/id/164732/page/1 There's much more legitimate news on this.

Trillions were looted from our economy because the Rs allowed it. It is inescapable that the Rs, most prominently McC's campaign manager, were in the pockets of big money while they drove the buss off the cliff with us in it.

You can try to distract people with fears about 'those guys'. Lies, distortion, deception. 'Socialist' is only the last in a long, now desperate, list of labels you have tried to pin on 'that one'. That's all you have left.

Is your most recent reposting here directed to fears about "Socialism", or is it just innuendo, or are we trying to fold in a little racism too?

I've got an idea, since we have no more ideas, let's keep running our campaign on fear, smears and hypocrisy.

Keep talking "Nowforthetruth", you're really helping. You keep demonstrating that we all have to vote against lies and propaganda and attempts to hijack our political process with deceit. Your actions are the kinds of reasons that I'm voting for Obama after 40 years of never having voted for a Dem.

    A 40 year republican

ACORN is non-news. More guilt by association...here's some more for you.

John McCain might not have known Khalidi personally, he has ties to the Palestinian as well. During the 1990s, while McCain served as chairman of the International Republican Institute, the group gave grant money to the Palestinian research center co-founded by Khalidi.

Sarah Palin believes in [Redistribution Of Wealth] as noted in her Alaskan Windfall Profit Tax, to the Families of Alaska...

Palin is Fraud, Hypocrite and Contradiction, to those that Blindly Follow her rhetoric without Researching this Alaskan Witch !!

Note: Welcome to the People's Republic of Alaska, where every resident this year will get a $3,200 payout, thanks in no small measure to the efforts of Sarah Palin, the state's Republican governor. That's $22,400 for a family of seven, like Palin's. Since 1982, the Alaska Permanent Fund, which invests oil revenues from state lands, has paid out a dividend on invested oil loot to everyone who has been in the state for a year.

But Palin upped the ante by joining with Democrats and some recalcitrant Republican state legislators to share in oil company windfall profits, further fattening state tax revenue and permitting an additional payout in tax funds to residents.

Big Note: No wonder she is popular with voters in a state whose residents pay no income or sales taxes but are blessed with state coffers rolling in cash at a time when all other states are suffering. Indeed, when the oil companies pay more taxes to the state of Alaska, they get to write that off against their federal tax obligation, leaving the rest of us to make up the shortfall.

The state of Alaska owns most of the oil-producing land and was getting upward of 85 percent of its budget from the oil companies that lease the fields, even before Palin helped increase the state's cut. While other states fire schoolteachers because of the economic downturn, Alaska has, as Palin indicated in accepting John McCain's offer to join him on the GOP ticket, more money than it knows what to do with. In a display of plucky arrogance at her coming-out press conference, Palin boasted deceptively that if Alaskans wanted that infamous bridge to nowhere, "we'd build it ourselves."

She originally had supported having US taxpayers finance that boondoggle, before McCain and others in Congress blasted it.

Not that I blame Palin for wrangling for her state a bigger cut of oil company windfall profits; it's just not an option that will work wonders for states without oil. Of course we can remedy that by having a federal windfall profits tax of the sort that Barack Obama dared propose, and which McCain and his fellow congressional Republicans have managed to quash. Their argument, rejected quite pointedly by Palin for Alaska, is that it would discourage oil companies from investing in boosting oil field yields.

John McCain is a Acorn Man, He Attended a 2006 Rally in Support of Acorn as well as John McCain's Surrogates and GOP

On Monday, the Democratic-leaning group ACORN, which has been painted as a criminal enterprise by the GOP for its voter registration and housing policy efforts, pushed back against its critics by producing a photo of John McCain attending its March 2006 rally.

It was a reminder that, for all their electoral histrionics, Republicans have aligned themselves with ACORN in the past.

Indeed, in addition to the McCain photo, there is a host of examples of prominent McCain surrogates attending ACORN events, signing ACORN legislation, or complimenting the group's efforts.

Florida Gov. Charlie Crist, for example, partnered with ACORN in March 2008 for a "Homeownership Promotes The Economy" taskforce. More recently, Crist declared that -- contrary to GOP outrage -- he was not upset with the group's voter registration efforts in his state. The New York Times reported that ACORN supported a law signed by Governor Crist, which "changed the rules last year to restore the voting rights of about 112,000 former convicts."

In July 2005, meanwhile, another Republican governor, Rick Perry of Texas, signed ACORN's Lending Law Reform Bill that changed the state's homelending practices.

In July 2008, California Governor and McCain supporter Arnold Schwarzenegger signed a bill that ACORN helped draft aimed at California homeowners facing foreclosure.

    Story continues below

In June 2007, Minnesota Governor and McCain VP short-lister Tim Pawlenty signed a similar bill -- drafted by ACORN -- that helped homeowners get fairer deals on their mortgages.

"The legislation was drafted according to recommendations made by a predatory lending study group established by Swanson prior to the legislative session," wrote the Northwestern Financial Review. "The study group contained representatives from the banking industry and the mortgage brokers association, as well as consumer advocates from organizations such as Illegal Aid and ACORN."

As Governor of Massachusetts, Mitt Romney signed an anti-predatory lending bill that ACORN supported. In February 2006, Connecticut Senator Joe Lieberman met with the ACORN Katrina Survivors Association. And back in July 2005, New York City mayor Michael Bloomberg actually got a kiss from ACORN's state leader, according to the publication City Limits, during an announcement that the city would protect or create 65,000 affordable units in a new housing proposal. Bloomberg, it should be noted, has not endorsed a candidate.

Guess what guys? The arrogance of my fellow Americans has reached an all time high. We have not learned from our mistakes, and we fell to see that greed has infiltrated every fabric of our Capitalistic System. It has reached the point where we have only one way out and that does involve the big "S" word, that everyone is scared of. Before I break it down to you ABC, just ask yourself, "Who or what company making millions of dollars by closing plants in America and profiting on Legal Slave Labor, is going to volunteer to make less in order to help America? We have forgot that we did not win the conflict in Korea, nor did we win the Vietnam War, and we will not win in Iraq, I don't care what the GOP says. In a matter of six to eight years the cost of a house tripled in this country. There were three factors that caused the fall of our housing market. (1) Morgage Company putting people in homes using sliding scales, knowing that those people couldn't keep up their payments once their monthly premiums went up. (2) People buying homes that they could not afford to buy. (3) Our government allowing the prices to escalate to the point where the cost to build some of these homes is bogus and the homes values are a mirage. California, Nevada and Arizona homes are built out of chicken wire and mud, but the cost of building them seems to indicate the homes are bulit out of brick, wood and I-beams. Capitalism is wonderful when it is played on an even playing field, but it does not work when things get so far out of whack that the middle-class can not pay their bills and save any money. The only means available is Nationalization or Socialism on a limited basis. Six Months to a year should be enough time to get our cost down to where they are aligned with our income. Once things are stable, we can return to our constitutional right to be greedy.

    • Posted By: Nowforthetruth @ 10/23/2008 11:30:21 PM

You have it backwards. Prices (and hince equity) began to increase because of a substantial increase in demand as a result of lower credit standards. Thank the Dems in Congress, Acorn, and the Community Reinvestment Act. Then people went nuts.

      • Posted By: Nowforthetruth @ 10/23/2008 11:32:40 PM

Put another way, the Community Reinvestment Act artificially shifted the entire demand curve for housing to the right, and the market responded accordingly.

  • Posted By: christianforobama @ 10/20/2008 9:02:35 PM

    Response to bojack27,
Exploiting the poor? Why would a group who is exploiting the poor help minorites and low income citizens get mortages while giving them financial counseling? Why would they try to influence the city of Chicago to build low income housing? I fail to see your logic.

???I cannot believe that you can endorse a candidates who supports??????

    The killing of the unborn
I am adopted, and am greatful to be alive. However, what has any republican actually done to help the unborn? The abortion rate went up under Bush! They give lip service to the rights of the unborn to get votes, but give babies born into poverty a big ???screw you??? once they make it out alive. It is not enough to naively think that wealth will ???trickle down??? to these babies and their mothers.

Abortion is heartbreaking. However, they have always happened and always will, which is a reality I believe God will one day judge. I am pro life by sharing my resources, time, and love with pregnant women who want a baby they do not have the resources to raise. I don???t think that either party gets the abortion issue. However, I believe that God loves all without partiality- the unborn, innocent Iraqui citizens, soldiers killed in a war we should not be in, and is grieved at every unjust death.

    Infantcide
The third debate settled this once and for all. There were already laws in place protecting babies who survived abortion.

    Homosexuality
Don???t know what your talking about here- All four candidates are against gay marriage but want to extend rights to partners.

Denies that Jesus is that only way to God
Neither party has a doctrinal statement and has members from many religious backgrounds. Prominent Republican Mitt Romney is a mormon, and if you are aware of their theology, they deny the Deity of Christ and the Trinity. He is a McCain supporter and was considered for the vp nomination. Obama affirms that he believes in the deity of Christ as well as the Trinity and inspiration of scripture. However, I say this not to claim that politicians must believe a certain doctrine. I say this to respond to your outlandish claim.

    Doesn't believe in hell
There are no credible source that claim that Republicans believe in hell while democrats, including Obama, do not. This claim is silly.

Whose sole agenda is to overturn every abortion restriction once he gets into office-
If you watched the civil forum at Saddleback, you will recall that Obama wants to make adoption more accessible, and wants to work to help decrease the amount of unwanted pregnancies. He wants the sacredness of sex to be understood. I think that in reality, Obamas plan will cause more infants to be born.

My deep belief in Jesus (and evangelical doctrine) causes me to care for all life. It also causes me to use my God given intellectual abilites to investigate all of the claims put in front of me to see if they really hold up to reason. I challenge you to do the same.

    • Posted By: Carlie02 @ 10/21/2008 3:14:14 AM

There are far too many issues to address here, but I will correct you on the infanticide commet. Are you so naive that you believe Obama when he stands there and spouts his bold-faced lie? The existing law to which you prefer in that there was a loophole, leaving the attending doctor to deal with the baby that survived the abortion. First of all, many doctors don' t want evidence that their procedure failed, and second, lawsuits have resulted from such "failures." This places the baby in jeopardy, and, as Jill Stanek witnessed, the baby was left to die in the dirty laundry room. This is why another bill was introduced, identical to the federal bill, It passed after Obama left. The federal bill passed unanimously in the Senate, with the approval of the most liberal of senators. In IL, the Induced Infant Liability Act came before the Judiciary Committee twice. The first time, Obama voted "Present; the second time he voted "No." As you may know, NARAL is pretty hard core in supporting abortion. When the federal bill was being debated, NARAL released a statement that read, ???Consistent with our position last year, NARAL does not oppose passage of the Born Alive Infants Protection Act ... floor debate served to clarify the bill???s intent and assure us that it is not targeted at Roe v. Wade or a woman???s right to choose. During the debate, Obama said he voted against it because it might interfere with Roe v Wade!!! Further, the vote of a STATE senator would have absolutely no impact on Roe v Wade. Be more aware, and do your research! Obama and his cohorts count on your unquestioning acceptance of anything he says.

I thought it was McCain telling lies and getting caught every day with that VP choice of his. Do you question him? He's not a hero. He is the poster child for the good ole boys network. All of his plans have met nothing but negative reports on functionality. Seems you're not questioning anything. Is Palin smart?

Absolutely. I question his honor. I question his judgement in picking Palin, as well as the dishonest behind the scenes people who come up with all of this scare tactic nonsense. I question their intellect- isn't it obvious that the scare tactics are turning off independents to McCain, while scaring little old church ladies and giving angry right wingers more fodder to work with? Reason causes me to believe that Obama is the better guy for the job.

Bull! you are just another Obama Camp employee blogger with your predictable, formula responses that have gotten so transparent and tired. Devoid of any creativity! These are some examples of the typical posts that might come from your nefarious organization:
      "White senior female supporting Obama!"
"Life long Republican, retired Marine, now supporting Obama!"
"Former Neo-Nazi sympathizer who now supports Obama!"
The only line of attack that your camp has had is to say that people don't want more of the last eight years. And attempting to tie McCain to the Bush Administration because he happens to be a member of the same party! Talk about scare tactics! The Obama administration can't offer any solutions or plans that it's administration will do for America because it does not have any! It can only point to the Bush administration and say, " Nobody could be as bad as that guy, so you should vote for me, because I look good by comparison! And since John McCain is a member of the same party as that big bad boogy man Bush, it might remind you of the last eight years!" So, with that logic, you might as well say, " Vote for me because the nightmares of the Bush administration will come back to haunt you otherwise. It does not matter that I could be worse than any president in history. At least I am a fresh new face and I speak well from a teleprompter and look good in a suit. In other words, I am a poster boy president and the sight of me and my charismatic rhetoric will make the world heal and everyone will come together and sing Cumbayah!" God save America! The superficiality of this shallow culture of " American idol-esque" nonsense is just sickening!

Obama in this video, addressing his work with ACORN litigation relating to the community reinvestment act and the failure of Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae, as they relate to the current real estate and financial crisis, states that, and I quote:

"Subprime lending started out as a good idea, helping Americans buy homes who previously could not afford to. Financial institutions created new financial instruments that could securitize these loans, slice them into finer and finer risk categories, and spread them out among investors and around the country, as well as around the world. In theory, this should have allowed mortgage lending to be less risky, and more diversified."

    He further states:

???"The original idea was a good one, which was, lets see if we can distribute risk more broadly, and make it easier to provide loans to people who otherwise might not be able to get one."

Listen for yourself. You cannot dispute the mans on words recorded live:

Obama in this second video is campaigning at a convention of Acorn and I believe two other "Community Activist" organizations. Ask if he will be their ally if he becomes President, Obama says, quote:

???Yes, but let me say that before I even get inaugurated, during the transition we are going to be calling all of you in to help us shape the agenda. We???re going to be having meetings all across the country with community organizations so that you have input into the agenda for the next presidency of the United States of America.

See and hear it for yourself. Obama promised that Acorn and other groups like it will setting his agenda if elected:

(oops!) stating that Freddie Mac was spending tax payer money to target Republicans in 2005 who were trying to regulate Fannie and Freddies fraud. Democrats were not targeted, as the were all in the tank with Fannie and Freddie to kill the regulations. Hear that, the article admits that Republicans were trying to regulate Freddie and Fannie, and Democrats were trying to stop it from happening as a means to facilitate the Community Reinvestment Act.
