    At least she has a new wardrobe, has time to work out her Stevens Problems, Travelgate, Troopergate, Teen pregnancy issues and the host of other local issues that , had she been attending too, would not have stuck to her during the campaign. She is a joke at best and assures a 2012 Democrat victory if the Pubs try to role her out again.

    The one remaining target is low-education white voters, Reagan Democrats, the last group to join Obama's coalition, and thus the first group Republicans should try to snatch away.

    Now that the Republicans know that no smart person will continue to vote against their own best interests they want to recruit the semi-literates. How nice. Those people especially would benefit from Obamas presidency,he is pro-middle class,and pro-union. Even the slowest thinkers in that group have to know that the Republicans are not ever going to do anything for them. Waving a flag and chanting USA isn't enough anymore. Even the dumb have to eat.

      Mcain tryed to avoid the economic crisis that we are in but setting up restictions on companies like frediemac and fannie mae but no democrats like obama thing that it's better to get political campane money from these companies instead and they fail we will just raise taxes and make us americans pay more. Did you know that Bush's tax cuts actualy increased are country's tax revenue, because people where scared to work a little more because they knew they could keep a little more themselfs.

    I follow an economist named Bob Proctor. He has called the top and bottom of every market crash since the 70s correctly.
    He perfectly predicted the current meltdown and the picture he paints about what will happen next
    is terrifying.He thinks it will be worse then the great depression.
    The banks in the U.S. are going under one after the other. Countrywide ,Bear Stearns, Lehman Brothers and Merrill Lynch , Fanny and Freddy Mae ,AIG
    The government took them over because they are bankrupt. Even with the goverment nationalizing hundreds of billions of dollars in debt the stock market is crashing
    the credit markets are frozen and all of us may suffer beyond anything seen in generations
    McCain just like Bush " doesn't understand the economy".
    That not just my opinion its his own words. Not only does he not understand how to fix it but he does not understand how its been broken.
    It is no surprise that he doesn't. The people that make up these securities use quantum mathematical models very few people understand.
    Bush and McCain both can take the credit for this mess since they helped deregulate the laws that were protecting us.
    Bush's economic advisor Phil Graham wrote the deregulation bill that allowed banks to take huge risks with all of our future.
    Now, Phil Graham is the head of McCain's economic policy.He is also McCain's choice for the next secretary of the treasury.
    No one in this country can afford for that to happen. The last time Bush met with his economic advisors was in March. He was the last to know somthing was wrong. Phil Graham had the guts to say that we are in a mental recession after he helped create the worst economy meltdown in our lifetime.     It will take the best and brightest minds in the world to get us out of this nightmare. As bad as Bush has done, McCain would be
    even more destructive because things are in much worse shape. The next president will not inherit a budget surplus like Bush did but a crashing economy and a 11,600,000,000,000 (trillion) dollars deficit. Most of it Bush created and it will take decades to pay it back.
    If you do what you have always done then you will get what you have always got.
    When it comes to policy Bush and McCain are the same 90 percent of the time.
    So why are the polls even close then ?
    Mccains team just said they no longer want to talk about the economy.Instead they would like to spend time talking about obama
    which means running the biggest smear campaign in history.
    They think they can just tell you lies and you wont be smart enough to see through it
    Let's teach him we are smarter than that

      I question how reasonable all of your doubts are. For example, if you believe that "it's proven beyond a reasonable doubt that African Americans are voting for Obama only because he's Black," you obviously are not aware that the Democratic candidates in our last two presidential elections received about 90% of the African American vote, even though they were white. So, you would be far more accurate to say that it is proven beyond a reasonable doubt that African Americans are voting for Obama only because he's a Democrat.

    I have never seen so much negative coverage of anyone in my life as that given by the mainstream media to Sarah Palin. The media refuses to criticize Barack Obama - for anything. The last time I saw so much uncritical coverage of a politician was the post 9/11 - Katrina period when the mainstream media gave George Bush a free pass.

    Anyone the media won't criticize, I won't vote for. It's too dangerous.

      How politically uninformed you are. Although the Dems have had a majority since the 2006 elections, they do not have the fillibuster-proof majority necessary to get their agenda implemented. Between GOP roadblocks and the threat of presidential veto, they've gotten NOTHING done, hence the term DO NOTHING CONGRESS.

      At least educate yourself before you spout such nonsense. After this election, THEN you'll really have something to bitch about.

    Sound familiar? It should, its not only the direct path of Hitlers rise to power, but also parallels the events starting with and following 9/11. President Bush was very familiar with the game plan, as his Grandfather and his Grandfathers father-in-law were supporters of Hitler and Nazism, both before and after the war.

    Of course, theyve skipped a couple of the items on the list, but theyll get to them if theyre allowed to remain in power, because it will be the only way for them to retain power.

Causing no end of problems for the rest of the developed world to pick up like the WAR in Iraq and now this Global Economic Desaster. If Your going to vote go and see a psychiatist first to give you some advice, WE DON'T WANT ANY MORE WARS, and if you do, pay for them your selves and take your own service men and women with you, and leave the rest of us in the civilised world alone.     The Democrats could not have asked for a better gift than Sarah Palin. What has she done RIGHT? This race was effectively over when Senator McCain picked her.

    Nobody in his or her right mind would seriously consider her to be one step away from being President of the United States.. We would be the laughing stock of the entire world.

    I follow an economist named Bob Proctor. He has called the top and bottom of every market crash since the 70s correctly.
    He perfectly predicted the current meltdown and the picture he paints about what will happen next
    is terrifying.He thinks it will be worse then the great depression.
    The banks in the U.S. are going under one after the other. Countrywide ,Bear Stearns, Lehman Brothers and Merrill Lynch , Fanny and Freddy Mae ,AIG
    The government took them over because they are bankrupt. Even with the goverment nationalizing hundreds of billions of dollars in debt the stock market is crashing
    the credit markets are frozen and all of us may suffer beyond anything seen in generations
    McCain just like Bush " doesn't understand the economy".
    That not just my opinion its his own words. Not only does he not understand how to fix it but he does not understand how its been broken.
    It is no surprise that he doesn't. The people that make up these securities use quantum mathematical models very few people understand.
    Bush and McCain both can take the credit for this mess since they helped deregulate the laws that were protecting us.
    Bush's economic advisor Phil Graham wrote the deregulation bill that allowed banks to take huge risks with all of our future.
    Now, Phil Graham is the head of McCain's economic policy.He is also McCain's choice for the next secretary of the treasury.
    No one in this country can afford for that to happen. The last time Bush met with his economic advisors was in March. He was the last to know somthing was wrong. Phil Graham had the guts to say that we are in a mental recession after he helped create the worst economy meltdown in our lifetime.     It will take the best and brightest minds in the world to get us out of this nightmare. As bad as Bush has done, McCain would be
    even more destructive because things are in much worse shape. The next president will not inherit a budget surplus like Bush did but a crashing economy and a 11,600,000,000,000 (trillion) dollars deficit. Most of it Bush created and it will take decades to pay it back.
    If you do what you have always done then you will get what you have always got.
    When it comes to policy Bush and McCain are the same 90 percent of the time.
    So why are the polls even close then ?
    Mccains team just said they no longer want to talk about the economy.Instead they would like to spend time talking about obama
    which means running the biggest smear campaign in history.
    They think they can just tell you lies and you wont be smart enough to see through it
    Let's teach him we are smarter than that
    Stand up and hold them accountable
    Bush isn't on the ballot this year but his policies are

      To Solve a problem you must know what caused the problem are economic problems were started by the mortgage meltdown to blame George W and John McCain shows how little you democrats want to take responsibility you want to blame somebody and you would never look in the mirror this problem started with your favorite democratic son Bill Clinton who wanted a selfish legacy for himself to be rememebered as the president while we enjoyed what seemed like prosporous times he fought against Republicans who did not want to give everybody who could breath air to be a home loan look it up he was the one who deregulated Fanni and Freddie and the favorite democratic homo Barney Frank was getting rich off Fanni and Freddie your party has a hard time accepting any blame for the current crises and you think Barack Hussein Obama is the Chosen One without his teleprompter he is lost

    sarah palin has more intelligence in her little finger than joe biden. why are they hiding him. gov palin is a breath od fresh air nand needed in corruptcongress. if anything would happen to obama and biden, nancy pelosi would president. she and obama are the worst people youcould have to lead this country.

    I've said it before - I wish these news mags would limit the length of the postings. There is nothing worth saying that cannot be said in four or five sentences, max. All the rest is just ego-centric venom-spewing. No one wants to know anything about you or your personal life, other than what your carefully crafted words are that show at least a smattering of critical thought. STOP the RANTING! No One Cares!!
