Just another Independent Voter For OBAMA, Already voted!!!

In response to the heading What if Obama does not win. Well I do believe we can expect riots all over our nation and possibly in other nations as well. The Republicans need to fully understand they will not get away with stealing this one,
they need to know that the people of America will not stand for that this time, not
after coming so close to being rid of them. People will not appreciate the insult on racial disrespect in this manner. No the Republicans do not want to be responsible for the outcry that will result from this.

What I find so interesting is that news organization just don't get it! People answering the phone polls are scared of having their numbers taken. People are just saying they will vote for Obama when they will vote for McCain. There are HUGE numbers of Hillary supporters that are backing McCain. Many Dems jumped the fence and became Independent. Mark MY WORDS, Obama is going to lose. I have taken off my McCain bumper sticker, and taken down my yard sign for fear of being attacked. There is NO way Obama is going to win. I will laugh with delight when the MSM faces turn red and purple because they will know that 2008 was the year that journalism died.

Hal has a reading problem so he gets most of his information from Youtube because it has lots of pictures. Hal, did you know that you can't believe everything you see and hear on youtube?.

I live on the I-4 corridor in DeLand, FL, but I'm not falling for the Socialism herring. People engaged in similar fear-mongering when Bill Clinton ran for President in 1992; they proclaimed his plan to balance the budget was socialist and would lead us into a greater recession. Clinton proved his critics wrong, balanced the budget with OBRA and is today remembered as a moderate. Obama's plan follows Clinton's model and would tax the wealthy less than Reagan did! I was not alone in my perspective: I was proud to get together with scores of other Obama supporters in our town of DeLand on Oct. 20 and we marched downtown to early vote. We out-numbered Republican turn-out by more than 2 to 1. There was an electricity in the air and I felt like I was a part of history in the making!

I hope voters can look beyond all the stuff that doesn't matter and vote for the person they think can best represent this country and lead it forward.

Comment:,, I had followed Obamo since his speech at the Democrat convention..I vowed to watch for him in later years..Never realizing how soon it would be,,,I have kept an open mind but am disappointed in the the evidence that has come out..I have been taught that you are formed by your assocations..If you find yourself involved with the wrong type..YOU LEAVE them..You do not continue the relationship..Mr. Obama says that was "'years ago"'.He has a reason for averything..I could understand 1 but not 3 or 4 cannot be explained ...But else don't we know? Saying that people in FL's panhandle don't support Obama because he is black is totally wrong. I am a registered Independent living in the FL Panhandle and I don't care what the candidate's color, sex or sexual preference is, for that matter. What I care about is does he have the ability to lead this Country and the experience to do so. McCain's biggest problem is that he is coming after 8 years of GW who has presented himself as a total idiot, which is Obama's greatest asset! Someone who is charismatic and an eloquent speaker is seen as a minor god after what we've had to endure with GW. Regardless, I have to go with my gut and go with the guy who I think who best lead this country despite all of the hype from the press and that's McCain.

I live in a neighborhood where my house would be fire-bombed if I ever put a McCain sign in my yard. A few blocks away one poor fellow -- a first generation immigrant -- attempted such heresy. The sign was ripped down overnight, and his fence and car were splattered with paintballs. I too have suffered mysterious paintball attacks this election season - and have finally realized that my house is being targeted because I have been "outed" by the Huffington Post and others as a McCain campaign donor - Interestingly, I also contributed to the Hilary Clinton campaign, but that donation is not reflected on the Fahrenheit 451 maps that the liberal "Thought Police," publish for their enlightened hit squads.

ECONOMIC POLICY

Obama: Give a man a fish. Feed him for a day.
McCain: Teach a man to fish, give him a job, feed him for a lifetime!

"Joe" did get an honest answer. The problem is that "Joe" didn't ask an honest question. He lied about how much money the company would make. He lied about being a plumber. He is not licensed in any way, shape or form. Performing plumbing services without a license is illegal. Just because I work on my car does not make me a licensed auto mechanic. "Joe" is the one that is opening himself up to scrutiny by going onto every talk show that there was. Of course now he only goes onto Fox News because they're the only ones that will talk to this fraud. It's really McCain's fault for invoking his name at the debate, and every public appearance since then.

The propogandists need to know that we are inteligent and that looking and acting presidential isn't what the voting public want. We want someone with substance. Obama is SO afraid of tough questions to the point that he has his staff try to destroy anyone who dares aska tough question. That is a mafia state of mind. He has spent too many years in Chicago. All he knows is to have his mafia take care of his business for him.

There is nothing wrong with voting for a black man if he is qualified. There is something wrong about voting for a black man who is NOT qualified like Barack Obama just because he IS black. That is racist! We do not have to prove anything to the rest of the world, Mr. Alter.

Those who are saying they are for McCain's health plan, talk to me about it. I have studied and studied both plans and I see only more of the same in McCain's except he is going to give everyone $5,000 to find their own. I don't know what that means. What if someone needs that $5,000 for something else, such as food or shelter or rent? Is he mandated to use the $5,000? Does he get to keep the difference between a $5,000 health plan and a $2,000? If he has an inferior plan and it caps out, what happens? What is so wrong with offering people the same health plan that our congressmen have? And letting those who have other plans keep theirs? That would avoid all the welfare, emergency room costs that we are now paying. And what if we have a huge claim, maybe $300,000 and that is taxed as income? What kind of tax will we be paying under McCain's plan? Or since we are making that much money does that mean we won't have to pay any tax because it seems to me under McCain's tax plan the wealth is being redistributed to the wealthy. Help me understand.

Obama planted the race seed early in the campaign so that if he doesn't win, the black community will take to the streets and riot and scream that once again they are being held down by white America. Well I say bring it on! If they want to rumble about this issue, I will stand face to face with them and will not back down anymore. This is my country too and I will fight to preserve it, whether from foreign terrorists or domestic ones. I will not be bullied into backing someone who has time and again proven that he is NOT the person for leading the country. ALL of his past associations over the past 20 years have been proven to be with radicals and I for one shudder to think that someone with this completely leftist ideology could actually be elected to the highest position in America. All I can hope is that every single person who is legally registered to vote, i.e. not the majority of voters that ACORN registered, and who plan to vote for McCain, need to get out and vote. Every vote counts in this election and people cannot be apathetic and just assume that their one little vote won't make a difference. If we all did that, Obama would have a landslide victory.

Your final comment is that Americans should vote for Obama because he is black to make up for the "orogonal sin" of the past. How racist of you. What about Americans voting for the man they feel is the best qualified for the job regardless of his color.........What a concept!!!!!!.........Next, this is for you and the other Obama supporters - from his book "Audacity of Hope".......Obama wrote "I will stand with the Muslims should the political winds shift in an direction.".........Interesting, he didn't say he would stand with his country/Americans........This is from the lips of Michelle Obama, "The truth is, in order to get things like Universal Health Care and a revamped education, SOMEONE is going to have to give up a piece of the pie so that someone else can have more.".........Really? Why don't they do what I did to "get a piece of the pie"........Get a second job!..........I didn't ask people to give me what they had earned so I could have it.
