From whom do you get your poll results? I, nor anyone I have talked to, have been approached about our vote.

Why does it always have to be about race??!! I do not like his ideology which is to take from the poor to give to the rich. I believe we already pay enough taxes to help the poor. Get over it being race and realize it is about not liking Bush that so many of the centrists are voting democratic. I don't think that Bush did a great job, however I still am not changing my beliefs from capitalism to socialism. That would be intolerable for America!

I resent the tone of the article. It implys that Obama is so obviously the "perfect candidate" that if he loses, it will because of ingnorance and prejudice instead of the fact that many rightfully question his base of experience. Add to that, If I wanted to live in a socialist country, I would have moved to France long ago. I will not vote for him because he does not share my world view and I think his policies will weaken my country. As to the rest of the world rooting for him, I could't care less what they think. There is no question and doubt that McCain-Palin's is a better ticket. The Obama-Biden's ticket would rob the hard working by way of increase in taxes and give away freebies to the lazy and welfare minded ignoble duds.
Americans are astute enough to stop this nonsense that Democrats would perpetuate. Let there be true reform and change after the election and that is to make all lazy people to work hard and bring their own food.

first off this economy has been been damaged directly by Democrat (Socailist) policies put in place with Jimmy Carter and added upon by Bill Clinton. Republicans repeatedly called for fixing this Fanny and Freddy mess, but was fought every step of the way by Dems, who were benifiting from these corrupt institutions. Secondly, every economist that I have heard say that Obama's economic plan and policies would plunge our ecomomy into a full blown "DEPRESSION". The problem with Democrats is that they feel that as long as they think they are doing something that helps, it doesn't matter if things get better or not as long as the intentions were good. The problem is, that from history the Democrats policys and plans do not work and the people that they claim to be helping end up worst off in the end. Please take a good look at the canidates in this election, and please, please do not vote to change the country that I leave to my kids into the next FAILED SOCIALIST EXPERIMENT. Socialism is proven not to work, and I can't believe there are so many people in this country that are willing to give it another try.

The reason Obama won't win is simple. He lies, his tax plan will not work, he associates with a terrorist and radicals and a felon is Rizko. He has never ran a business, he has zero experience, his foreign affairs plan is laughable at best to think that countries like Iran will set down and have a cup of coffee with him.He is trying to buy the election using acorn that he donated over $800,000 to. He wanst gun control, is NOT pro-life, how much more does anyone need to know. The mainstream media has given him a pass on every critical issue because they think he is the savior and rather trash Sarah Palin who has more experience than Obama BY FAR. Th.ey are more concerned about her clothes. For all of you media people out there that care about the clothes, she didn't buy them and they will be donated to charity after the election. I 'll Obama's $3500 suits won't be donated. By the way, wher do you think Obama's money is really coming from? Get a grip citizens if Obama is elected will be in for a depression. With him Polosie and Reed in charge we would be in over ours heads. Then comes Gaf Biden that finally said something true. Obama would be tested in 6 months and I for one am scared to death of what Obama would do in a crisis. Stutter like he does with most tough questions? There is the WRIGHT factor. Obama was a member of that Church for 20 years and we are suppose to believe he didn't inhale. The Media would rather say, if you aren't for Obama it has to be attributed to race. I'm not questioning whether Obama believes he is a Christian - I question if Wright's God is the same GOD I know.

Free Trade (My view) support the American Worker by giving every company that employs an American Worker a tax credit. Give a credit to any employer of 110% of their health benefit and payroll cost to the American Worker (Need to limit the 10% added credit to some number say $8000.). The credit would lower the cost of American made goods and therefore create jobs. KEEP JOBS & CREATE JOBS.

(My view) if only for a new employees - Employers will find a loop hole and layoff a 1000 in one city and hire 900 in another.

I need work, I need Health Insurance, But WRIGHT is a DEAL BREAKER.

The notion that if Obama loses will only be because he is black is absurd. I can't believe people like this are allowed to spew such nonsense in a forum as large as this. The reason Obama will lose the election is because he is a socialist. Deep down most Americans know if they elect a socialist this country will go through a "change" that we may not be able to recover from. I believe that on election day the silent majority will make their voice heard, and John McCain will be the next President.

Here's a thought. Since there are those who play the race card, let's look at it in a positive way. If we're talking race, then let's consider that an Obama in the White House could end up being as good as a Tiger Woods on the golf course!

Interesting how some folks think being a Liberal is like an incurable disease.
Having a difference of opinion is a Privilege and not a curse. For 8 years we have tolerated a kind of Republican Socialism. Now it's time for a change.
Anything longer is called a Dictatorship. Maybe Some folks should take the time to read more and take a long look in the mirror.
It's all about the Economy and McCain doesn't have a clue how to fix it by his own admission. Seven houses later and 100 Million Dollars keeps McCain insulated from the Harsh reality of the Economic Crisis we in the Country is facing. All the Liv's should get it that he doesn't give a damn about any of us. By his own words he says he has a Great life and will go back to enjoying it if he doesn't win.
He NEVER said that he would feel bad or work to help this Country grow stronger if he loses. What a Hypocrite!
