    The Clinton tax plan got us out of deficit trouble after the Reagan years. And Clinton created twice as much wealth and growth for the country. With the Clinton tax plan, jobs increased by 22 million.

    McCain's tax plan is the same as the Bush's tax plan. There has been no growth. We have lost hundreds of thousands of jobs every month. A recession is not growth. However, Bush and McCain kept saying things were perfect...

    Al qaida is so powerful because it is part of every Moslem's dream including Barrack Hussain Obama's. Election of Obama as President will further that dream as election of a born-Muslim will initiate an Islamic conversion process of the United States which may take decades or centuries in a very slow pace like that happened to Cleopetra's Egypt. In ancient Egypt, it took centuries. I think it will be much shorter for US. But ultimately US will be governed by the Laws of Sharia.

      I'm not sure how a lawyer from Chicago, who grew up in Hawaii, and who's mom and grandparents are from Kansas, is part of Al-Qaida's plan. Did you read the article? It has been said time and time again, that Al-Qaida is not fighting a military war but an economical and psychological war. The Bush regime has done nothing but play into that will the $10 billion/month warcraft spending and the politics of fear mongering.

    John McCain is a modern day King Arthur. Instead of pulling a sword out of stone, he has performed the modern day equivalent of surviving relatively unscathed five plane crashes including being shot down over Hanoi. Thousands of pilots have died in plane crashes and it takes real skill to crash land a plane and survive. If you look at the former Airtran and now defunct ValueJet 592 crash in the Florida swamp that killed everyone on board, it did not take a lot of skill to fly the plane nose down straight into the Florida swamp. The 911 United Flight crash in Pennsylvania is also proof of an unskilled crash landing where everyone was killed going nose down first. So John McCain???s having survived those crashes is a testament to his flying skills.

    Like Evil Knievel the former motorcycle dare devil who also survived countless crashes, John McCain has survived five airplane crashes. Like Nascar drivers, who jump back in the cars after crashes John McCain has walked away and gotten back in the pilots seat. John McCain will drive and pilot our economy back to prosperity.

    John McCain is the one who can come up with solutions to our economic problems. Barack Obama and Joe Biden are mathematically challenged. Send them back to school.
    Joe Biden with his history and political science double major in college and Barack Obama???s major in political science give them absoloutely no economic, scientific, quantitative or analytical background to handle the pressing economic and military problems facing our country. These two mathematically challenged Democrats are supposed to be able to crunch numbers and understand how to cope with our economic and budget crisis. Two people who probably can???t add four numbers together are suppose help solve our economic crisis. Do you know that they offer basic accounting continuing education classes to lawyers because most lawyers do not understand simple accounting. We have had enough mathematically challenged lawyers screw up our country. You at least know that John McCain has the computational and analytic skills to compute fuel loads, cargo weights, wind speeds, and trip distances to keep from running out of gas on missions.

      Are you kidding? Anyone other than the son and grandson of high-ranking Generals would have had their wings stripped from them and discharged after 2 crashes. The republican ticket as a whole is educationally challenged. McCain was 5th from the bottom of his class, and Palin is a semester shy of a B.A. That dynamic duo would place their trust in the hands of their advisors (like the current administration), rather than relying on their own capabilities.

    The greatest windfall to al Qaeda in recent years has been the election of George Bush as POTUS. He has so thoroughly brought ruin on America and the West that their inability to score another major attack here has given consolation to them that they probably wouldn't have wreaked as much destruction as Bush has done. From the first day he took office in 2000 to the present practically everything he has laid a hand on has turned to crap, unless you are wealthy. His invasion of Iraq based on lies placed the military in a situation that favored guerilla warfare over the conventional warfare the troops had been trained for. His dismissal of the advice of General Shinseki was probably the next stupidest move he made after the invasion. After that, his civilian leaders on the ground lost billions of the taxpayers money due to poor administration and lack of oversight of the money being shipped in on pallets on rail cars. One Iraqi official in charge of finance skipped the country with a billion dollars. Another charged with purchasing arms and uniforms took a half billion on a trip to bargain with banana republics and ended up with Russian uniforms in moth balls from WWII, and then bought weapons from several third world countries and ended up with a hodgepodge of faulty weaponry whose only advantage was that it was acquired cheaply. Oh and he kept the change. Then the world's biggest American Embassy was built, about the size of the Vatican, with it's own power and water supply. Why, you ask, did we need the world's largest embassy in Iraq, which we would be leaving as soon as their army was up to speed? Let me volunteer a guess. We weren't planning to leave. We were planning to strike a deal with the Iraqi government, which we thought was beholden to us, to have Halliburton and various American oil companies come in and take over drilling, refining and distribution operations of Iraq's oil fields. You know, like we did in Ecuador and other South American countries, and share the wealth in what was essentially an American colony. But that's a guess. Which leaves us with the surge, which after all was made possible by our new relationship with the Sunnis. So, assuming that we were victors in Iraq. That still doesn't put us back to square one. We've just sunk a half trillion in that rat hole, murdered over 4000 American troops, maimed over twenty five thousand, murdered untold thousands of Iraqi civilians and made it necessary for millions to seek safe haven in other countries. And, in 2005 Halliburton and KBR stole or misappropriated 1.4 billion and 1.8 billion dollars respectively. Halliburton is moving operations to Dubai, which could make it extremely hard to recover our money plus interest from them, and next to impossible to put their crooked executives behind bars. Not that Bush and Cheney ever wanted to.
