Bullpucky!! It's the SNOW!!! the COLD - the ICE on everything. It's April in Michigan and we got 8 inches of snow. My dad is playing golf in Florida. He played all winter. I have been shoveling SNOW. It's the WEATHER . When youre frezzing your butt off, you aint thinking about tax rates.
