The ad is true. Obama does reward his friends with taxpayer money. If everyone would just release information on Obama so we could make an educated decision instead of trying to piece his politcal and social agendas. Obama seems to be a dangerous person. Is this why he will not disclose his contacts from Columbia and the time he was with Reverend Wright. If we ever find the whole of Obama's background, it just may be that he, Obama, is the one who was teaching Ayers, Rezko, Khalidi and Wright and not that he was learning at their dwellings.

to Sam10 - You are such an idiot. Shut Up

Sam10, what do you think Bush has been doing for the last 8 years??? Rewarding his friends and the "good ol' boys" with MY god damn tax dollars!!!! That is unacceptable and he has gotten away with it and will continue to suck on that silver dick of his dads for the rest of his life.

What's going to happen when Obama and Barney Frank get together to bail out /give all those people those homes they bought with subprime mortgages and can't afford them now?

    • Posted By: Palin who? @ 10/28/2008 12:38:50 PM

Well, sorry to disappoint, but that only happened under Bush. Now, you will actually have to qualify and prove you can pay for your home in order to stay in it. Americans must change their spending habits and realize: NOT EVERYONE CAN BUY A HOME. Sad to say, but very true. Don't blame O'bama for what Bush approved the banks to do, and then the banks manipulating that even more.

Obama has had Wright, Ayers, Rezco and all the rest fully investigated by most of the major news organizations.

    THEY FOUND NOTHING IMPROPER.

. .What is going on this week from the republicans and their surrogates is their favorite game:

    . . . . . . ATTACK WITH LIES , DISTORTIONS AND FABRICATIONS.
    .
It is their false innuendo, IT IS NOT FACT.
    .
    .
Remember what McCain advisor Rick Davis said:

IT DOES NOT MATTER IF IT IS TRUE IF IT WORKS
    .

Would a better president be the one who can be the nastiest against their opponent?

. . . or is it the one with the best policies for the future of America.

MCCAIN WANTS YOU TO VOTE FOR THE NASTIEST.

BECAUSE HIS POLICIES ARE THE SAME AS BUSHES POLICIES AND HE DOES NOT WANT TO TALK. ABOUT THAT.

    PERIOD.

sorry, the surplus we had 8 years ago has NOW turned into a negative 10 trillion and growing....we cannot continue to spends trillions of dollars that we do not have.

ALL the McCain camp do is LIE! ONE LIE AFTER ANOTHER! HOW THE HELL CAN YOU REFORM ANYBODY ELSE IF YOU ARE NOT REFORMED YOURSELF?

THE ONLY TWO UNETHICIAL PEOPLE IN THIS EQUATION ARE PALIN AND
    McCAIN?

WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WANT THESE TWO THAT ARE SO FULL OF HATE, LIES, FEAR AND BULLSHIT!!!

If one determines "truth" by what factcheck.org prints then we really are in trouble as a republic. For the Obama supporters out there, instead of ranting about Bush, or how McCain "lies", why not try spending more time simply answering the questions regarding Obama's past and present. McCain is old news as the Dems like to muse. His public record is long and there for all of us to see and judge -- one way or another. But Obama? We know little, but see some fairly odd and disturbing associations. And regarding his tax plans? Tell me a time in history wherein a progressive liberal ever, EVER reduced government spending and taxation (of those who actually pay taxes). And no, referring to his web site is NOT adequate.

  • Posted By: Shyam @ 10/28/2008 12:18:28 PM

Obama's tax plan is a hoax. His goal is to make minorities (particularly African Americans) rich by taking it from the Whites. He drew a pre-election line of $250,000 income which must be changed to a post-election line of about $75,000. That means any family making more than $75000 will pay a much higher tax rate. In my entire adult life, no one gave more tax-break than George Bush II. Clinton did not give me anything, neither did Carter. Obama said he is going to CHANGE America. He is telling you he will change the country and IRS will carry that out doing it for him. It will be patriotic for White folks to be quite, when he raises your taxes because Black folks need lot bigger houses with many more children than White folks with one or two. Think about that. Brother Obama means CHANGE. CHANGE is coming.

That's funny, my family is mostly white, and I'm the youngest of five. While there was a black family up the road from us that only had two kids.

Bryges, you and Shyam should get together to make babies...you'd have once nice big red-neck wedding....I think they do a reality show about that now, if you're interested I'll get you their PR person.

If this is about truth, McCain has been found to be lying by Factcheck.org numerous times. And worse than that, after they noted it, he has gone right on lying about the very same thing.

Yes, this election should be about truth and NOT McCain's and Palin's lies.
    .
    .
Rigjt now, with one week left, McCain is engaged in lying about his association with Bush.

Because he is losing, he is pretending to be against Bush economic policies, which BY HIS ACTIONS, he has voted with for eight years.

THIS IS ONLY BECAUSE HE IS BEHIND. HE WANTS TO DUPE YOU INTO THINKING HE IS ACTUALLY AGAINST BUSH ECONOMIC POLICIES.

    ARE YOU KIDDING ME?

HE IS DESPERATE AND IS PANDERING FOR VOTES. THAT IS IT.
    .
    .
Remember what McCain senior advisor Rick Davis said:

IT DOES NOT MATTER IF IT IS TRUE AS LONG AS IT WORKS.
    .
    .
McCain is trying anything now. Question is, Are you buying this desperate end of the game garbage?

  • Posted By: Palin who? @ 10/28/2008 12:17:13 PM

oh absolutely, since I'm a white liberal from Utah of course I would vote for any black person that ever ran. I love black people! Show me the money! Again, I am so impressed at your intelligence Brydges. You sound like Joe the Plummer on acid.

    This story shows yet again:

MCCAIN AND HIS TEAM ARE LIERS.

    . . . . . . . . . . .THAT IS RIGHT. . . . . . .BLATENT LIERS . . .

How does all this stop? Force BOTH sides to make retractions when they are proven false by 'factcheckers'. If their adds are found to be false, there should be a commitee forcing them to make a commercial that retracts the add. The commercial should be run as many times as the misleading commercial did - this will in turn cost them millions of dollars and will penalize them. Losing valuable campaign dollars will make BOTH sides stop this nonsense.

  • Posted By: Palin who? @ 10/28/2008 12:12:30 PM

kem91185, I support both of them, but definitely agree with you in that Biden has had some very unintelligent comments he has thrown out there. He has a big mouth and doesn't know when to stop. Not quite as bad as Bush or Pailin

  • Posted By: libertyfirst @ 10/28/2008 12:08:09 PM

Fact Check is nothing more than a biased, partisan group long in the tank for the Dems. Just looking at their "corrections" of the McCain ads leaves one wondering just where the cited ads were wrong. The Rezko deal has stink all over it -- shifting federal money into the Housing Authority and then to an overpriced ($855,000 in fees???) development project is patently "greasing the wheels" with taxpayer funds. $100,000 for a park that never happened...sure no problem there. The McCain camp has every right to run an ad questioning the legitmacy of Obama's "bringing home the pork" actions; uses of tax money for the benefit of few. To call doing so "misleading" is, once again, misleading itself -- and patently hypocritical. Obama's central attack of McCain is that he represents "another four years." Oh really, is that why prior to this entire political campaign, McCain was a frequent thorn in the Bush administration side? From his campaign finance reform bills, to his criticizing the Iraq war tactics, to his critical comments regarding the first round of Bush tax proposals...the list is long. Voting "90% of the time" the same says little, since the alternative these past 8 years was to vote with the Democrats and their frequently porked-up and/pr poison-pilled legislation. Again, the list is long. So do we read of Obama's "misleading" campaign ads? No, of course not. That would be inconvenient to the narrative so desperately wanted by the Moonbats at Fact Check.

  • Posted By: Palin who? @ 10/28/2008 12:07:24 PM

Brydges, so O'bama is bad right, and you claim he's a socialist right? So if that was true, socialism is bad, but giving $10 billion per month to Iraq is good, when they have a surplus. And on top of it, hard working American soldiers are still over there losing their lives because of George W. Bush and his cronies. Glad you think socialism is bad but killing Americans is ok.

  • Posted By: kem91185 @ 10/28/2008 12:00:30 PM

Why don't you ever call out any of the factual errors obama, or even better, Biden makes. Biden wins the stupid comment prize yet Democrats love to to pick on Palin. I learned in journalism, you must be unbiased but with the crappy media we have today, I guess that's not the rule.
