Rezko, was named 'Entrepreneur of the Decade' by the Arab-American Business and Professional Association'.. About two years later, Obama entered Harvard Law School. Do you have any idea what tuition is for Harvard Law School? Where did he get the money for Law School? More student loans? After Law school, he went back to Chicago. Rezko offered him a job, which he turned down. But, he did take a job with Davis, Miner, Barnhill & Galland. Guess what? They represented 'Rezar' which Rezko's firm. Rezko was one of Obama's first major financial contributors when he ran for office in Chicago. In 2003, Rezko threw an early fundraiser for Obama which Chicago Tribune reporter David Mendelland claims was instrumental in providing Obama with 'seed money' for his U.S. Senate race.. In 2005, Obama purchased a new home in Kenwoood District of Chicago for $1.65 million (less than asking price). With ALL those Student Loans -Where did he get the money for the property? On the same day Rezko's wife, Rita, purchased the adjoining empty lot for full price. The London Times reported that Nadhmi Auchi, an Iraqi-born Billionaire loaned Rezko $3.5 million three weeks before Obama's new home was purchased. Obama met Nadhmi Auchi many times with Rezko.
Now, we have Obama running for President. Valerie Jarrett, was Michele Obama's boss. She is now Obama's chief advisor and he does not make any major decisions without talking to her first. Where was Jarrett born? Ready for this? Shiraz, Iran! Do we see a pattern here? Or am I going crazy?
On May 10, 2008 The Times reported, Robert Malley advisor to Obama was 'sacked' after the press found out he was having regular contacts with 'Hamas', which controls Gaza and is connected with Iran. This past week, buried in the back part of the papers, Iraqi newspapers reported that during Obama's visit to Iraq, he asked their leaders to do nothing about the war until after he is elected, and he will 'Take care of things'.

Gordon Liddy???s actions have no comparison to the actions of domestic terrorist Bill Ayers who was linked to bombings of the Capitol and the Pentagon and whose girlfriend along with two other Weather Underground members were killed while making a bomb in New York.

There have also been numerous cheating scandals at West Point and Annapolis which has resulted in permanent expulsion of those involved. One could argue that if John McCain broke the honor code he might have had a higher class rank. The military academies treat cheating scandals similar to law enforcement academies. A military officer can order troops into battle and their integrity should be above reproach when they placing their men in harms way. Similarly the testimony of a law enforcement officer can send someone away to prison for thirty years or even result in a death sentence so even a hint of cheating is always fully investigated and vetted and no cheating during academic training can be tolerated. The word and integrity of all federal, state, and local law enforcement officers can not be questioned. The City of Irving Texas recently fired over half of a recent police academy training class because there was organized cheating. So whether in law enforcement or the military cheating can not be tolerated. As President, John McCain will be commander in chief and Sarah Palin can also step into that role and both can say that they were never involved in a cheating incident and their command to go to battle will not be questioned.

Maybe Barack was thinking about Joe when he said that small town rural Americans cling to religion and guns in tough times. It must have been real tough times during his first year of law school that Joe Biden clung to his religion in deciding to use an academic product of his own faith, Fordham Law Review to commit plagiarism. Joe Biden did more than cling to religion, he clung so hard that he ended up taking substantial chunks out of the Fordham Law Review and failed and had to repeat his legal research and writing class as a result.

For two people who have no military service between them and have never worn the uniform, Barack Obama and Joe Biden have a lot of gaul to obliquely criticize a fellow Democrat and elder statesman and an 87 year old war hero and first man in space John Glenn. It is also pretty stupid to criticize an Ohio native son when Ohio is in play during this election. Does the Barack Obama campaign have to destroy the reputations of four Democratic Senators to lob an ineffectual attack against John McCain. There have been many references to John McCain class rank at Annapolis. John McCain received many demerits which affected his class standing for standing up to upper classmen bullies who harrassed fellow freshman classmates of John McCain.

The GOP is grasping at straws. They have nothing substantive against Obama, but boy are they good at making up lies. This has been a leading Rove tactic for years, and if America falls for this again we should be ashamed of ourselves. Not to mention the fact that this is all a smokescreen to keep the focus off of the fact that Palin and her Alaska associates are in contempt of court for refusing to testify in the Troopergate hearings. After Nixon and Clinton, Americans are to some extent jaded, but really, would you want a VP who refuses to attend hearings in her own defense, and instructs her employees not to testify? That smells like guilt. It surely doesn't give the impression that she has done no wrong and has nothing to hide.

This year, the GOP offers you an angry old man and a woman who, while personable, is desperately uniformed about national and international issues. Both of them are far right politically. McCain used to be a maverick, but since 2004 he has voted 90% with Bush. McCain's policies are not original or reformist, despite how he has tried to co-opt Obama's popular message of change. Please go to the websites of both of the candidates and read their platforms. Obama's Blueprint for Change has more good ideas than McCain's plan. Compare them yourself. Obama's basic premise is that tax dollars should be spent to make America stronger and to improve the lives and well being of our people. For example, he uses education programs to train a technology workforce, contributing to energy independence, creating jobs and improving the economy. When you read McCain's plan you will find no over-arching design to get America back on track. Instead you'll find more tax cuts for the wealthy and deregulation of the health care industry.

I'm a Republican. Although I embrace some forward-thinking social values, in the past I've rarely voted Democrat. My thinking was that since Republicans grow robust economies, by voting Republican I'd be endorsing a plan that would grow wealth for our nation, and then we would be able to afford social programs. It was a good strategy for a couple decades, but I have to say that the tenure of W. Bush has changed my mind. Not only is there nothing fiscally responsible about today's GOP, the insidious alignment of the party with religious intolerance has really turned me off.

On the other hand, the intelligent luminous thought of Barack Obama has ignited my patriotism. I want a President who puts America first and can get the economy back on track. In my mind, values voting takes a back burner when we are faced with a meltdown of the economy. It's time for a change, a real change. The Republicans have controlled the Presidency for 28 of the past 40 years, but they have fallen down on the job. The Democrats have a stellar candidate this year, and I am voting for Obama.

It occured to me yesterday that McCain/Palin tactics are pretty much the same as those of kids in grade school. If people like someone better than you just start saying nasty things about them, anything spread rumors get all the loosers to agree with you. Put someone down to build yourself up. Why can they not stand on their own and give us an idea of what they have planed to do once voted in. Anything please! McCain's chant is "my friends I can fix that' "Folks I know how to do it" "I know how to fix this my friends". First of all he is not my friend anyone that behaves so poorly and so negative I would not associate with nor would most folks other than the loosers that have an ax to grind. I have long ago lost respect for this guy and never had any for the Pitbull with lipstick.

If he had taken the high road and selected a viable VP candidate he would have won. Mccain could've attracted enough Democrats and independents to win even with only half of the republican base. Are you serious? The first real test was how the candidates ran their respective campaigns.. All of that infighting in the GOP camp is a testimony as to how it would be in the administration..What kills me is you have all these poor (YES, you are poor if you do not make more that $50K/yr) people backing McCain.. He doesn't care about you..you will be treated no different from how BUSH has treated you!!! They were in agreement 92% of the time!!! Wake up.. We have had 43 presidents cut from the same mold, take a chance on something new..It's not like this is a life time position. What harm could it do? We (America) are broke and no body in the global community likes us anymore. So what do you have to loose?
