Jesus and Witches

Basically what i am getting from this is she is being blessed to keep evil from her. "Witch" to me is better than a preacher preaching such hatred. At least she is not going to a church that preaches hatred toward any race. So if anyone is a "NUT CASE" That would be Pastor "Wrong" Wright. Really people keep digging to find something that is so wrong with Sarah. It still will never equal the lack of knowledge that Barry has and the fact that he spent 20 years in a church filled with racism beliefs. I am not going to lie but the Muslim Faith is something to be very careful and to keep your eye on. I am afraid of that religion it is like a cult. Instead of drinking kool-aide they kill their own if they want to become christian and they want to get rid of anyone who doesn't believe like they do. So if you know someone who is a "good" Muslim keep your guard up. But hey i am just throwing out a little bit of info for you to ponder you do not have to like what i say and i don't care if you do like what i say.

Freedom of Religion. This should not have any effect on the election or politics. Worship whatever you like. This is American. Freedom of Religion and Right to Bear Arms and the right to Vote should be reserved for law abiding citizens. Along with the right to own property and freedom of speech etc.(no illegal search and seizure) The most important American way is separation of powers. State and local powers have gone worthless with the federal government trying to run everything. The main problem is the states need to run our government not the feds. Change powers back to the locals. Local laws should have the ultimate authority. People living in a town should vote for their town's laws. We are heading toward dictatorship and communism. Wake up America.

Finally I would like to say one thing. Please don't look to politicians for important religious direction. Like I said, just because someone says they are Christian and attends church, doesn't mean he or she really has a relationship with Christ. That is the key. I can't question Sarah Palins beliefs because I don't know her, and neither do most of you. Nobody is perfect. Christians mess up just as much as nonbelievers.
As far as her believing in witchcraft and evil, I would definately have to agree. It may sound strange to skeptics, but the existence of evil is real. Satan is real. We are warned about this over and over in the Bible. Satan is NOT what most people think. He is not some red horned figure that is just bad. Satan was once an angel that freely chose to rebel against God and oppose everything good. We are told that he is extremely intelligent. In fact, short of God, He may be the most intelligent being ever created. Satans greatest victory has been making people believe that he doesn't really exist. But believers know he does because God says he does. More than that, Satan isn't stupid. Nonbelievers are not usually subject to Satan's evil and demons because it doesn't help him oppose God. As I said, not believing in evil makes it easier to not believe in God as well. True believers know where Satan attacks the most and that is the spiritual battle we face. True demonic encounters are real, although much care needs to be taken when deciding if someone's encounter was real. People do lie, but being someone who has experienced this evil, I know it is real. You have to remember that Satan is smart. It is not always about scaring people. Planting doubts in our minds is one of his biggest tactics. Look at Eve. That is what he did to her and she questioned God's instructions.
I hope you all are aware of all the false information out there. Go to the source for answers, and that is the Bible. Don't simply believe things because others like your family, friends, coworkers, and the media say it is true. Everybody has an opinion, and sadly most of them have devoted less time to studying God's Word than the amount of time it takes to drive to their jobs. Please don't judge someone and something you just don't know about. Can you really say you have studied the Bible? There are a lot of places that can help. Again an attack on Sarah Palin. It's a good thing she is who she is other wise she could be in need of a shrink because of the media. It is a sorry state of affairs that we Americans let the journalists make our decisions for us especially in such an important election as this years'. Because of the media we will ALL pay dearly. There is no doubt about what this country is turning in the ability to think and practice in terms of being human. YOU CANNOT DO ANYTHING ANYMORE, unless of course you want to turn the office into a drive-by F!@# and S!@#.

Cut with your religious test crap Miller. It is unconstitutional. Your attempt to defray the Khalidi-Ayers[again]-Obama get together in Chicago less than five years ago by cranking out this garbage only displays your transparent bias embracing Obama [whose faith Miller described in glowing terms,neatly excising Wright and Pflager,and putting Obama in front of a large yellow-neon cross for effect in the NEWSWEAK lede photo back in July ]. Julys NEWSWEAK cover put a halo on the man. Heh. You hacks are so far in the tank for Obama that supplies would have to be airdropped to you from 50,000 feet.

It's very obvious that the words actually being prayed and spoken by this Kenyan pastor over Palin do not match up with the audio that you hear accompanying the video. The Bible clearly states that we do not wrestle with flesh and blood but with powers and principalities of darkness, which would in fact include demonic influences which absolutely exist. The fact that these men are praying with an "intensity rarely seen in mainstream American churches" over Palin is a testimony to her faith and religious beliefs, and it's unfortunate that more "mainstream churches" do not see this happen in their places of worship. Wouldn't you like to have someone pray with such an intensity over you, believing and trusting in God to show Himself strong in your life and bless you immeasurably? If you've never experienced that for yourself, you have no room to judge. Also, there was no invoking of Jesus and witches in the same sentence; on the contrary, the name of Jesus has power to cause demons to flee, which is what rebuking witchcraft is all about. I would strongly encourage the writer(s) of this article to study the Bible and discover for themselves the truth of God's word and to understand the real battle that goes on all over this world every day in people's lives, even Palin, even McCain, even Obama.

I find it interesting that McCain and his supporters keep bringing up Obama and his "relationship" to Bill Ayers. They want to know the "truth" behind it. Sen. Obama has explained the "relationship" and if the McCain people know something that the rest of us don't, then they are honor-bound to either put up or shut up. As far as the comments by hccmac . . . what planet have you been on lately. His birth certificate is a matter of public record -- check it out. His college records?? are you kidding??? Are you looking for his grades or the fact that he managed to PUT HIMSELF through some of the most prestigious schools in the country by working hard and achieving academic success. And why on earth would he swear his allegiance on a Koran when he's a Christian??? Go educate yourself, you're a danger to yourself and others.
