Where's the video of Obama's meeting with yet another questionable person(s). The LA Times refuses to release that video to the public, even though that would be considered "responsible" journalism. I am shocked an amazed at how far left the liberal news media have wandered!

WOW! Sarah belonged to a Pentecostal church, and believed in the laying on of hands, and prayer. How terrible. that she is following in the footsteps of Jesus who also laid on hands and the apostles who also laid on hands, spoke in tongues, and cast out deamons. What is radical is not her belief system, but the non belief of the extreme left.

i am not a republican and am not voting that way, but I must come to Sarah Palin's defene, I attend a Pentocostal church, I know that whatevere is has already been written, I respect her for not denying her belief in Christ, Casting out demons, praying for protection in all areas of life is the norm,people need to quit "playing Church", AND get to know Christ! gOD IS aLMIGHTY, AND AWESOME gOD AND hE IS OUR ONLY SALVATION, what her pastor id doing is nothing out of the ordinary WITH pENTOCOSTALS! Radical anything is bad. Radical Christianity, Radical Islamics, Radical Conservative, Radical Liberals. Moderates are the only ones on earth that have any real sense of self and others. 12. Get rid of those lobbyists that screw everything up. Some people say that McCain voted
95% of the time with Bush. I ask why, maybe because the Senate and House tacked on
more ???Pork belly??? spending just to satisfy their lobbyists and McCain was doing his job;
looking out for the people that hired him.

13. Term limits are becoming a necessity. Get some of those old cronies out and put in
people that live in the real world, like Sarah Palin. People that have to work for a
living and don???t get the high salaries our Senators and Congressmen get. We also don???t
get expense accounts, our vehicles paid for and many other ???chits???

14. A lot of our Senate and House are made up of lawyers; why are they making tax
policies? Where are the accountants. Accountants should be taking on this task. These
guys just don???t get it.

15. Just will point out that the officials in the Senate and House certainly won???t pass any
legislation that will make them pay more tax but they sure do vote for their wage
increases and padding their expense accounts.

16. We need to set limits on campaign spending to make it fair to all people who would like to run for
an office. Get real 600M to 150M, isn???t that a little lopsided. Do not allow campaign donations,
which exceed the set limit.

These are just some of the things that need to be addressed. For crying out loud, use your head in this election. I am ashamed to be a democrat and that too will change.

7. Eliminate the $102,000.00 ceiling on withholding social security. I don???t know many people now that ever reach it. The rates can be adjusted to fairly collect social security taxes. If change is made here we can save the social security system and make it sound. Do not misuse social security to fund other unnecessary programs.

8. Cut government spending. Stop pissing away money on programs that break the bank, like 197M for rum imports, (What???s this all about?) 100M to NASCAR, (Heck we can???t even afford to patronize the races now). 51M to the Hollywood producers (don???t you think they have enough money in California, why do they need more?) and of all things 2M for wooden arrows for children. (They shouldn???t be playing with stuff like that anyway!) This is what the democrats are doing now, can you imagine what will happen when they have total control of our government? We will be in serious trouble. PERIOD.

9. Stop creating more welfare programs. The democrats are famous for taking money out of my pocket and giving it to someone else. My family has never been able to take advantage of any of these programs. That is what happens to middle America, we pay the tab and others have the advantages.

10. In our area, they have raised the rate on real estate taxes and now are reassessing the properties to raise their value when the market has proven that there is no way we could possible get the values they inflict on us if we need to sell.

This video clip certainly reaffirms that Sarah Palin is who she says she is, a God fearing person of Christian faith. What you see hear is just another attempt by the media to portray her as something she isn't as evidenced by the title of the story. I attend a predominently mainstream Baptist church and the praying for protection and the laying on of hands is very common. In fact an internationally known black athlete who is a wonderful Christian attends this church and we have laid hands and prayed for him many times. The media wants people to believe that this is something weird instead of people putting their faith in God as he has commanded. The article says "Video clips of Sarah Palin attending Alaska church services have raised questions about her views on Christianity and government". Give me a break. Raising questions by who. Don't these liberal extremist who will do and say anthing to get Obama elected understand that for God fearing Americans this video is a refreshing testiment that Sarah Palin is actually who she says she is. I ask, where is this same evidence about Obama. Although certainly more controversy and inconsistancies surround Obama faith or lack of it, the media chooses to give him a free pass. How many articles do you see on this or any of the other mainstream media outlets that call into question Obama's religous and spiritial beliefs. If they are real reporters looking for a story, boy there it is. But sadly they are not looking for a story, they are simply attempting to aid in the election of a man.

The article misses that Palin doesn't just indicate the mix of religion and politics is in the manner of "we pray we're doing God's will." She has explicitly stated that as her visiting Pastor (Muthee, the "witch-hunter") invoked God to give her the governorship, and because she won, this is proof of the special relationship with God that she, and her Church, enjoy. Here's what Palin said: "He's (Muthee's) really bold. He didn't pray, 'Lord, if it be your will, may she become governor,' no he just prayed for it, he said, 'Lord, make a way, make a way, and let her do this next step [to become governor], and that is exactly what happened and again, very very powerful, coming from this Church, so that was awesome about Pastor Muthee, yep."
Does anyone else see the problem? This is exactly what people have said in expressing alarm over her fundamentalist views. She is expressly distinguishing between "pray to God, let his will be done," and saying "Pray to God that X is done, and as X was done, this is evidence of the special "power" of our Church." This is crazy! It is precisely the kind of thing that those who have criticized her on this line have been saying - that any political action to be taken has the imprimatur of God's will, and because of her, and her Church's 'special power' in relationship with God, it will be manifested. I couldn't care less if she wishes to believe this - whatever brings you peace, fine. But to carry this over into the reins of power - manifestly dangerous, in my opinion..

3. Further look at the Schedule A deductions and the ceiling limits placed by our
government. In order to qualify for medical deductions you have to exceed 7.5% of your adjusted gross income.
That is income from all sources less deductions allowed on the 1040, pg 1.
Consequently, if your adjusted gross income is $50,000.00 you have to spend more than $3,750.00 in order to receive a deduction. That deduction is for the amount over the $3,750.00. In other words if you spend $5000.00 you can only use $1250.00 on the schedule the schedule A since these deductions have to exceed the Standard deduction in order for it to be to the taxpayer???s advantage. The same thing applies to miscellaneous deductions (employee business expense, etc.) using a 2%

4. Also, let me point out that people that make over $150,000.00 have limitations on deductions in many areas. Don???t be misled; they don???t have that many advantages. The itemized deductions are limited as well as losses on rental property and exemption amounts. No way can they claim the child care credit either. Obama conveniently throws stuff out there but doesn???t explain it.


5. Lets fix the system to help the average taxpayer; eliminate the marriage tax penalty. It applies to paying tax on social security benefits. Singles get a $25000.00 ceiling but married couples only get $35000.00. Each partner should be allowed $25000.00 which would be double what singles get.

6. Don???t be concerned about giving Corporations tax breaks. If we don???t do it they won???t expand and will not hire. Further, they will only pass the increases to us; the consumer. Incentives bring business to an area. In so doing, jobs are created and the tax base is increased, consequently, it helps to keep real estate taxes down.
