The American people are unforgiving if he sold us a "crock". We will see what happens in the next congressional elections in 2 years how the people fell then.

President Obama must not delay his action twoard making the United Nations a real trust worthy entity. The inappropriate conducts and the diminishing prestige of this well established and esteemed organization is really in danger if the reorganizations required in the several aspects are ignored. For a better world there should be drastic changes on the justice system especially for the staffs of underdeveloped and poor countries.

Ya, let's just make a cabinet of all career politicians that have ran for office and didn't make it. Like that is going to work. I thought we did a good thing electing Obama, but if he just fills up positions with people that are members of David Rockefellers "Council on Foreign Relations" (Like Powell, Kerry, Richardson, Clintons, etc) were going to see change we don't want to see! What did we just do here? I'm no McCain supporter either. He's a member of the clan too.

mAYBE WE SHOULD GO GET SOME WHINOES AND CRACK HEADS TO FILL THESE CABINET POSITIONS

Obama just pulled the biggest snow job ever on the American people (after, of course, Bush's Iraq B.S.). Obama started sounding less like a change agent and more like a politician mid-campaign. And I loved his recent discourse that it may take more than one term to change things (even with a Senate and House majority). Clinton was right, it's a big fairy tale.

I don't like what I am already seeing. If Obama puts people like Kerry, Richardson and Powell in, this is going to be politics as usual. I don't think Obama realizes this. This could quickly turn into, oh my God, what have we done. This is not change....well maybe change for the worse.

Hey PurpleIce, I think your idea of asking McCain to be Secretary of State is an excellent one for the very reasons you wrote, plus I think that's right up McCain's alley. Smart politics too. You should be a strategist!
