Why do black people refuse to admit that Obama is WHITE! His mother is white which makes him WHITE! Hey Obama, why not have Tawana Brawley, Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson and the women who said she was raped at Duke University part of your cabinet? By the way, a woman in my office who happens to be black just asked to borrow a dollor but I gave her five, just getting used to spreading the wealth! LOL!

We are not sour - we are upset that a socialist, inexperienced bi-racial, anti white, anti semite and anti american got into the White House. And also, black people are smarter that white people. Black people know how to get ahead by ripping off the government, ripping off hard working white people, get free handouts and cry racism at the drop of a hat. Well, let's hope the table turns now and white people stand up and shout "We are not going to take this anymore!". Also, white people get ahead the old fashioned way - they earn it.

Funny how the Democrats want us to be united now, but for 8 years they opposed everything that Bush and the Republicans did. You have it all, the House, the Senate, the President. Dazzle us. Well, we elcted him and we need to support him. We just need to keep a close eye on the Democratic Congress to keep them from going crazy with our money. Wow....the menatality of some of you people are CRAZY......so what if he is not 100% African American. I'm actually happy that some of you noticed that. However, No one can say that he is not a true AFRICAN AMERICAN. WE SHOULD NOT LOOK AT THE COLOR OF HIS SKIN. WHAT WE SHOULD BE LOOKING AT IS THE FACT THAT OBAMA IS WILLING TO MAKE IT POSSIBLE FOR AMERICA TO BECOME A BETTER PLACE and REGARDLESS of what or who he is WE (AMERICA) DECIDED AND WE GAVE HIM THAT CHANCE. With that said, who ever is not satisfied with the results of America's decision, my suggestion to you is to turn off your radios and your tv's.

Actually the only time you should be putting you hand over your heart is the Pledge of allgiance. I do not see that he is Intelligent. He doesn't even know how many states there are. We've had the same amount of states his entire life. No chance could he not know. He went to College and received a degree. I see that he is manipulative and chose to hide his true ideas. WE SHALL SEE! I feel that real values will be revealed by his appointees (who he appoints into seats) values.

caljoseli: I have no beef with your religious beliefs, stance on abortion, or strong convictions on God. I do want to point something out, though: though the puritans did come to America to escape religious persecution, they did not in fact have anything to do with the drafting of the constitution (which happened roughly 275 years later). In fact, Jefferson and many of our founding fathers were Deists, believers in the theory that God exists but takes no role in shaping the destiny of the world. They wrote the constitution as a secular document to prevent the government from endorsing a particular religion or persecuting on that religion's behalf. There is, for example, no religious test for public office. I think that it's really important to understand this...you have the freedom to practice your highly conservative beliefs only because a secular government made true freedom of religion possible in this great country. Also (and no offense meant), please be careful with the phrase "Christian nation." It's a very popular buzzword among southern gentlemen in robes and pointy white hats. This is a nation for all of us; Christian and otherwise.

Did I miss something? Obama was quick to point out and constantly tell us that McCain was Bush. By looking at his potential cabinet, it looks like he must be Clinton.

Are you kidding? Obama won the popular vote 53% to 46% (+7,500,000 votes for Obama). Please check your facts before you post.

A person in this board thought they heard about Oprah being offered a post in his administration. Maybe she could preside from her all black school in South Africa. Obama may not be a racist but Oprah is. And there is no such thing as "reverse racism". Racism is racism. The simple fact that blacks think Oprah does no wrong only keeps hatred and racism alive!

For the good of the country I hope he removes "Scary" Kerry from any and listed hopefuls. (Too bad he can't do the same with Biden). I wish him luck (he'll need all the good he can get) in trying to bring the country together. "Borrowing" from SS, ignoring the plight of Vets, and a "swinging door" southern border have let most of us dissatisfied with politicians in general, and Government as a whole. The promises of our forefathers have been set aside in favor of the promises of politicos made for campaign funds. I truly hope the people will be his main concern, not the big businesses. CONSIDER THIS: Yearly bonuses totaling over $20,000 should be taxed at the Luxury Tax level (I know I would consider it a luxury).

caljoseli - im great at arguing, but im better at discussing. honestly i was born catholic. and regardless of how i feel now, we cannot debate the existence of Jesus Christ, he was a real man, unlike God he has been seen an accounted for. and wether i believe in any religion or not i can say one thing for sure: Jesus knew how to live. he wanted all to work together, he wanted all to exist equally, in crude terms - he was the man. so for years i believe what i was taught, that if i followed these things i would be granted eternal life. maybe it was my own choice, or maybe my loss of innocence, but somewhere along the line i realized i only believed in God so that i would avoid eternal damnation. now in this day i live my life by the guidelines Christ laid out. "Turn the other cheek" "Treat your neighbor as you would wish to be treated" "Those first on earth will be last in heaven" however now when i do it, i do it for mankind, not for the promise of eternal life. For i realized that if God does exist, i am simply using him as a way to live forever, and he would know this. so i abanoned him, but he still lives inside me, i still aim to live my life in a way that would please him. however i sadly just do not see him in this world today. dont take me wrong, i love Catholic tradition. i am well read on mostly the old testament of the bible, and i especially enjoy genisis and revalations. the beginning and the end. but i am open to all religion and all people, im just a little lost along the road. i have always said i would gladly burn in hell just to know that god is real and that this existence means somethings. but for now i have lost faith, but NOT what faith has taught me, that i will never lose.
