I???m so fed up with our corrupt political system after breaking my back for years building my business and fighting from going bankrupt, a bunch of naïve Americans elect an even more naïve career politician, president. I and many of my business partners have decided to pack it in, I???m laying off 50 plus workers starting next month and retiring. No way in hell am I going to pay this numskull???s capital gains tax and run my business into the ground before I can cash out!

A gracious concession speech by McCain, the true McCain - too bad the true McCain has been missing for the past several months. Alas, it was not his time, his time was in 2000. FINALLY, a positive future, something to look forward to! Now we can walk with our heads held high. Leadership we can trust and be proud of, something we have not been able to do for 8 long years. A good legacy to leave our children and grandchildren and generations to come. A legacy of promise, hope, and good-will is the story left behind from this election, not like the nightmare from the corrupt and idiotic Cheney/Bush Administration. Thank Goodness - what a glorious, happy, encouraging, and hopeful time! I only hope the Lord watches over and protects Obama for his safety. Unlike the 2004 election where the electoral vote put Bush in office, the results of this election is the PEOPLE'S choice. A positive feel in attitudes and a true breath of fresh air. The fact that most of the world agrees with the PEOPLE'S choice of this election should tell us something - the MAJORITY of us know what that is.

Palin who? She does not have what it takes for an Executive position. Her self-righteous speech on SNL's Presidential Bash really turned me away from her. Poor her, SNL makes fun of her, poor baby. Who does she think she is - SNL makes fun of every politician. She might have been able to gain some credibility had she not allowed herself to be pimped out so quick and easily by McCain's camp.

If you are mad or confused about '08 election results, you have been sleeping, especially for the past 8 years. Do the human race a favor, go back to sleep. This country is moving forward together, if you want to be hateful and don't want to be a part of the American team, GET OUT, YOU don't belong here.

I know, my husband and I followed CNN, MSNBC, Newsweek, etc., you name it. When I was busy my husband would f/up and vice versa. We carpool to/from work, so I would bring him up to date while we drove home. When we got home we turn the key and went straight to the TV set and sat there for hours, I probably gained most of my weight these last 2 years. What to do now??? My husband said "exercise"...it will be difficult to not check with Keith Olberman, Ed Rollins, David Gergen, John King and the Magic Map!!! I'll mis him...I'm missing them already!!!! I'm satisfied in knowing that I my time was not in vain...our choice won, and today was the "Dawn of a new America" ....OBAMA #1

This is a Divided States of America, the polls clearly indicate that. We clearly need a tested, experienced and qualified leader or Commander-in-Chief in a dangerous world. Obama has a questionable job-resume, past history, and a long record of flip-flops, keeping chaning his mind over the years. Can we trust him?

It is no surprise that he doesn't. The people that make up these securities use quantum mathematical models very few people understand.
Bush and McCain both can take the credit for this mess since they helped deregulate the laws that were protecting us.
Bush's economic advisor Phil Graham wrote the deregulation bill that allowed banks to take huge risks with all of our future.
Now, Phil Graham is the head of McCain's economic policy.He is also McCain's choice for the next secretary of the treasury.
No one in this country can afford for that to happen. The last time Bush met with his economic advisors was in March. He was the last to know somthing was wrong. Phil Graham had the guts to say that we are in a mental recession after he helped create the worst economy meltdown in our lifetime. even more destructive because things are in much worse shape. The next president will not inherit a budget surplus like Bush did but a crashing economy and a 11,600,000,000,000 (trillion) dollars deficit. Most of it Bush created and it will take decades to pay it back.

The Wall Street crisis was planned the night of Obama's meeting at Bill Ayres home to put Obama in The White House. Together they put a beautiful plan into place.

Obama begin with ACORN by funneling millions into their organization. He then trained ACORN to stage protests in banks to force them to issue risky loans or they would be threatened to face racial charges. ACORN was trained to intimidate financial institutions into giving ???Ninja??? loans to people with NO assets, NO job and NO income, who couldn???t afford these loans.

That caused the housing bubble two years ago it was by ACORN's actions they were able to destroy our credit system.

As this played out, D-Barney Frank and D-Chris Dodd were able to cover up the millions of improvident loans to these bad risky house buyers. And Barney Frank and his chums successfully were able to block all of President Bush's attempts to put a rein on this problem.

So Fannie & Freddie was forced to purchase all these failed subprime mortgages.

Then both Frank and Dodd denied that there were any problems, and refused the Bush Admin. requests to set up a regulatory agency to watch over Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, and they were still pushing for these agencies to go even further in promoting sub-prime mortgage loans almost up to the 'minute they failed'.

Democrats then blamed Bush saying it happened on his watch knowing it would hurt the Republican Party in the election setting it up that Barack Obama could use this to his advantage.
