McLEAN, Va. - Textbooks at a private Islamic school in northern Virginia teach students that it is permissible for Muslims to kill adulterers and converts from Islam, according to a federal investigation released Wednesday.

Other passages in the school's textbooks state that "the Jews conspired against Islam and its people" and that Muslims are permitted to take the lives and property of those deemed "polytheists."

The passages were found in selected textbooks used during the 2007-08 school year by the Islamic Saudi Academy, which teaches 900 students in grades K-12 at two campuses in Alexandria and Fairfax and receives much of its funding from the Saudi government.

I would like to remind all you Obama Supporters that have been decrying the "horrible underhanded attacks and action of Republicans," that the Alaska Judicial Courts and State Ethics Board has completely cleared Governor Sarah Palin of any and all wrongdoing regarding the "Troopergate Investigation." I would also like to remind you the three chief "Troopergate" investigators were the Democratic State Obama Campaign Chairman and the other two were Democratic Senators that worked on Obama's campaign or supported that ticket. However, what the Alaska report finally determined was this so-called investigation was a "Bi-Partisan witchhunt, that had lost all resemblence of nuetrality or due process." It was Independent court appointed investigators that reported directly to the judicial board, that determined Govenor Palin's actions didn't extend past her scope of office and the termination of the Safety commissioner was due to budgetary cutbacks and open disrespect of the Governor.

I bring this issue up, because, regardless of you personal feelings regarding Governor Sarah Palin. Obama Supporters, the media and even the Democratic candidates, subjected this State Governor, her family and even her gender to the most underhanded, inexcusable, unethical verbal attacks, media proproganda, insulting jokes and attacks on her children. These attacks were primarily orchestrated, not because of anything legitimate (after all, she really does have more executive experience than Barack Obama); rather because she spoke from the heart and connected with the American People. Regardless of Party Affiliation, this is what a candidate is suppose to do.

There has been much talk of "Change to Believe In". Well, with that change must come decency. None of which has been shown to Governor Palin, Senator McCain and their families. What is truly commendable is the way these Republican candidates have weathered this unjustified political storm and tempered the insults with humor, honest responses and straight, heartfelt talk to the American People. This is the type of character, I am looking for in the next President. My "hold out Hillary Supporter" vote will finally now be for McCain.

I would not have voted for Pat Robertson for dog catcher, and for similar reasons, I did not vote for Obama.

Wurzelbacher, who lived in Mesa in 2000 and had an Arizona driver's license, had his driver's license suspended by the Arizona Department of Transportation Motor Vehicle Division on May 4, 2000, following a nonpayment of a court-imposed fine for civil traffic violations, according to court records.

After failing to pay his original fine of $627.50 issued in March 2000, his license was suspended and the fine was handed over to a collection agency along with a 16 percent surcharge. The now-resident of Holland, Ohio, still owes $727.90 to the Mesa Municipal Court, according to court records.

Obama's ill-conceived programs will require him to tax, and his health care plan alone is a substantial hidden tax on all business, large an small. In reality, it does not really matter who he taxes, those taxes are going to be passed through the economy. He has to tax, because it is they only way he can pay for his massive social engineering experiments. Any first year economics student knows that taxation is a tool used to contract an economy experiencing inflation, because it reduces demand by reducing the amount of money individuals and businesses have to spend. It is contractionary, which is exactly what you do not want to do when the problem is that the economy is contracting already into recession. Like Hoover and FDR, Obama's plans will only make it worse for longer.

Redourn: Stop buying up the media analysis of the Florida vote. The fact of the matter is that youth vote (18-35) is up 27% compared to 2004 in the Florida early voting. What the media is reporting is the share of the electorate in Florida comparing the youth vote to all other voters. Since the electorate is up in nearly all age categories these statistics are misleading. The fact of the matter is that the youth vote *is* getting out, despite what the media is pushing.
