    but afghans have always been victorious against ther cowardly opponents
    no one has ever won against them

    rif, to be blunt... you are an idiot. The same thing was said about CHRISTIAN religious nuts back during the Inquisition... they changed their minds and came to the table. Really, the problem is religion, period and done with.
    If we would get rid of religion, there would be NOTHING that these idiots could use to convince others that they are 'better' and 'more moral' than the rest of us, and they would just calm down and leave us alone.

      1- Muslims are the talented and gifted individuals, woking in all and important fields of life around the globe.
      2- Muslims are most desciplined and efficient individuals on earth.
      3-Muslims are most loving and caring on the face of earth.
      4-Muslims are pioneers of medicine, modern chemistry, physics and algebra.
      5-Muslims ruled the world with dignity and honor and lead a peaceful and prosperous world.
      6- If you are in US, look around you may see lots of Doctors, Pharmacists, Engineers and in the fileds of technology working with pride and dignity.
      If you live in fools paradise come out and see the reality around you.

      Mr. stupid, I am not a taliban spokes person, but I would like you to correct your self and accept the reality, a reality that not only entire world but most Americans too believe That "9/11 was planned and plotted not anybody other than CIA and Mosad with the knowledge of Fanatic Bush & Co.
      Every thing happened after that prooves this to tb etrue. The only reason was to control the resources of the Muslim world and what happened in Iraq clearly proves that too.

    For the last 40 years passionate liberals have sported bumper stickers saying ???war is not the answer???. When faced with people so committed to their cause that they???re honored to execute a suicide mission, what IS the answer?

      Where did he say he'd have us out of Afghanistan in 16 months? Are you one of those republicans that doesn't know the difference between Iraq and Afghanistan?

    If Obama pulls troops out in 16 months, it will still be our problem. In fact, we would have a big problem. Al Qaeda is expected to have enough troops to send guys over into the US in 2010. The only possible way to keep or at least slow down Al Qaeda and the Taliban from growing would be to continue what we are doing and trust our Generals and Field Commanders. If we let this become a politically run war it will turn out like Vietnam.

      I see nothing sad in the events in the last couple of days. The majority of the american people have spoke. The way the government has been running has started to ruin this country on multiple levels. It certainly is time for change and time for someone else to try to repair the damage that has been done. This is NOT a christian nation. If you looked into the history of American you would realize this. Abortion has it's advantages and disadvanges, it should be something one has the right to choose before bringing a child into this world. However, that is not something a president can choose for the american people. It must be voted on just like anything else, same thing with gay marriage, etc.

      America has not changed over night, it still remains the home of the free and brave. And for you to be so close minded is overwhelmingly sad.

    What is the difference between Taliban and Al Qaeda? Nothing. They are the same people with different nationalities. Taliban being Afghan and Pakistani, Al Qaeda being Arabs. First US invaded Afghanistan because of 9/11 and the bad regime of Taliban, now you are talking with them, strange. I am Pashtun myself. I have heard nothing from Taliban's messages sent to the Afghan people, but the same message of Al Qaeda circling around. US is bad, democracy is the ticket to Hell, and Islam is the only way to go to Heaven. Anyone with different ideology, should be killed. Thus many Pashtuns have been slaughtered on the name of Islam. If I were writing this to the barbaric-Taliban, one thing was sure, I could have appealed to their conscience by referring to the day of judgment. But to Liberal world, should I appeal to their pockets??

    I think that Mullah Omar and the Taliban should come to the U.S. to pay Obama a visit, to show him how to run a country. And since the Democrats are against driling for oil in our homeland, Maybe they should sell back Alaska to Russia, after all who needs it, we have Obama to blame now!!
