I used to love the View, but no more. I stopped watching during the election because I got tired of watching the disgusting & unfair way Elizabeth was ganged up on by the other ladies. Especially Joy - she is horrible and needs to stick to comedy. Every statement she makes is sarcastic and rude. Today, I tried 2 watch but it lasted mins...SHERRY - do you think President Bush was prepared for 9/11 & Katrina? BE FAIR!

e,r, is a highly neurotic woman and she is blind to just exactly how she appears to others! the view is very lucky to have her they will never replace her.she's soo unaware she is terrified of any opposed mode of thinking--anything that may tamper w/ god and man and law(bob d.). she's a gem. i personally loath her and those like her----however------i highly doubt there is another out there who would be so willing to show it so ------welllll,perhaps sarah palin would as well

Elisabeth gets a bad rap from those old ladies of the view. They believe only their opinion counts. I and my friends have tuned them out along with Oprah and her dynasty and GMA with their biased reporting!

I think it's funny that Elisabeth Hasselbeck is berated for wearing a political t-shirt on "The View", but no one bats an eye when Oprah Winfrey does everything but pray openly to Obama on every national venue that will show her ugly mug.

God forbid that someone has a different or unpopular opinion in this country! I thought Liberals were all for free speech. I guess such speech only includes what you agree with. Not all Americans agree with Joy, Whoopie, and Barbara. How would the show be called "The View" if it only displayed one point of view. Elisabeth may be a little "whiny", but I agree with a lot she has to say. Keep an open mind, you may learn something.

I was an ardent "View" fan. I haven't watched the view in 4 months and won't watch until they're rid of Hasselbeck. She's a whiney, officious little snot who thinks she's the star of the show. Walters should have muzzled her long ago. I know the "View" has to live up to its name, but taking on political opinions and wearing a political tee shirt on air recently I hear, should be out of bounds for TV personalities. Its bad enough that the public has been "campaigned to death" for the past year, and you would think that by now, Hasselbeck would have taken some tips from classy Barbara and keep her mouth shut and be less argumentative with the rest of the panel. All of the women talking at once is a turnoff. Whoopi does her best to control the ladies, but not very successful. I hope the rest of the panel is rubbing her nose in McCain's
loss. Get rid of her !

Everybody knows that Conservatives / Republicans in Hollywood are bullied. Just ask Kelsey Grammer, Patricia Heaton, Janine Turner, Tom Selleck, and Arnold Schwarzeneger. Why single out Elisabeth Hasselbeck? Obama is a SOCIALIST. Poor people love him because he's going to rob Peter to pay Paul. What about those hard-working, educated and ambitious members of American society who should not have to share their wealth? If you want your own wealth, GO OUT AND EARN IT!

Why are we even wasting our time and energy talking about this idiot?? She is nothing, what she says means nothing, you are only empowering her by keeping this going. F*ck her!

Elizabeth sticks to the ultra-right's talking points, which are faxed or emailed to all of them each morning, noon, after noon and evening. If she couldn't read, she would have to think. That might leave her stuttering and speechless. I'll be glad when her plug is pulled, she reminds me of a kid who has learned only what the adults have told her and hasn't learned to think for herself in a mature manner.

Elisabeth is the ONLY reason to watch The View. It is fun to see how much smarter she is than the others.
