I voted already today. I wasn't thrilled about voting for McCain but I was thrilled about casting a vote against Barry HUssein Obama. It is sad the the USA has 300 million people and these are the 2 best we can do on the ballot. Palin in 2012.

    • Posted By: bobueker @ 11/04/2008 9:21:43 AM

Thats what im talking about on 2 choices? Both backed by money machines the american voter needs to start looking somewhere else other than up 2 canditates butt, much like mikecrt.

All you Republicans better wake up fast and realize that the great Republican grasp of economics is superior to everyone else's. Ignore the last 8 years, it never happened. Those mean evil socialist, communist, atheistic Democrats just made it seem like the entire economy has just about collapsed. Talki about a break with reality! WOW! And of course the pollsters only interview Democrats. And I have this bridge in New York for sale.

USMC You should be aware that a presidential veto needs a 2/3 vote to overide.

We spend far more money supporting illegal aliens right now per day , than we spend on the IRAQ war , do the math Hanson , Illegals cost us billions and billions every single day , and you wonder why they support Obama , because they are all about the handout , just like the rest of the low life non working scum that support him....rob from the rich , give to the poor , how many of you have ever been given a job by a poor person ?.....kiss America goodbye if Obama wins.

    • Posted By: alexbrian @ 11/04/2008 9:10:20 AM

Wake up dude...............the illegals come here to America because we have many lazy non-working citizens who refuse to do the jobs that illegals will do. They see an opportunity and the "capitalize" rmember that is the American Dream. They are more true citizens than you are.

Pennsylvania for McCain 08 !! Voting for experience and country first.... Hillary doesn't really think Obama is the best canidate. Look at the dark gloomy pantsuit she wore while rallying for Obama ........She said so herself Obama has no experience just a speech..... PA for Mccain see ya in 4 years Hillary !!!!!!

    • Posted By: jibarorock @ 11/04/2008 8:09:32 AM

At these times we are living I rather have vision and creativity than experience...experience is not everything...experience without vision is nothing but administration...

Here there are so many ignorant in this country. All politicians do is promise and promise. The only real solutions to all North American is the Kingdom of God with Jesus as His king. That's the only government that is going to eliminate all our problems. By the way the I used the words NORTH AMERICAN because you should stop thinking that the United States is AMERICA. America is the continent morons. America is Canada, Mexico, Costa Rica, Venezuela, Brazil, Argentina, Cuba, Haiti, the Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Jamaica, etc. Learn your giographic

        • Posted By: shanonuhmae @ 11/04/2008 9:07:48 AM

On the Other Side- you need to learn your geography actually. North America doesn't consist of all the countries you listed either. There are three Americas - North, Central, and South. North: Canada, U.S.A, and Mexico Central: Belize, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, Costa Rica, El Salvador - to just name a few and South: Venezuela, Columbia, Ecuador, Guyana, Cayenne, Brazil, Peru, Paraguay, Chile, Bolivia, Uruguay, Argentina, and I am sure I missed another or two. There are 7 continents though so you could include central America in with North America as North America isn't a continent. But anyway- if you live in a glass house you probably shouldn't throw stones!!

You should do two things, one learn to spell and second stop reading the watchtower. If you enjoy reading, go back to the english books from Jr. High School and you would not be making these spelling and grammer errors

    The Book of Revelation.
In the book of revelation it is spoken about a carismatic leader that will rule the world's biggest empire an lead the world into Armagedon, the war of wars, and he will exploit his regin of this empire to destroy the world. it seems like obama though muslims, manages to sweep the american crowd by his powerfull carisma.
don't be fooled by him , you can change the destiny.

    • Posted By: alexbrian @ 11/04/2008 9:07:12 AM

This was George W Bush, the only reason he is not getting another 4 years is because the government wont allow it. Finally we have an opportunity to have a group of leaders supporting eachother and the people, Renewed faith in the system will encourage others to get involved, finally a govt by and for the people again, finally down with the Bush led Republican Army.

  • Posted By: bobueker @ 11/04/2008 9:06:17 AM

alexbrian; Wow your going to put Obama and Kennedy in the same sentence and go into the usual oil tycoon, common people are invited, garbage. Dream on, your not invited, Obama doesnt care who you are, you will never meet him, he'll be remembered, youll be forgotten, he has influence, money, hes a politician! The dream really is... that some day the american public will see a race of more than 2 candidates, not backed by big money and greedy parties. Just follow blindly, like the brainwashed tard you are.

  • Posted By: mikecrt @ 11/04/2008 8:45:53 AM

You are aware thar the majority held by the Democrats does no good when every piece of progressive legislation was vetoed by boy wonder, and upheld by the inability to find enough Republicans with the spine to overturn the veto. So, lets put that specious argument to rest. Also people do not give up their homeland to get medical care. You stay and fight to change a broken system. And if you don't think people here with insurance, are being told when they can get care, and what will be covered, than you must be dreaming. Only the rich come down here to get private care, because they can afford to. More power to them. And yes they pay higher taxes, because thats what you do to get services.

    • Posted By: usmcboomman @ 11/04/2008 8:56:41 AM

And you are aware that every piece of legislation can still get passed even though the president veto's it with a majority vote in the house and senate.

  • Posted By: usmcboomman @ 11/04/2008 8:34:48 AM

Obama voted for tax increases on incomes of 40,000 and up last year.

    • Posted By: Objectivisor @ 11/04/2008 8:42:25 AM

I can think of 700 billion reasons why your taxes are going up, regardless of who gets elected.

      • Posted By: usmcboomman @ 11/04/2008 8:53:50 AM

I agree. not to mention that the bush tax cuts expire also. that's why I voted against every congressman that voted for the bailout. Regardless of party.

  • Posted By: dada so @ 11/04/2008 4:35:30 AM

This is a great opportunity for the good American people to show the whole world that they are not racist by given SENATOR OBAMA their valuable votes afterall the oppinion polls shows his lead over McCain, if the unexpected happens, the entire world will be sceptical about America's campaign agaist racism. This the time to do what you preach.

    • Posted By: Heavyminded @ 11/04/2008 8:52:48 AM

Are you kidding, this election should not be based on race, but rather on each candidates moral ethics and outlook for our country. By saying we should just vote for Obama because he is black is both wrong and stupid. This country needs to vote for the person that will do the most for our country.

  • Posted By: mikecrt @ 11/04/2008 8:48:38 AM

bobuecker Thank you so much for proving my point. Now go crawl back under your rock.

  • Posted By: alexbrian @ 11/04/2008 8:47:19 AM

Get the facts before you post.............Look at the rest of the language in any of the tax bills that obama voted for, the cnn fact checker will tell you correctly that McCain lied about those increases.....As Obama has said, and Kennedy said ...stop asking what your government will do, ask what you will do to participate. The constitution states govt is for the people by the people, McCain and his republican rich oil tycoons will never ever let the common people get involved, with Obama, we have an invitation

  • Posted By: bobueker @ 11/04/2008 8:43:46 AM

Talk about mindless. "Obama says" - Cant come up with your own thoughts, mikcrt? Those who call others stupid usually have a dim bulb themselves. Anything other than your opinion is racist? Obama the politician easily brainwashed your little pea.

  • Posted By: kinyo @ 11/04/2008 8:34:47 AM

Truefully they both scare the * out off me. Ihope they can stand up to there word.

Now the race card. good one. I am 29. I have 3 children. I own my home (have the deed). I own 3 vehicles and fully cover all of them. I have savings and a retirement savings. I'm just saying, if everyone would work hard and not overextend themselves, then you would feel the same as I do about spreading the wealth. I am not wealthy, but comfortable. Oh, and I only work a 40 hour week and all of those vehicles are SUV's.

    • Posted By: usmcboomman @ 11/04/2008 8:32:37 AM

Good for you. Keep the dream alive. I have 4 kids and live ok. What I don't do is live beyond my means. My wife is able to stay home with the kids and we get by with no bailouts, no handouts, no goverment help what so ever.

  • Posted By: jr1979 @ 11/04/2008 8:31:56 AM

Why take a chance, if you are not sure of the direction it will take us. I am voting, but for McCain.

  • Posted By: kinyo @ 11/04/2008 8:28:33 AM

I'm not black I do have 5 great children and no I dont work for minium wage actually I do have great paying job. I,m voting for obama it might be the wrong choice but I'll take my chances. • Posted By: jr1979 @ 11/04/2008 8:01:17 AM

Makin minimum wage and it's the only way to pay the bills, huh?

    • Posted By: usmcboomman @ 11/04/2008 8:24:47 AM

I've done it, It's called a budget. Live by it and have no worries.

  • Posted By: guts38 @ 11/04/2008 7:52:00 AM

Do we really want a man who has never even been mayor of a small town as President? Do we want a man that has never served in the Armed Forces, and will not have his photo taken with a serviceman or woman, or a law enforcement officer, as President? Especially in a time of war? I am an Army vet of ten years and I have seen first hand what happens to our military under democrat leadership. This country will be weakened if Obama is elected. What good is tax rebates, and health care for all if you are killed in a terrorist attack? For those that say if you want to see how Obama's presidency would be just look at how efficiently his campaign was? You are correct. Look at how much money he has spent. He is trying to buy the presidency. He will put government in every aspect of our lives and spend a lot of money. Spend more money equals higher taxes. It doesnt take a astrophysicist to figure that out.

    • Posted By: jibarorock @ 11/04/2008 8:23:05 AM

Dude....you are just trying to spread fear....America is not the same any more...we got tired of the fear spreaded by the Bush Administration, the fear spreaded by our pastors at church and the fear spreaded by irresponsible people like you. I call you irresponsible because it's obvious that you havent learned anything from the last 8 years of disaster and you hevent learned anything about President Obama....

  • Posted By: nate31 @ 11/04/2008 7:59:17 AM

    C. Maclean I love your post! I am tired of all the bashing and false rumors. As an American yes I have my favorite, but I am extremely proud that Americans, for once, are showing this much interest in the election. We as a country need to stay this plugged in thoughout the years to come! We have many issues to face and our voices need to be heard! Good luck at the polls, and may the best man win!

    • Posted By: usmcboomman @ 11/04/2008 8:15:45 AM

      I agree with you.
