    It is ridiculous for color to be a factor in this election. People who 'see' color as a factor are so 'blinded' by this ridiculous topic that they turn around to vote for some guy called John McCain who is not a CHANGE at all.

    What a wonderful country we live in!! We all get to voice our opinions without fear. This is why America is so envied by other countries. Whomever we vote for, remember the MAJORITY decided who will be our leader. People who do not vote, should not complain about the future of our nation. Everyone needs to get out and vote!     Let's keep outsourcing to other countries which turns towns to ghost towns, families are on the street and the sell off of US properties to foreign countries. Government contracts will stop for our military support for the security of our country. Please I am begging. Do not vote for Obama!

      so because McCain served in the armed forces he can run the country? Sorry, I know a few people who served their country too, but they still don't know their butt from a hole in the ground. I also know people who have made a career of the military and are smart, but that still doesn't make them president material. I'm tired of the rich getting richer. I don't care that Palin is a woman, I do care that she is stupid and corrupt already. It's time for change.

      I think People who live in the USA need to know that this country was built on Christian Principles. I think the Messianic Jews care if the person who is our President has a good working knowledge of Scripture. Yes, for me, it is a pre-recrecite. "I [God} will bless those who bless you,[Israel] And I will curse him who curses you: This is God [the Father of the Lord Jesus Christ} talking to The Nation of Israel. Even though we live under the New Covenant this has never changed. And one day God will judge the nations of this world,the criteria for judgement will be this scripture.         The nature of that attack was to strike fear in Americans, to turn Americans against each other, to break our capitalist system. It has succeeded on all counts. It had absolutely nothing to do with true Islam anymore than bombing the Olympic Games in Atlanta, countless abortion clinics and a couple of gay bars for good measure have anything to do with true Christianity.       We've had a so called Christian with no brains in the White House for the last eight years, our unemployment rate is the highest it has been in decades, our Constitutional rights have been trampled and our once great nation is now reviled across the globe. We are about to change that. Obama graduated at the top of his class at Harvard, wants to give tax breaks to employers who create jobs here instead of shipping them abroad, and has already earned respect from world leaders. The exact opposite of your cute little joke. Oh yeah, even though it doesn't matter one bit based on our Constitution, he is also a Christian. I wonder did you even graduate from grade school?

    I'm thrilled that this race has brought people out of the woodwork to vote. Think of the people who have lost their live to have this opportunity. It's exciting to watch the numbers. Do vote. Pull that lever cursing your man's opponent and vote for the initiatives, and know you are part of history.

    All day I've been reminding students to tell their parents to vote. Do it to set an example for them. Show them the little sticker that confirms you did your civic duty.

    Later tonight you can mutter your curses as you watch the poll results as you scoop your dinner as you post yourself in front of the boob tube. Happy results!

    I believe that the whole poltical game has changed extremely, Im 14 years old and i can already see that the two candiates are just making false statements about each other. So what if McCain was a prisoner of war, so what if Obamas pastor is crazy, the only thing that really matters is that whoever wins will protect our country and deal with the problems among us.

    Very informative. But you forgot the District of Columbia! You just took away the only vote residents of the District cast in any federal election. I know we only have 3 electoral votes, but we're people too. In the words of Shakespeare, "if you prick us, do we not bleed [blue]?"

          What's wrong about God, guns, and gays? I must admit I'm not up to date with the gun issues but God and gays have become a very hot topic in society. Have you not heard of Prop 8 in CA? Also there are plenty of gay issues in Massachusetts. Doctors are no longer given the right to deny artificial insemination based on religious beliefs: I thought we could worship our God in our way. Also in Massachusetts parents are not notified when the topic of gay marriage is being discussed. You might think it isn't a big deal but to those Christian or Catholic or [insert faith here] families it is a HUGE deal that conflicts with their freedom of religion.

      I'd expect a stupid statment like this one from a Republican...especially a Conservative one. They've been running on "Gun, God, and Gays" for decades. Let me put it in every day language: no one is going to take away your guns...ever. It's just never going to happen. So why don't you pull your head out of your butt and try picking a more important issue. Roe V. Wade is mute, as no one is every going to take away a person's right to choose. You probably would, but that would make you a dictator. How about studying key issues? I guess that would mean you'd have to put down your six pack and stop polishing your guns...

    Call the troops back, end the war, and then they can vote.... Too many civilians and innocent people getting killed, many woman being raped, and far worse things happening over there. As we know happens in every war of this kind (IE: Vietnam). Let's stop giving monoy to these oil executives and spend money in education and infrastructure. Stop giving money to weapon makers and support better ideals.

    Perfect comment. people should choose who the best president will be, and not who is pro abortion or not. Or who is pro gaymarriage or not... these are arguments for the people that cannt think much, seems like.
    Afterall, how can you be against abortion and prowar (especially one like this)??? Same people that are pro having weapons to everyone.... also, they say about these things but little they know that the catholic church has stocks in the companies that produce birth control. Also, they seem to forget all these priests being caught doing we know what... and what the catholic church did to colonize part of the world. I myself am a catholic, but i have something in my brain and can actually think.
