Time will reveal how Barack H. Obama used his talents to manipulate his way to the White House. He simply read the demographics and knew this is the time to act. (after saying he wouldn???t) He found an easy scapegoat to victimize and sharpened the shearing blades of race and greed.(he is a wealthy man who gives away other people's money) He has modeled radicalism and corruption for the next generation of liberal radicals.

And who really cares about what the world thinks about Obama? We will slowly become the mediocre socialists that they are and that is exactly what they want. Whatever happened to national pride? That's not a bad thing or an old-fashioned idea. I'm tired of the liberal US media and the BBC telling us that us that we should be ashamed of America and of being an American. Sounds like jealousy to me.

What an Obama win means is that people in America are stupid and fickle. We care more about our pocketbook than our values, security and strength. We care more for a smooth-talking, slick, Jeremiah Wright-following racist who chants a meaningless, vague mantra about Yes He Could (ha) which is laughable. I thought it scary that Germans followed Hitler in blind devotion and yet half of our country will follow Obama, like sheep, when he obviously has no depth or experience. But it's all about the mainstread leftwing media in America telling us sheeple to vote diversity, socialist, etc. Just remember this: for every person who thinks Obama is the Messiah, there is another person who thinks he's the anti-Christ.

George Soros finally got what he wanted! I have a feeling that his influence is going to extend well beyond the campaign stage. Everybody was touting what a great campaign Obama was running. But he wasn't running it. It was running him. With enough money you can buy anything. You can buy extreme order. George Soros is going to continue coddling Obama through his presidency to make him look good. He will likely be in contact with foreign leaders, buying their cooperation and easing their fears. George Soros likely bought Obama an Army of advisors to answer any and all questions. Remember Soros is the financial genious that made his money off of the securities markets. He may have even had a hand in crashing the stock market to favor the Democrats just before the election. There is no way that the most unqualified presidential candidate in history got to where he did without such massive help. Some have speculated that after Obama won the Presidency that the media would turn on him and the honeymoon would be over but there is a broader agenda. Soros is buying up all of these newspapers that are endorsing Obama which is an attempt at Socialist propaganda state. He will likely retain his control over the large media networks as well. What is
the price for stoking Obama's ego? An agenda that makes George Soros the grand puppet master of planet Earth!

For years, I've agreed with Anna Quindlen's pov in essay after essay. Today, I disagree. America just elected the black George W. Bush. Just as they fled to Bush in 2000 in an enormously harmful overreaction to Clinton's shortcomings, they've fled to Obama as a result of Bush's shortcomings.

Race-baiting, misogyny and corruption were the hallmarks of this election. There's nothing for any American to be proud about in this election.

Okay first off if Alan Keyes, or Michael Steele had been the Republican Nominee then African Americans would still had backed Barack Obama at about 95%. This is about party and politics not race! The proof is in pudding since 1960 African Americans have supported The Democratic Party up into the same numbers that they have supported Barack Obama. So the question is, were there many who supported Barack Obama because of his race? Yes! Would they still have voted for the Democrat anyway even if he wasn't black? YES! Were there some white voters who didn't support Obama because he was black? Yes!

African Americans have fought long hard for their right to vote just like anybody else. From Grant to Kerry, blacks have voted for and supported white candidates of various different political stripes. Heck, there were even some in Ohio who voted for Bush in 2004! And now for the first time a viable African American/Biracial nominee comes on the scene, and you cry racial bias because they support him, in the same numbers they usually give to the Democratic Candidate since the 1960s. 66% percent of the Hispanic vote went to Barack Obama, are they prejudice too, because he's minority and they're minorites? Or maybe it's that the Democratic Party, have been better at connecting with these particular minority groups? Hmmmm

Blacks have never questioned whites when supported white candidates, (generally because that was all there was aside from a few exceptions). So why should you question them?

So Anna if John McCain would have won then America would not have been "every bit as good as its hype"? Is America's goodness really dependent on whether the electorate picks your guy? I think there might be a clue in here somewhere for why over 75% of Americans believe that the media has a leftward bent.

If the very existence of an AA in the White House helps to move the ball much farther down the field, it isn't so counter-intuitive that those who would be benefited most would want this to happen. It is a development that will help the entire country, not just blacks and other minoroties.

Now everyone, let's see this Obama work his Moses like powers and see him get our country out of debt, out of wars, out of other countries business, out of the United Nations, Out of NATO, out of NAFTA, let's see him create millions of jobs that pay over $100,000/year for all, give FREE GOVERNMENT Medical, Prescriptions and Dental CARE, FREE COLLEGE TUITION FOR ALL CITIZENS, FREE BAIL OUT MONEY TO TAXPAYERS FOR PERSONAL DEBT, let's see if Obama is going to lower fuel cost to $1.00/Gal, FREE VACATIONS FOR APPLYING FOR THE ABOVE PROGRAMS, Free government surplus supplies that are just sitting around in warehouses across the country, free access to all Congressional meetings, free night stay in the white house, free ride on air force one, a free tour at the NORAD site in Colorado, there are just so many things that Obma can do for all of us, if he can keep all of these campaign promises!!!!

Ironically, the one group that always complains about being judged by the color of their skin did just that by voting 95% for Obama. Congratulations to everyone else for putting race aside when voting.

Quindlen forgets the residual effects of the new power of the black vote. In turning out in larger numbers than at any time in modern history,they also stopped off to do a few other things as well.

In California and Florida,black and latino votes were crucial in dismantling gay marriage.
