    We as Americans..have the right to speak our opinions...no matter what you or anyone else think of our opinions..but when the left wing whack jobs done with what they want to do.....there won't be any first ammendment rights. Are you ready for that? I can speak my opinion and I will do so....

    That's crazy. Stop trashing people. I have nev er maet a black person that wasn't racist. They are taught from a young age to hate white people. Blacks actually owe white people. We gave them a chance, a life, a family. Does anyone forget how they got to this country. Triangle trade ring a bell. African tribal leaders sacrficed the weak members of their tribe and traded them for rice and potatoes with Europeans. They took in these outcast africans and feed them, educated them and gave them a home. Of course they had to work. A novel concept...a black actually working. They eventually made their way to America with settlers. Imagine where they would be if the Eurpeons didn't take them in and help out the African tribes! Not alive I bet.

      Well, since we blacks owe whites - let me tell you what we owe you. A BLACK president. Your race was the ones to come to this country with your filthy habits, your diseases and your ignorance. You came as outcasts of your own country. You werent the cream of the crop looking for a new way of life, you left because you were trash then, and you are trash now. You practically killed off the Indians that you stole this land from, with your diseases and your nastiness. You came here undeducated and ignorant. It was the Indians who showed you how to plant and grow food. What thanks did they get - alchohol and a reservation. As for blacks, oh believe me, we will be thanking you for the next 4 years - better yet, for the next 8. As I can see, you are still the ignorant, uneducated piece of trash, that you were when your ancestors first stole these lands. So my fellow American - hold on to your seat and enjoy the ride.         It is difficult for me to phantom the concept of slavery being perceived as a positive occurrence, infact the nature and history of slavery denotes a negative experience. So yes, there may be systemic racism that exist within the Black community, but it is difficult for a race of people to forget the hardships they endured as they were treated as animals, as they confronted tremendous hatred on a daily basis and were seen as inferior because of skin complexion. And strangely all of these atrocities were perpetrated by the White race and you wonder why some of us may hold a "little" grudge, which is nothing to be condoned. Notably, if the Europeans truly wanted to help the "weak" Africans become better people, their help should have been unconditional and they did not have to exploit the African tribes in the process, because with a price tag as pricey as freedom we can see that the European???s intentions were not noble and their compensation far outweighed their so called "assistance". I am certain you're a white man or woman who has been blinded by ignorance because the stench of your bigotry is foul. The Black race is in no way indebted to White Americans because firstly this country was not yours to begin with and you too were guests in America in case you have forgotten. But perhaps for your stand point on the eradication of the Native American race is that this was just another one of "White" people's great blessings. Please rewire your sick mind and read a history book my friend and see what really happened during slavery and the post-slavery era to the Black Community and if it is too difficult for a man of you limited intelligence to read a real book then perhaps you can head over to Block Buster and rent a documentary, the kind that doesn't come with those pesky little words at the bottom that can help you learn things . . . like the truth.

What happened in the past to families in Africa was not to help save a race it was to exploit one. I suppose with your logic it would be ok to come in and buy someone who is weak in your family or maybe just take them cause they are weak and why should your family be burdened...then they could be sold and put to hard labor till there dead.       american011, yeah you're right. This election was about race. Blacks voted for Obama because he was well qualified and represented issues that were important to them (evident because Rev. Jesse Jackson didn't get the same type support from Blacks). White people voted for McCain because Obama was black and McCain was white. Sounds silly doesn't it!

    I'm sorry to rain on any Religious Fanatics PARADE. but RELIGION does not relate to POLITICS in any way.
    that is the first mistake Americans have made in the past. Seperation of Church & State shall maintain its force because although I do not have a problem with any Christians or any other Religious groups....I highly believe that it should be kept seperated only because not everyone follows Christianity, and it has a tendency to keep the Country from moving forward with Liberal views. We shouldn't want to remain Narrow-Minded...instead we should want to expand our horrizons.
    Barack Obama is a GREAT choice for President, he is intelligent, has great leadership skills, and is Liberal which gives way to ANYone including Conservatives.

    To "youwillbesorry", check today's news. The one proposing tax increases today is Schwarzenegger, a REPUBLICAN. This country is being propped up by loans from other countries who are NOT our friends. We need to pay our own way and if Congress will not vote in SIGNIFICANT expense cuts, then they are going to have to raise revenue, i.e. taxes. We need to stop spending more than we have. We will see what Congress is made of and whether they will stop with the pork and try to reign in spending. You need to let go of your hate and seek some anger management.
