      You obviously 'missed' the point madsally. The media makes it impossible to move past the 'issue' of race, when they continue to refer to the newly-elected president as "African American" or "Black". Why not just refer to him and his family as the next 'president'? why should moving or picking a school be any different for this family than for any other 'first' family who had children. It's the media that won't stop bringing up race. That was the point.

    My impression of Michelle Obama is that she is an incredibly strong and classy lady, and knows how to keep her husband's ego from getting the best of him. I expect to see the black version of JFK's Camelot. The defense industry is too deeply entrenched for one president to 'strip it down'.Seems someone has forgotten the Rumsfeld confrontation, 'going to war with the army you have'.
