Can Obama Save The Media?

Not when you people are so stupid [yes,this includes,as usual,NEWSWEAK;see: Michael Hirsh:''Brains Are Back'' ,a truly ironically named article], that you can be gulled by con-men.

Todays New York Times article focuses on a Mr. Martin Eisenstadt. Eisenstadt, in a one-man show that Will Rogers would have appreciated, created his own media and political empire by passing himself off as a ''senior McCain adviser'',and shot ''official''looking films of himself which he released to YOUTUBE. Among his flim-flams was one he invented. ''Palin does not know that Africa is not a country,but a continent''.

As soon as Eisenstadts line and sinker hit the water,the Lamestreams swallowed it whole. CNN,MSNBC,The Washington Post,NEWSWEAK,TIME,ABC,CBS,the late nights with Leno and Letterman,NPR,everyone ran with a lie that was concocted by one determined ,and seemingly cynical humourist.[MSNBC itself ran with the ''Africa''invention in every single last one of its prime-time shows,from Mike Schuster,to Rachel Maddow,to Chris Matthews,to Keith Olbermann]. So the question begs.

Was Palin right in condemning the media based upon their universally in-the-can-for-Obama,shoddy ''journalism''? Are those who are raising the bar on newspaper and magazine sales lowering the bar of their own intelligence? Who knows? Mebbe Hirsh has an answer as he was so gulled by the amazing Mr. Eisenstadt.

They would be better off saving their money for something else instead of blowing it on the newspaper and expecting that monthly check in the mail!

Sixty to seventy percent of Americans know the mainstream media, such as ABC, CBS, NBC, MSNBC, CNN, NPR, and just about every newspaper in America were in the tank for Obama, and therefore on his campaign team... I would think Obama would do his best to return the favor.
