I voted for President Obama and I agree with Senator Kerry that the stimulus bill, as proposed, will not do anything significant to stimulate the economy for about 2 years. If true, our economy will be forever beyond repair. To paraphrase the President from his Inaugural Address, ???It???s not whether government spending is too big or too small, but rather does the government spending work????. On the face of it, $825 Billion is a lot to spend to have no measurable effect for 2 years. On the other hand, our company has advanced 2 proposals, one of which does not make us a dime, yet could bring more than 3 million jobs back to the United States, IMMEDIATELY, by making it illegal to outsource financial services and information technology jobs to places like India for National Security reasons (like Al Qaeda having the possibility to hack personal and corporate computers and steal money for terrorism or bring whole systems down for a similar end). This proposal would be financed purely by tax credits totaling $43.7 Billion dollars and would force the banks (who already got so much of our taxpayer money) to RETURN American jobs to America. Our other project, The National Ecological Fertilizer Project, costs a total of $59.1 Billion dollars and IMMEDIATELY and permanently employing 787,725 Americans, spread equally over 87,525 municipalities of the United States, including 14,598 school districts. The beauties of this project are many, including, but not limited to the facts that (1) it is perpetually self-funding after the first year, (2) it provides an opportunity to remove another tool of terrorism from the United States (ammonium nitrate) and, (3) surplus revenues generated would offset lost property taxes and other revenues for localities, including cities, counties, and states, thereby helping them to maintain solvency and continuing to fund vital services WELL BEYOND the allocations mentioned in the present Obama Stimulus Plan. So, our plans create 3,787,725 permanent new jobs, IMMEDIATELY, for a total cost of $102.8 Billion dollars. Put another way, our plans create almost as many jobs as President Obama???s plan, and do so IMMEDIATELY instead of over 2 years. Further, they do it for 12.46% of the estimated cost of the existing Obama Plan. If you like the idea of doing the recovery more efficiently, then ask your Congressman or Senators why these plans have yet to be considered.

The rational management really is more dramatic in the public sector. With a few worthwhile good exceptions, meritocracy and practices for good governance are merely a salute to the flag. It is no secret that public administrations are known more for their inefficiency than for proper resource management. The new President promised ???hope??? and ???change??? .This is no possible without a great revolution in governance. No matter if he need nominate thousand of officers. Some stability in bureaucracy is mandatory, but the new president must define a method, a new language for all cabinet and sub-cabinets for identifying and solving the priority problems, both domestic and foreign. "Change and hope" are only dreams if there are not supported by strong leadership. Obama´s leadership must be spread into all main officers .Every politician in the 21st century is obliged to be a first-rate manager
America and the entire world need a big change. We are in a "Babel tower" and we need to "speak a new language". States and private organizations must be managed with more rationality. I would suggest to Mr. Obama, a new MBS, to start a great change.

How about cutting your budgets and stop wasting money. The tax payer as always has to pay for the poor management of our politicians. What I dont understand is why the keep getting re-elected.

"The Borgen Project has some good info on the cost of addressing global poverty.
$30 billion: Annual shortfall to end world hunger.
$540 billion: Annual U.S. Defense Budget."

I don't have a problem with defense budget we need a strong defense no matter what. The War doesn't come from that budget however and there lies one problem. !0 billion a month problem. To build the infrastructures we need like bridges and roads that could be the beginning of starting up the economy but it would take more than that.

Please investigate this idea to help American. A straight fix is better than working all around the problem. To create main street jobs, have middle Americans to put money back into the economy, and get rid of fear, will be to stabilize the American people first. Could this work ? A stable home could stimulate the economy. Instead of working all around the problem, The government should use taxpayers money directly on the taxpayers by paying off our mortgages to be paid back to us taxpayers with little or no profit at first. Start by fixing the root of the housing crisis will implode new money as well as bailout money into the economy at the same time. Free American families from the threat of becoming homeless will have Americans ready ,willing, and most of all able to help our economy out of crisis. Middle class and upper class united will be a blessing for the American economy. Freeing up cash to spend is better than trying to freeing up credit to charge, because, the misuse of credit is the problem. 911 has proved that we all are Americans and we will come together for the greater good of America because we all know that together we stand, and if we stay divided we will all keep falling. Even the wealthy can lose parts of their American dream. Our government MUST invest in the American people ,in turn, the American people WILL invest back into America. When everyone unite for a common good you get results. We MUST stop giving presidential power to the industries to help Americans. The power of America belongs to WE THE PEOPLE OF AMERICA. In return we can install solar panels, buy hybrids , conserve energy, create jobs, and invest in our American economy while being lead toward a unified America . Industries are getting taxpayers money to help us, but they are mostly helping themselves. Let's take the straight and narrow fix. Taxpayer money to taxpayer mortgages. This will pay only principal money, and banks only lose the rest of the interest. Homeowners in trouble due to the fault of the economic meltdown still owe the principle but at 1% for 3 years and in return we will be able to buy things, not charge things, to turbo charge the economy . banks will be saved because they will get their money back, and jobs will return because we have a demand for services again. To be productive, please add ideas that could help even more americans. we have to start somewhere. Be constructive not destructive and pass it on for more construction THANK YOU!
