Obama knew all about government secret agencies and the exsistence of UFO's before he became President. There are very few people in
Government that have access to the world's knowledge. It is shared amongst an elite few and they are very
secretive. When Truman was informed that UFO's were discovered a special part of the military was asked to analyze the material that was found.
This military hired top scientists who were sworn to secrecy. Over time these technologies were adopted by
defense contractors and slowly released to the public. The people who run these entities work in conjuction
with the CIA. Only people at the top of these agencies know whats going on. Knowledge is power and "Power is knowledge"(eddiwhere 08). If the public
had access to even a fraction of this knowlege these elites have, then there would be a panic. UFO's is just the tip of the iceberg. The President represents these
elites and this is why they help protect this knowlege. It is like if someone discovered the original arc of the covenant and the original ten commandments.
For example Muhammed was not visited by GOD but rather SATAN. Muhammed confused Satan for GOD. IF he thought GOD WAS SATAN then he would not follow his
will. Think about it. The devil is very cunninPart of Evil is deception. If God had passed his message on to Humans. Would Satan not do the same. It is very difficult for
humans to think like this. Muhammed thought God was telling him to conquer the earth until everyone became a Muslim and recognized there was only one GOD ALLAH.
Satan is very powerful and very cunning. TOday we have people committing suicide in the name of ISLAM. THAT is what Satan intended to do. THis is his way of fighting
GOD. ANd he did it in a genius way. He disguised himself like GOD and used Muhammed as his conduit.
Muhammed confused Satan for GOD. IF he thought GOD WAS SATAN then he would not follow his will. Think about it.

This is why MUHAMMED was so successful because he really believed he was carrying out the will of GOd and justified murder in his name.
IF you read about Muhammed's life you will see that what I am stating is backed by facts.

IT is hard for us humans to think outside of our '"domain" because we have been indoctrinated to think a certain way until knowledge hits us.
Here is another example. If you bend space you can cross dimensions and therefore can literally step from one world to another without any time going by.

Unbelievable that this article would even insinuate this in Newsweek. How about Sarah Palin as a more possible character, one who promoted racism and violent yells against Obama in her audience and created more assassination attempts with no conscience on another human being, without even seeing the importance of not creating againstness. On the other hand, Barack Obama would not lift a hand, and told his audience not to "boo", instead to vote. This is more Christian, a higher level. Inciting racism and someone to want to kill to me is much more anti-Christ, although I would not label anyone that name.

Odd that Newsweek would publish an article like this. It would be more instructional if they analysed how so many people would vote on the basis of race and feeling guilty being white. (not so strange given the education system)
Always dangerous to give such adulation to an "unknown".... unknown mostly bevcause the media refused to "tell" on their "chosen one"... Actually, adulation is dangerous and silly, period....

Why do conservatives choose to live their lives in such fear? What the world needs to hear, especially now, is the voice of serenity. Fear only leads to desperation and violence. I say, more love, less fear!

I have to agree with Texasblue. At the very least, taking more time to point out that Christians have insisted end times were immanent since, well, Christ, might help put things in perspective. There was a nod to it, but I think a better use of your time would have been to collect all the candidates for antichrist the nutballs have proposed for as long as there have been nutballs of this particular flavor. Martin Luther, for example, was once on the antichrist shortlist, it somehow seems pertiment to remember. As you reported this story, it sounded all too much like ... news. Do you really want to stoke this particular fire right now?

Articles like this really bother me. You may think it's clever to throw around '666' and terms like 'beast' and 'antichrist,' but there are people out there who really believe this stuff and when they see it published in mainstream journals, you give it added credibility. All it would take is one single zealot, truly terrified by all this hype about Obama as the antichrist, to think he is doing God's will by attacking the president. If religious fringe sites wish to rev themselves up with this type of faithless fear-mongering (can???t have much faith in God???s ability to manage things if you feel human bloggers have to monitor the Rapture situation at all times) that is their right. It is really horribly irresponsible of Newsweek to participate in it, though. There are real-live people involved here and there is no excuse for encouraging, even indirectly, irrational thoughts and behavior that may result in someone getting hurt.

This country had been slowly evolving into that which we have sacrificed countless lives opposing--a militant nation with an agenda driven by religious extremists who promote freedom of thought only so long as it does not conflict with their own ideas. Sound familiar? We had become the enemy.

Ever since the 1960's, the GOP consistently has been, and will always be, the party of exclusion, the party that attempts to diminish those who look different than themselves, pray to a different deity, or follow a different lifestyle. They are the party that uses fear and hatred as a weapon to intimidate any who do not share their points of view. The GOP offers 20th century solutions to 21st century problems.

It is time for a fresh perspective, a new philosophy of America's place in the world. It can no longer be us versus them at all costs; the world is far too small for such a narrow-minded point of view.

It is time to embrace those who are different than ourselves and accept them for who they are--it would be the "christian" thing to do. President-elect Obama is the perfect person to lead our nation in this cause and once again transform our nation into a positive, democratic beacon for the rest of the world.

Actually I believe everyone walking upright already knows the true anti-christ is Dick Cheney. I don't care if the winning lottery was 666 for 666 days straight in Chicago. The Devil IS Dick Cheney.
