Is Obama the Antichrist?

I can see it now... some right wing, extremist, paranoid nut case will try to kill Obama and maybe even succee, because he thinks he is one of God's warriors. These nuts are as dangerous as Muslim extremists and should all be locked away before they make they bring on the end of times by their own wicked, selfish, paranoid, hateful actions. DUCK AND COVER, THE GOD SQUAD IS HERE! And they have murder and mayhem on their minds. They are the real Anti-Christs... they just are to shallow to realize it.

Is Obama the Antichrist? I don't really know. But what I find troubling is the contradictions about him, and how those around the world proclaimed him as the "New World President". My own view is a New World President for a New World Order. I fear he will give away what's left of our Constitutional Rights to bring us more in line with the EU & the UN. Those of us who value our freedoms & national sovereignty must be proactive in protecting the same (rather that be joining the NRA, contacting those in office who "represent" us, etc). Remember the words of Thomas Jefferson: "The price of freedom is eternal vigilance."

Aw, jeez, the mouth breathers and knuckle draggers are all atwitter again. Here we are at the beginning of the 21st Century and millions of us are still accepting as fact, history and prophecy a 4,000 year old fairy tale concocted to help a small group of desert wanderers maintain a cohesive society. That's just pathetic. C'mon folks, at least learn your history. A lot of the stories in the Bible are even original. Many of them are obvious knock-offs of other, much earlier stories, some of them thousands of years older, that were common currency in the Middle East from Neolithic Period onward. The Israelites, the Jews, whichever you prefer, simply took these stories and wrapped their own mythology around it. Then the Christians built their own mythology on top of that, only writing down their New Testament hundreds of years after anyone who could have actually known Jesus was long dead. The books of the New Testament were not written contemporaneously with the life of Jesus or even within decaded of his purported death and resurrection. A little skepticism is a good thing. Give the Antichrist baloney a rest.

One way we will know for sure is as it was written in Revalations of the Bible. When the Anti-Christ takes power He would recieve a mortal wound to the head an miraculously survive or recover. He will be very popular with the people. Then we will know who He (Anti-Christ ) is for sure Almost all predictions for the end times have already been fulfilled

A couple of points to this article. The anti-christ is born in the east, he will have a mortal wound to the head but reappear. The masses will have loved him so that they follow him, except the believers in Christ that will not accept the mark of the beast. Also, no one knows if the rapture will be pre millinium or post. But things are falling into place otherwise. In the past it was said that it could have been Kennedy, or Kissinger too.

My grandfather, a very conservative German immigrant Iowa farmer, used to say, "When people go nuts it starts in the head". I believe even he would consider these folks NUTS!!! For 7 years we've put up with a weasel who created his own intelligence reports and lied to get us into a war, is responsible for the deaths of over 4,000 Americans and hundreds of thousands of innocent Iraqi citizens, imprisoned people for years with no charges being levied, approved the use of torture, and uses secret agencies to spy on his fellow countrymen, and yet somehow Obama is the anti-Christ??? Although I consider myself Christian, I'm not Bible-touting. And in fact, I don't attend church regularly. However, I have been watching different occurrences and the timing of things. The Anti-Christ is here. Whether Obama is the Anti-Christ, that remains to be seen and I will keep my mind open to that possibility. We certainly already have enough people calling him the Messiah and that concerns me as much as the idea of people considering him the Anti-Christ. What people should be watching is the events leading up to 2012. Scientists already know (but have failed to warn everyone) that the earth is getting ready to shift it's magnetic pole again. Timeline for that is December 21, 2012. Ironically, this is exactly when the Mayan calendar ends. And, Nostradamus - the 15th century seer who predicted 9/11 and has written extensively about the Anti-Christ - has predicted that the earth as we know it will end when Opheicus, the 13th astrological sign (according to ancient Greek astrology) rests squarely in the middle of the universe. Scientists calcuate that to be in early December, 2012. So, I'm not going to worry about Obama. He won't be commanding me, nor will be be commanding my children. Whatever happens, few will survive. The idea of being "whooshed" up to heaven is not as appealing to me as being one of the few left remaining to rebuild whatever is left. By the way, one of the signs of the Anti-Christ, according to Nostradamus, is that he will be mortally wounded and then miraculously survive. It's going to be a wild ride folks and more than half of us will be peeing our pants out of sheer terror.
